New West Collision

I had really great service and the workmanship on my car was great. The team was very friendly to me and I appreciated their reliability and timeliness.

After having my windows smashed, I went to New West Collision the next day and they were able to do an estimate on the spot, which is much quicker than all other places I called (which had a lead time of 2-3 weeks just to get an assessment). They handled everything quickly and smoothly and were good communicators. Even though my vehicle was ready for pick up on a heavy snowfall day, they told me I should just wait till the next day to come pick it up and not risk it in the snow and how to explain to ICBC that I needed an extra day with the loaner. When I picked up my car, I was very happy with the workmanship and service. I highly recommend them, and would definitely go back if I ever have body repairs again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have never been so disrespected in my life. I brought my SUV after a Hit and Run to New West Collision on the recommendation of my dealership. The body shop attendant took photos and was supposed to submit them to ICBC under my claim number (which was provided to them). They never bothered to submit anything and it's been 3 weeks! When I called to follow-up on the progress and when I can expect to take my SUV in to be fixed. I was met with hostility and unprofessionalism by the body shop attendant.
