This is my first time visiting this place. They were very nice I saw Dr. Mulzet

As a health facility provider they do a very poor job in providing services to their patients. For example to get any piece of paper signed by them the minimum wait time will be 3 business day witch may only take someone to fill out under 10 minutes. Also they do a very poor job in handling their calls. Besides that doctors are good but if i had another option definitely wouldn’t go with this clinic:)

I submit forms for my new arrived family. The forms were lost by clinic after 4 months waiting. I re-submitted forms and waited for additional more than three months.finally, the clinic did not accept my family.the reasons for rejection during phone conversation:
1.one of my son could speak broken English
2.his mobile phone number is not from burnaby
the reasons were not strong enough
