Good Cantonese dim sum joint. We went around noon so it was quite busy so the staff was hurried. Food came out in a timely manner, so there is no complaints overall. Decent parking on site.

The receptionist at the entrance has very rude attitude towards customers. Even after reserving a table, we still have to wait in line. But there are many empty seats inside the restaurant, she just don't arrange for customers to be seated and instead make them wait in line at the entrance. If she serves our table, she won't receive any tips. Won't come back next time.

The food here is pretty good except they're not always honest about the menu prices and actual prices. When the bill came, they told us the menu prices were not updated and tried to charge us more.

Came here for a wedding. Service was really good. Food was okay but that's only because it was served to us so I didn't get much, that's not on the restaurant but rather the wedding set up.

We had king crab here and everyone was just decent. Nothing special, the soup had way too much msg

Excellent Shao Mai. I've found other dim sum spots have a bit of a smell to them but not here. Some of my favourites are the fried eggplant shrimp, lotus leaf sticky rice and the steam rice rolls. I would not recommend the Shanghai pork dumplings as they don't seem to be very fresh. Could be frozen if I had to guess but if you're really craving those, hit up Dinesty instead

Can always get a table, food and service are great, have to mention I really like their congee place, congees are 6 stars!

Good place for dimsum and gathering with friends. The harkow was fresh and we really enjoyed the beef ball too.

Covid review.

When u walk in they have a path in and out. You must spritz your hand with sanitizer and they have an iPad on the wall that checks your temperature. If you pass you go to tour table. You need to book ahead for best service.

Staff is all wearing surgical masks and gloves. The tables have been cut down to allow for social distancing.

Otherwise business as usual. Good food at $$ -$$$. Crab and lobster are their specialty and worth a try. Good size dishes and you get a small dessert of red bean soup and cookies at the end.

I would go back for sure.

We went in a Sunday morning and there were quite a few tables occupied but not busy.

Food is ordered off a menu instead of trays being circulated for selection. Tea is served very hot and very strong, along with an extra pot of hot water. Ahhh. Nice way to start.

After ordering, there is a bit of a wait, so it was a nice opportunity to check out what others were enjoying. It was nice to see people not rushing through their meal and enjoying the company they are with.

Food, when it arrived, was off the steamer hot. The shiao mai was meatier and juicer than many others that I’ve tried. The scallop rice roll was delicious and light. Nicely surprised by peanuts with the chicken feet.

Service was prompt and professional. Bathroom was very clean.

When we were done, queues started to build, so being early (before 10: 30) worked out for us.

Minus one star for the plastic container for the rice roll sauce for dine-in.

Would come back again.

Food & service was good except that food was coming out very slow from the kitchen.
We pre-ordered a set banquet & added some special item. Because the food was coming out so slow that the dinner took 3 hours to finish. Everyone at our table were complaining about how slow the food came out. There was a long pause between each dish & I do mean long pause.

What ever you do with Neptune should on paper. If you talk to them, no valuable. The manager lazy, rude. They doesn't care customer

Their Sui Mai is God tier delicious or maybe it's just me who enjoys it. Not the cleanest place but they do take the time to sanitize the tables/chairs to accommodate their customers
