A project completed with perfection. My second experience dealing with New Accents on a renovation to an install done on my home 12 years ago. The New Accents team worked with our designer and contractor to install dreamy new draperies, reconfigure our existing roller shades and tweak the sizes, spacing, and automation. Everything looks fabulous, the fabrics and sewing are perfection. We couldn’t be happier.

New Accent provided very competitive pricing with discount online stores, but you get complete service with Accent. From in home consultation and measuring to final install they make sure you get what you need for your home. No pressure or up-selling. They provide the options for you and work with your budget. We ended up getting cellular shades, two normal roller blinds, one fairly large motorized blind and just ordered another six cordless, 2 inch horizontal blinds that meet the new Health Canada standard. It all looks sharp, really completes the house. Go ahead and check out products online but go with Accent when you’re ready to buy, they’ll give great service and probably show you some products and options you never thought of.

The blinds are lovely but they have ordered one piece incorrectly. I didn’t realize this until after the installer left. We’ve been trying for months now for them to correct this error but they are very slow to help! Horrible customer service! Every time we call for help our advisor is coincidentally “not working today” UNBELIEVABLE!

They were professional to deal with and very careful when installing. Three sections of the blinds required minor adjustments from manufacturer. Transforms our games room into a theatre room whenever we want to Netflix and chill! He's very knowledgeable on all the products and will give you the best recommendation for what you are looking for. He is very fast and efficient when he is installing the blinds and will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Originally we didn't think we needed blackout blinds for the master bedroom but a week in, we changed our minds (well, my hubby did) and he was more than happy to work with us to get a set with a blackout liner.
