Best local market out there! 10/10 best customer service, fresh produce, great butcher and prices!

The front end staff are amazing, and super friendly, management is top notch as well. Gord has done a great job of growing this companies brand.

Great little grocery store with everything you need when traveling into a new place. Our BnB owner reccomended this place to buy the few groceries we need for our rental for the week in West Kelowna.
Great prices and offered local fruits.
Prices were also good.

I'm sure most of the employees aren't making much, but for what this place charges its a complete joke. Service is borderline unacceptable unless your a woke white Mom driving a Volkswagen SUV.

The staff here are simply the best as their manners are unique they all take pride to work there and are a necessity in our neighborhood and I appreciate the way I'm always greeted with a smile and kind words, if only the rest of the world would follow in harmony that would be a perfect world, thanks Nesters. A quick update on Nesters, they rock!

If you are short on time for lunch nesters pizza is delicious. It really worth its price. Thick slices with a lot of cheese

Rudest staff I have encountered in a long time. I rarely feel the need to complain about service, but getting screamed at with my daughter by a store employee for accidentally going in the wrong lane was above and beyond. My second time at this store and will be the last.

In general, Nesters is top notch and just makes you feel like family shopping here because they treat you that way.

I stood at deli counter for 5 minutes but no service.girls are just chatting each other & they know I'm there.this happen often since new older lady started work this department.

5 to 6 girls behind the deli counter talking and laughing. I timed myself standing there for 7 minutes with no other customers yet nobody came and helped me. All I wanted was one slice of pizza but apparently I'm not worthy of service. This is also about the fifth time this scenario happened which is why I'm writing this review. Love people waisting your time? You should come here.

Every time we come to West Kelowna we look forward to shopping at Nesters. They always have what we need and more. Staff are helpful and friendly. It’s like taking a vacation from the superstore at home.

Great Store We bought the Absolute best and tastiest Gluten Free Chocolate Cake. It was even frosted " Happy Birthday".
If I had not bought it I would have never had a clue it was GF.

Very clean well stocked day to day items and a good selection of quality fruit and vegetables. For people living in the area it means no reason to go further.

First time visiting this grocery chain. Disappointed with small selection of seafood and meat at this location. Unlikely to return.

They are one of the few stores that has butchers working and available to help.
The prices on alot of things are higher than supermarkets but the atmosphere is much nicer.

I live close by and shop here 2/3 times a week. Most of the staff is genuinely nice and helpful. There is one bad apple that seems to be in a bad mood every time I am there. Today on till 1 at lunch she was getting upset with customers in the line up and yelling at them when they accidentally went up to a till before being called. She definitely ruins the atmosphere of the rest

I agree with the several posts about the "1 bad apple", she is a VERY snarky and extremely unhappy middle aged woman. But my biggest complaint is with the politicization over vegetable scraps, of all things. I asked a worker one day if I could get any discarded veggies for my rabbits, and she was so nice and sweet, and told me where to go to get them. Everything was fine for a month, then one of the local farms who was getting EVERYTHING from them apparently, saw me and said we can't take from their buckets. So I continued on for the next while only getting from boxes. THEN, I was told I was taking too much, and to just take a portion of what was there, which I was already doing, but ok. THEN a few days later I get told that I can't take any more, and that it's head office who makes these decisions. So. I email head office, and they send me back a message telling me to talk to their manager. So. I email the manager, he emails me back saying to call him. I called twice and left 2 messages; nothing. I email him once, twice, a third time; nothing. I email head office again and let them know that I am feeling like I'm not even worthy of a phone call back, because I'm not rich or something, she says she PROMISES to get to the bottom of it. That was 2 months ago. I have lived in Lakeview since 1979, yet feel completely worthless as a customer and community member. All their other staff though is great, especially Debbie!

This mini market offers an impressive variety of products for its size and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Love love our local store and love how they listen to customers. They bring in new variety all the time! Especially their vegan selection now!

I got makings for an Arugula, butter lettuce, Mango salad with goat cheese and sunflower seeds!

Nesters in Lakeview, well any nesters really, is always top quality lol best hot food and sandwiches

Terrible terrible store. Way overpriced for the quality you get. The staff are treated poorly. The turnover is non stop. Never shop there again. Many more choices around.

My family is in Nesters about 5 days a week, they are always friendly and helpful. I definitely suggest this business.

I went in to Nesters because I wanted to grab a quick bite. I headed over to their deli and saw a pizza slice. It looked pretty good but nothing special. The lady didn't seem to notice me so I asked her if I could buy it. She helped me get the bigger slice.vthen when I asked if they had dip, she gave me a little packet of Caesar salad dressing. I went out in the car to enjoy my pizza and it was so delicious. Much better than I was expecting. There were layers of cheese and the bacon and pepperoni were amazing. All in all I'm happy I visited nesters market today and the cashier let me know about a contest I will be sure to enter.
Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

Nesters Market is a little gem of the okanagan wine country.
It is situated in amongst some of the best wineries in the world including my favorite by far Quails Gate estate winery. With the award winning Old Vines Restaurant.
Take the time to stop in at Nesters to grab a sandwich or a full trunk full of groceries. Either way you won't be disappointed.

Excellent selection of foods that cater to a variety of dietary needs and tastes. Spacious, clean location that's easy to navigate. Staff is second to none for being friendly and well-informed. My favourite place to get groceries!

Same awesome staff as the old G&H but in a much nicer building. They have everything you need.

They have a great selection for vegetarian and vegan foods. Their produce is also always fresh.

LOVE HAVING THIS GEM IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD SO GREAT TO HAVE A STORE WITH SO MUCH SELECTION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE IN LAKEVIEW HEIGHTS THE STAFF IS GREAT AND SO IS THE SERVICE.

Staff had the eggs difficult to access. With the two of them chatting and a cart in the way. I had to do a weird wiggle between to get eggs. I feel like they should have moved or grabbed the eggs. The store is nice but it’s over priced and the service was sub par.

Always super friendly staff. It's pretty small so don't expect to always find what you need and lots of things are overpriced.

This little market it busting with " You gotta see this place. " It welcomes you with "Clean & Tidy. " The produce is always presentable and fresh. The bakery & deli have a good variety as well as a few tables to sit and have a snack during your visit. Check it out.

Awesome addition to Lakeview heights. Some of the original staff from the old store still work here. Thanks for being so convenient!
