New-Line Hose & Fittings

Thanks so much for such a great customer service. I enquired online about fittings for my watermaker. I changed my mind several times about which fittings i may need but was helped by with great patience at every step of the way. I will definitely contact New Line again if I ever need quality fittings!

Stopped by on a Saturday to get a couple hydraulic hoses made. I was told it wasn't possible and that I should go to Alder Auto.

The next shop I went to, had zero issue making the hoses I needed.

I'd recommend going anywhere else to get hydraulic hoses made. Unless you want excuses and your time wasted

Use new line quite often for on site mobile repair and couldn’t ask for better service. Andy is who I have come out 99% of the time and this guy goes over and above to make sure his job is done right in an efficient timely manner that leaves us with very little down time. Strongly recommend giving new line a call for any hose needs.

We have been dealing with New-Line since 2007. Their customer service team is top-notch! Pricing is always competitive and lead times are great. Would highly recommend.

Have completed multiple orders now with new-line. During shipment of one heavy item the box broke opened and parts were lost. That being said, customer service was great and replacements were timely.

I've been dealing with Newline for close to 20 years now and have always found them to be incredible to deal with. The inside sales staff have always helped me when figuring out the correct parts for my customer jobs, to our salesman Lee who is hands down one of the hardest working outside salesman I've gotten to work with. And their website is hands down one of the easiest to work with when ordering parts or just working on quotes. Great company.

Great staff at the front! I went in today and had my 9 year old kid with me. One of the staff came out with a box of toys for my boy to choose from! That was super nice and thoughtful. Thanks Newline for just being good humans!

The staff person was very helpful and figured out the fittings for my hose and regulator for my permanent jewellery welder.

Took in an item to be repaired and the technician did not have any customer service skills what so ever! Who hire these guys?
If your going to have a retail outlet that deals with customers than you should have a staff that deals with customers in a professional manor. Put the guys that can't deal with customers in the back or get them customer service training.

So i bought cheap Chinese house clamps.
As you know it my hose leaked. The sold me a kit with several different sizes. Fox up the cj7 super snail now it does not leak

Blew a hose on my dozer last night, came in to New Line at 7: 28am for a new hose, figured I would have to come back later to grab it, they told me hold on for a few minutes and I was out of there 3 minutes later! Thanks guys got my dozer back up and running! Great service!
