New Venture Coin Laundry

We utilized the laundromat regularly living in Burnaby. The owners are so welcoming and make this place feel like a close knit community environment. We have moved to a different part of the lower mainland but still prefer New Ventures over anywhere else. We recommend going here for sure!

I would bring my king down duvet here to be washed and was always happy with the service. Yesterday I found out they had raised the price by more than 50% to $47. Ticky Poo charges $30.

I received exemplary service during my visit today. The staff were kind, accommodating and helpful. I couldn't thank them better. I would come back and recommend this place without hesitation.

I have accompanied my partner to other laundromats to do his laundry and after some unpleasant experiences I was hesitant to use any laundromats at all. I needed to wash some large items before moving to a new home, so I decided I'd take the risk so I could use the large machines. I'm glad I did!

New Venture was bright and clean, the machines were in good repair and worked well, and the lady working that day was very helpful and attentive. I made a mistake and overloaded a dryer and the lady was gentle and professional when she let me know (thanks! And sorry!).

I had a great experience here, the attendent was very helpful, she was responsive and she took the time to give me good advice. The laundromat is very clean organzed and the equipment iare very efficient.

We’re do I even start with this place.they lost a bunch of my clothes and sheets and said they didn’t and then 3 months later I get a phone call from them saying that I have had clothes to pick up and I’m like yea the stuff you lost.argument ensues and I’m just like fine I’ll come get them…so I did and first they hand me a basket that was not mine and I told them that’s not my basket but they wouldn’t listen calling me a bad customer because I was upset about paying for clothes that they lost…ended in a screaming match…had errands to do so didn’t open the bag till I got home…and guess what…. NOT MY CLOTHES! All mens clothing and I had to pay for that shit…. They will not listen when you tell them they have done something wrong…. So if you recently lost a bag of clothes let me know…ALL MENS CLOTHES! BEWARE OF LEAVING YOUR CLOTHES THERE YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU WILL GET BACK IT WAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IM HAPPY TO SAY I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Also if I could give zero stars I would

Today was my first time using a laundromat. At New Venture Laundromat I received a great service from the owners and staff. I brought all the products I need, and I was able to see that I case I forget to bring them, they have products available for sale, the same brands I use at home. The place is extremely clean and organized. I will definitely continue using it!

Peaceful, clean and welcoming laundromat just at 4th ave & 8th street. The staff is very friendly and there is food within walking distance!

Terrible place. Asked to use the washroom and was told it's for customers only so I asked for some quarters and went to dry my and my friends jackets as it was pouring rain. Asked to use washroom again and was then told the toilet doesn't work the whole time being looked at like I was some kind of criminal or junkie. Also when I pulled the jackets out of the dryer there was rat dropping in the dryer aswell as the dryer next to it

Owners and staff are friendly and helpful. They provide change for machines, laundry detergent, bleach, stain removers and fabric softeners. There are large tables for folding. They have coffee and magazines, puzzles and books, and lots of seating. You can also rent DVD’s for a $2 deposit. A corner store and pizza place are next door for snacks or lunch. The machines are new and modern and do an excellent job. If you’re too busy or hate doing laundry they also do bulk laundry for a reasonable fee. I appreciate that the entire place is spotless. Excellent!

I'm so lucky I found this gem. Nice and clean, the owners are so kind and helpful. Pricing is good, even for the bigger washers and dryers. Takes less time for me to do my laundry here than at my apartment building, and a better price. Can't honestly ask for more. Everyone I've seen come in is cheery and chats with the owners.:)

I don't use laundromats often, and I've only used this laundromat once so far, but will certainly return. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite and were more than willing to assist me with using the machines are a noobie. They even went as far as guiding me to use the larger machines for the load I had as it would be cheaper than using 2 separate small machines. Between the welcoming service and convenience. I have zero complaints.

I feel weird to leave a review for a laundromat but I couldn’t resist after I went to this one. Very nice and tidy place. Jina (I assume the owner) is just so helpful and kind. Great place to get your laundry done especially for someone like me who has never done laundry at a laundromat before. Parking is right at front of the place.

I usually only left reviews for food. But in the same way people uses reviews to bring places down, this laundry place has to be recognized as one of the best coin laundries ever Owners are so helpful, kind, attentive, place is clean, bright, machines are well maintained, big number of them, everything g arranged very well. Good seats to write or read while you wait. Excellent excellent!
