My experience with Dr. Paradis was also great. He was easy to chat with and very informative, and I felt the examination was very thorough.

Friendly and helpful customer service. They have a large selection of glasses to choose from. Knowledgeable staff to answer any questions you may have. Have great deals on sometimes that are amazing! Very happy with my experience, I will be going back again.

From the second we walked in we felt the start of a positive experience. The staff were incredibly helpful in a good way.not supervising over your shoulder like other shops. A really great selection too! This is the first time I was ever asked to stand as he measured for the progressive lenses He noticed that my shoulders were not level and adjusted my measurements accordingly! No pressure to upgrade either. Two for one as well. I visited other Eyewear shops in Courtenay a. They were unpleasant and two pairs would have cost me $2500! Here, two pairs with comparable frames.under $1000. This is the Eyewear shop to go to in Courtenay. You will be pleased.

Visiting family in B. C. I'm from Ontario lost my glasses called and spoke with Nicole they took me in immediately and hooked me up with a pair of glasses in only a couple of hours. Staff was friendly, understanding and extremely accommodating

I had an amazing experience today. All staff were very friendly and informative. The eye doctor took time and explained in detail the condition of my eyes, what to expect in the future and how they can help. He also took time to explain several different options and so did the sales lady. Thank you very much, I will return for sure!

Terrific place! The screw came out of my glasses, being new to the area I made some calls to see if they could help. First Optical store was less then helpful so called New Look. The staff were in the middle of moving but were more than eager to help me. Not only fixed my glasses no charge but cleaned my glasses and gave me a free bottle of cleaner! Will definitely be dealing here for my next set of glasses.

I have been a Vouge client for a few years and have always been happy been with friendly helpful service which is what keeps me coming back. Since the switch over to the new company things seem different. The Bogo deal isn't on everything anymore and frankly that is why I came here in the first place. I love a good deal and I love that if one pair is bothering me I have a second pair to wear until I can run in and have an adjustment done. Plus it's great to have two fun different pairs. I'm sure I will buy again from your store but I thought you had closed and left and a new store had opened in the same location. Once I came in yes it was the same great girls so that was reassuring but it seemed like a whole new store. Nicole explained to me how the new bogo is even better because you don't have to pay for upgrades on the second pair etc so that's great. I am so glad I went it and talked to Nicole because now I know it's the same great store, I would recommend if I could that you advertise so that everyone knows that it's the same great store and people don't assume that you have closed like I did.

My first visit to NewLook, I was so impressed with the staff.they were helpful and knowledgeable. They were patient while I tried on many pairs of glasses, until, with their help I found the perfect pair. The 2 for one is not a gimmick.i only paid for the one pair.at a cost much less than I have ever paid before, and got the 2nd pair with absolutely no cost to me. I am recommeding New Look to all my family members and friends. If you are in need of new glasses this is the place to go. New Look you have become my go to eye wear place. Thank you

We were in town visiting family and my husband was having an issue with the lens popping out of his prescription sunglasses. They fixed them free of charge and we had a nice little chat with the two ladies who were working.they were awesome!
