Absolutely love this place. Everyonen is super friendly. They fit me in when they were closed, and my girl Ashley does not disappoint. There prices are also very reasonable, definitely don't have to sell an arm to get your nails done. 5 star ;)

ALWAYS STAFFED for great availbility for those last minute people like me. And always perfect work.

I got my nails done here and i will not be returning.the design i wanted was just a simple small flower and they couldn't even do that, and my french tips that i got were uneven and it just looked ugly.sorry but my experience was not very good, i recommend if your just getting one colour but not for nail art.

This is my new favourite place for pedicures. Relaxed and friendly. Lovely foot and calf massages with hot stones are the best!

Came for a pedicure and got a deluxe one- it was relaxing and really well done. Lots of colours to choose from and they do a thorough job - the girls are so nice too! Definitely recommend coming here in you are in the area and want to try a new salon

Never been here before. Came in to remove some gel polish. It's a nice, lively location, and the nail techs are super friendly. Got my nails cleaned up and lotioned. I really appreciate the service and care.

I love coming to Crystal Nails. Dayna always does such an amazing job. She is incredibly friendly! Everyone at Crystal Nails is also friendly has well:) I will keep coming back!

Don’t usually get my nails done here but was around the area and thought I’d see how they were. Just after getting them done I could tell they were kinda loose/flimsy. A nail broke the minute I got home. After having them for just over 2 weeks a second one broke opening a baggie. Never have had an issues with previous acrylics I’ve gotten done. Definitely don’t recommend getting acrylics from here.

Sometimes I would give them 10 s, sometimes 0!

Very friendly staff. I go here sometimes because the nearby nail location gave me the cold shoulder once for bringing my kids. It’s not really a “spa”. It’s just a nail place. Crystal nails was nice to my kids. Who by the way we’re not crying or bothering other people. It’s all gals in there anyway so everyone loves them. This place is a bit more professional and I love the location. Nice staff.

They said very rude things about me in a different language right infront of my face. Thank heavens my friend understood what they were saying. Very cruel!

Great stuff. Massage chair, tingly stuff on my legs. Single use buffs and whatnots. I'm weird about communal tools/polish and they were very accommodating. Good prices, great result. Haven't had a pedi since I moved into the area (2 years- sorry pedicurist) and this is going to be my spot.

They are following strict covid protocols and social distancing. They do a great job and are super friendly.

I see Trish and she is absolutely amazing and talented. Iv been going here for over 15 years and there is no where better. There has never been a nail pic that I showed Trish where she couldn't give me what I wanted. Maybe a lil more pricey but you get what you pay for

French nail service awful, thick white tips. Need to remove now. Also booked two pedicures, one was 20 minutes for regular and shellac was 30 minutes. I you want a real pedi this is not the place.

Hello. My nail technician was named Annie. She is just as sweet as her name is. The main thing I liked about her is that she is open minded and understood the style of finished look I was going for. (I'm not an easy customer I'm very particular). I will definitely being sitting across from Annie again.

Cheap polish. Suppose to be shellac solar nails, they chipped easily in less than a week. Asked for it fixed, still chipped again not even within 2 weeks. "Design" skills were a joke. Never coming back.

Over priced! There are quite a few nail salons in New West with better quality work and pricing. I thought I'd give it another try because I was in the hood but again was disappointed. First time I got a shellac matte coat that was shiny by the next day. This time I had smudges and bubbles. Won't be returning.

Very average for what they were charging. I went in for a shellac mani and they seemed to have forgotten that the hot towel was part of the offerings for the manicure! The shaping of the nails were not great and the layers were not applied evenly. Then there were air bubbles on every other nail. They should really pay less attention on the chit-chatting with other colleagues and focus more on the work at hand.

Not super impressed. Way overpriced for what you get. I paid $70 for a fill with acrylic and Shellac. The fill was $26, Shellac $10 and I paid an additional $15 for chrome powder and another $15 for "design". The chrome powder charge I understand. But the "design" was literally just one half painted nail on each hand with one tiny rhinestone in the middle. Definitely the most expensive fill I've ever had and the work is on par with my regular nail place. Will try somewhere else next month.

So rushed. Super messy. Top coat doesn’t even cover my nail.

Staff very rude continuously chat in their language among themselves very loud. They don’t care whether u r a content happy client or not if you complain they hold it against you & management doesn’t intervene gives the technicians the power. I will never recommend that pl to anyone ever.

Got a shellac mani with Trish. Exceptional service, she was very cute to talk with while she worked. Great job removing my old stuff and shaping my nails, paint job is perfect looks awesome! Thank you!

So good. Easily the best nail place I've been to in New Westminster. Reasonable pricing, and they've got those big massage chairs for when you're getting a pedicure. And a little nice detail - they've always got the subtitles turned on on all their TVs, so even though the volume is pretty quiet you can still follow what's on while you're getting your work done.

Everything was great except when i left realized how jagged and differently shaped my nails were: (- for $80 for a gel mani pedi you would expect they would be using professional nail files not cheap aliexpress/dollar store white cardboard ones. Had to refile and shape all of my nails. Nice massage though. Dont just slap your arms like accurate nails does.

Staff are nice and friendly, my nails always looks great. If there's something wrong with my nail polish or if I'm not totally happy with it they always fix it right away with no hesitation, thank you:) you will be my regular nail salon! Would recommend it to anyone.

Love them Dayna is my girl I been going to her for over 5 years and she always does an amazing job. They do an awesome rewards program and good prices! Highly recommend really good service

Terrible service! Got the deluxe pedicure but was rushed with massage and they didn’t properly do callous removal. Disappointed! Will not be going back! Seems like a busy place where your rushed in order to see other clients

Dayna is a true sweetheart. I show her what I like and she is always quick to please. Clean and well run salon. Staff seem very friendly.

Tony is the best nail technician, he makes all my visit worth it. Always super busy and service is always on point. Love it

The woman that did my pedicure (Dayna) did a wonderful job and was gentle and thorough. The woman who did my fiance's big feet had her work cut out for her and pedi'd his feet like a champ! Very impressed!

Awesome staff who really know the benefits of a seriously great pedicure (man too). Top notch spa!

The down side was that the table was a bit unclean and dusty, some items were not labeled (didn’t know if they were using dental MMA instead of EMA on the nails for my a acrylics), and worked with used nail files instead of a new one.
The great thing though was the service! My nail tech was very nice and my nails turned out pretty good.

I have been coming to this place for about 3 years. When you experience a good mindful nail technician, keep going to her or him. I have only had 1 not so great experience where the shellac started peeling off within the 2nd day. All in all, it’s a great place. Annie is great:).
