They did not update their web page, checked them online to save time and travel but only to find out they're closed for 2 weeks

The siopao is good but the price is skyrocket. It used to be cheaper than burger in Macdonald.

Great buns but the worst service ever, rudest lady behind the counter. We are used to rude old asians being asians ourselves but this was so bad, it deserved a review. Will only go to the Newtown in chinatown now.

Not so friendly workers. Most of them has been there 35+ years. It was the same attitude from back then. It's the food you'll keep going back to so you just have to put up with it or go find a comparable bakery. Unfortunately none compares.

**cash only here** prices have risen over the years but the quality remains. Go early to get the buns you want as they will often sell out and are made fresh. They have a large quantity and variety of frozen buns which are the same price as the fresh you can buy.

This is a high volume place which isn't designed for dining, and service is as minimal as they can get away with. Think grab and go rather than a location to go for lunch. Nice selection of goods, including custard and red bean buns. Would recommend.

My childhood right here. Hands down the BEST siaopao ever. My family and I have been eating their Asado (My personal favorite) and Bola Bola siaopao for over 15 years alongside their sauce. Their baked goods also? Ugh just delicious!

The quality & taste has never changed and it is an essential bakery to pop by at if you’re ever in the Surrey area.

Food speaks for itself. Pricey, not very welcoming but who gives a shot you're there for the buns

I'm from Washington and ever since I was a kid my family have been driving up to Canada just to get Siopao (asado/bolabola) and Mami soup. Their recipe hasn't changed since. I like their new spot in Surrey better than the Chinatown spot.

My fav bakery in surrey + reasonable price + yummy treats/ snacks. This is place to guise when you’re in downtown surrey
