Average place to get Chinese food. Congee was good, but the sweet and sour pork could’ve been better.

Customer service was horrible. The staff were extremely rude all the time. Ignoring and no smiling, don't ask me anything like this kind of atmosphere. Who wanna pay the tips? No one wanna pay tips to you. However, you guys require 10% Tips for sucks service. I would never ever go there.

Food were too salty. We ordered beef rice noodle, fried noodle, xiaolongbao, mushroom pot, all of them were too salty for me. Maybe OK for other people.

We ordered two orders of sweet and sour. The container was only 1/3 full. We were very disappointed in the price and the amount of food that we got.

Definitely one of the best HK style restaurants in Richmond. Their Singaporean Vermicelli is excellent! Their Shrimp Wonton Noodle Soup has a good portion with a very fair price. Shall be a regular customer there. If they can remove the COVID-19 clear partitions, it would make the whole restaurant look better and more roomy.

Please avoid this restaurant as plague. The food is horrible and no respect to their clients at all. They are also racist to their own client who are especially Chinese Mandarin speaking clients.

I visited several times before the epidemic. My friend is from Cantonese. We communicated in Cantonese throughout the whole process. From the moment we waited for a table, we were impatient. We had to order many times before the order sheets were given. It was very slow. Others were also slow. The service attitude was also stupid. Do you want that? I spent money to buy it and never went there again. After reading the comments and Xiaohongshu, I realized why it hasn’t changed in so many years. Why do you want to serve everyone like this? Do you think all customers are being taken advantage of?

I had a great time eating at the other Fengming restaurant, so I thought I would stop by for a meal. The waiters at the front desk ignored me and ordered one less dish when I ordered it. After waiting for a long time, I told him not to go to my table. After eating, they brought vinegar and chili oil over. I was speechless. I don’t know how she dared to set a 15% tip. She looked confused when I didn’t give it.

Cantonese comfort food. House was packed Thursday night at 9: 30! Had the cuttlefish balls and squid balls noodles. I think they make the fish balls in-house!

Service was bad. Some of the staff are not friendly at all. Eye rolling and bad body language. Food was decent but the wait for food was longer than expected considering there was only 3 tables to serve.

Terrible service from the male manager and female waitress. Garbage service from rude people. Don't come here.

I was surprised that Lanzhou style beef noodle is spicy, even their menu doesn’t mark spicy. Overall their dishes’ taste not good, not fresh.

Food was great but as we were paying our bill, a staff member at the front was extremely condensing and they belittled us when we didn't know they were cash only and we only had enough for a 11% tip.

Food was just ok, nothing great. Service was slow with only 2 servers (perhaps that's why they looked so unhappy to be there). One of our dishes never came, even when we reminded the server. She looked offended when we asked to cancel the dish after waiting an additional 20 min after having finished the rest of our meal. However, the one reason I would never return to this restaurant is the guy manning the till (the manager? Yikes!). He was unbelievably rude from the time we arrived to the time we left. He wouldn't even look at me when I asked for a copy of the receipt. He just slammed around in his till, putting the cash away, ignoring me, before thrusting the receipt at me with a grimace on his face. Will never return to this restaurant because of him. Heads up that this restaurant is cash only.

I would give it 0 star if I could. The curry beef tendon is horrible, they put a huge piece in the pot U can’t eat it like that. And the service is literally non-existed. They don’t refill hot tea/water even when u ask. And the leading waiter the old guy in black suit has 0 manner. He doesn’t calculate your bill right and is kinda rude

Not bad - your average food and prices. Their dry mix noodles are good and if you are a fan of pig liver, should order the "blanched liver" or liver congee; it's super tender.

Lunch and dinner. Lunch time serve hi style congee and noodle and rice. Price is average food quality is better than some kind restaurant in landsdown mall.

Been there around 7pm, restaurant not busy only half occupied. Food is acceptable, one star for the service. Two mid-age waitresses seems unhappy to work there. One waitress forgot to place our order acting like nothing happened when we found out from manager. Another waitress placed plate really hard made a loud sound on our table and turned away. Their service like treating a beggar. If you two women don't know how to do your job. At least you can be nicer to people especially it's you who made mistakes.

