I recently got my windows tinted and it came out perfect. Joe was friendly and knowledgeable, and the price offered is unbeatable. The tint job was flawless, with no bubbles or imperfections. I highly recommend them.

Joe and his team have done a bunch of our cars and haven’t had any complaints on any of them. No bubbling, peeling, or discolouring. The examiner didn’t continue the road test because our car has 50 % tint in the driver and passenger side. So we went to Joe who did an awesome job removing those tint and fixed the purple bubbles in the back windows. Thank you Joe for doing this to us. Im not sure how this company has so many 5 stars. I called Spectrum Glass and spoke to Joe at the end of April to see if they could help us blur our glass wall so you could not see in. I explained that it gets quite bright with the natural light and bright lights. Scheduling a time to get this company in was absolutely horrendous. Joe and I had spoke of a potential date and time for them to come in and said he would call back to confirm by the end of day. I received no call, however, on the potential day he called me and asked me what happened? I then rescheduled. The second time I got a phone call 2 hours before they were supposed to come in and install and Joe said he had some bad news and that his guys were sick and that he would call in 1 hour to confirm if anyone will be there. He never called. I blocked off 4 hours of clients this day for the installation. I had to call back myself and ask what was going on. He mentioned he would reach out once his team was back up and running. Over a week goes by and I have not heard from Joe. I decided to call and ask if this project was going to happen or if I should begin reaching out to other companies to help me with it as I was on a time crunch at this point. We spoke of them to come in on Friday but he had said that he would have to move another client. I told him I do not want him to move another client for this as that is not fair to them. He said he would call back by the end of the day to confirm. I received no call at the end of the day, however, I did receive a text Thursday evening at 750pm "confirming for 9am Friday". I then had to call my clients after business hours to move their appointments with less than 24 hour notice. Friday comes and his men arrive at 912am. The 2 men that installed the frost were very respectful and kind and we had absolutely no issues. At this point, I am under the impression that our glass wall will be 2 layers of frost as in our invoice it says "2pcs" and the fact that I explained to Joe I am looking for full privacy. I come to find out that the invoice was for 1 layer and if I wanted another layer, I would have to pay another 500. I spoke to Joe and he had said that the invoice says 2 "pcs" meaning 2 pieces of glass? At this point I was just fed up and wanted to close this chapter. He told the men that even if they were to do another layer, it would make no difference in privacy. Yet, over the phone he had said 2 layers would be ideal and more private and other companies suggested the same. I never write reviews like this, however, I too own a business and would want honest reviews about mine. Joe was NOT respectful of my time and my company whatsoever. The 2 men did a great job, however Joe ruined the entire experience with Spectrum Glass.

I had 4 of cars tinted by them. Amazing work and amazing prices. Never had a problem with their work. 11/10 would recommend.

Joe and his team are very experienced and knowledgeable. Before even discussing anything to do with the vehicle joe made sure to understand my needs and made a plan to fulfill them.the install was quicker than expected, took just about an hour and half. Not to mention it is flawless, no bubbles or fingers or anything like that just a high quality job. New Spectrum's experience and quality of work shows with the final results. 12/10 would recommend

I’ve got all my cars tinted from new spectrum haven’t ever got no problems with the tint great work and professional

My tint pealed off after couple months.and i told them to fix it.i spent my time went there twice and both of the time they said they cant do it.they dont respect the so called “ lifetime warranty”
