Great shop for hottub and pool owners, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the owner Rick is wonderful and always looking to help out his customers. Would recommend to anyone in WL and surrounding area!

Needed a service call in 100 Mile. Kevin and partner arrived and installed new part. Were helpful in explaining the water care we should be following. Kevin was kind enough to drop offer product the following day.

The people and especially the owner, Rick are amazing! Bought a hot tub Wednesday and explained I was hoping it could be delivered Friday because it was our anniversary and was to be a surprise for my husband. Their regular delivery schedule would have it delivered the following week but Rick personally delivered it on Friday! He spent a couple of hours setting it up, adjusting the water balance and explaining everything to me. Wow! The service was exceptional. Thank you so much Rick and also Sheryl for helping with the purchase.

Got a beautiful 700 Series hot tub last year for a new build on a lake in 100 Mile. We have had exceptional service and New Waves went beyond what we expected to make sure we were super satisfied with the investment.