WORST attitude ever! The manager has anger management issues. He was extremely rude when we entered the building. Harsh attitude and made us wait 15 minutes without sitting us. Mind you, the place was extremely not busy we were there at 10 pm. Buddy should be fired. The place must be horribly managed to tolerate a manager like this to handle business. Worst experience ever.

I ordered the take out. The dishes were horrible. The pork from the fried rice tasted like rubber. Wonton noodles smell so bad. I have to throw it away. This place doesn't deserve a star from me and it needs to be close down.

This place is usually really good, they had actually become our go to place for late night noodles and dim sum items.

Their shrimp spring rolls were my favorite item on the menu, until tonight. Instead of a crunchy wrapper filled with bouncy, snappy prawns and garlic, I got what you see in the picture; a barely-room temperature tube of raw prawn and pasty dough, and a strong desire to never eat anything from Neptune again.

Making sure your food is cooked before it’s sent out is a bare minimum, zero tolerance thing for me, especially with seafood. I won’t be gambling with my health here again.

Came on the eve of Chinese New Year at 7pm, didn't look too busy so we decided to pop in for dinner. Knowing most Chinese restaurants are usually packed this time of year, we should have taken this as a sign of things to come. We got our orders in at 7: 15, got our wonton order at 7: 35 and nothing else. As our young daughter was nearing her bedtime and getting cranky, we had to just get up and leave. We weren't expecting an A+ dining experience but this was awful. We had no warning that the food would take over an hour, and staff (including the manager) kept telling us things were coming "right away". What was supposed to be a quick dinner turned into a nightmare. Inexplicable that they couldn't at least warn us the food would take this long. The servers unfortunately took the brunt of the frustration from so many customers.

The manager apparently decided giving us 10 percent off for us sitting there for 1.5 hours made up for the lack of, well everything. We paid for the wontons and left as quickly as we could.

Ordered the HK style small congee, tasted great. Pairs nicely with the Chinese donut, enough for 2 people if you’re not super hungry. Reasonably priced

Service is incredibly friendly

We arrived and is ready to be seated, then we were asked to move to other table TWICE by a very rude head waiter. He claimed that the tables wrre reserved, but there was no reservation sign anywhere to be seen. Very bad experience, and will not be back again.

No debit card, no credit card. CASH ONLY. Another business skimming? Not paying taxes? I hate these cash only businesses. They look shady

I wish i could give zero star. The worst food and service I have ever seen plus the server asks for a tip. What the hell

Food was decent, I really like the fried chicken knees (never thought I’d say that).

Two problems:

1) The men’s bathroom was pretty nasty (the light switch looked like it was coated in black gunk)

2) The waitresses were all quite rude, had frowns on their faces the duration of our visit and they messed up our order. I had a gloomy feeling within minutes of walking into the place and the aura emitted by said waitresses made us a bit uncomfortable.

Pricey average service and food. Last time we ordered the beef and rice noodles. The noodles was very bad. It was poor quality with shredded up instant noodle type rice noodles and very greasy that I ate two bites and had to waste it despite I hate to waste food. It was bad. Not recommended!

Nice menu variety and food portion is good. Cosy environment for a relaxing catch up with family and friends

1) Fish ball soup noodle 魚旦米粉 is very salty and the portion is small.
2) waitress’ attitude are not friendly nor inviting
3) free Soy Milk that comes with the Pork steam buns is kid size

If you want to go to this chain restaurant, go to the other locations and not this one.

Neotune have more than one location Seems like this one have better foods compared to the other.

Wonton noodles had way too much salt! The congee was like paste and not flavorful. Tasted like Elmer’s glue. The service was horrible. We had to wait over half an hour for someone to take our order. They also were dishonest in the currency exchange. They also wanted to to tipped for horrible customer service. Tipping is for good and even just for fair service. It is not for poor to bad service. It is a priveledge earned, not a given right. That is what tipping is designed for.
I will never go back to this place again! Ugh!: (
