I had my child's passport photo taken here and I am super pleased with the results. The photographer was very patient and really took his time explaining to my child, since it was important to get a neutral face for the photo. Highly recommended! Would be back for sure.

I would give this place an 6 out of 5 stars if I could! We’ve been trying to get a passport photo done for my baby and have gone to 4 other places. This is the ONLY place that was able to snap a photo of him quickly and efficiently. It took literally 15 seconds to get the shot. The owner was so thoughtful and friendly! He even gave us a free 4 x 4 copy of the passport photo as a souvenir. So sweet! I will definitely be coming back for when we have to renew any other passports in the future!

Recently got a wood wall print for Valentine's Day and it came out perfectly.

On top of that, they actually got it ready by the big day I requested they had expedited it thankfully. I so much appreciate this as it was my mistake to not prepare ahead of time since wood mounts take longer than normal prints.

Al, is not only a scholar and a gentleman. Al is also a very fair and classy guy. This is reflected in his customer service to a very high degree. I have been using Al for my printing needs for well over 10 years and I have always been more than satisfied with his quality of work and his prices. Had a wonderful experience here. Great customer service on the phone and in person. Very polite and friendly. We walked in and he was able to retouch a photo for me, print it, and frame it for me within half an hour. Along the way he showed me his work, explained what he was doing, and made sure what he was doing was exactly what I wanted. He emailed me a digital copy and even made me some little wallet sized photos. The price and quality were superb. Extremely pleased with the service and final product. Thank you for helping to make a great Christmas gift.

Had a great experience. Needed to get a photo taken for my Canadian PR card and the owner was aware and quick to guide. He is professional and yet very pleasant.

I would not recommend for baby passport photos. I made the mistake of paying before I saw which photo he chose. And when I requested he retake the picture he refused. That is terrible customer service. If the photos are not accepted I'll just go elsewhere for new ones.

One hundred percent proper studio, zero disappointments.

Don’t spend time getting your picture taken in stores where they also sell hamburger buns and machine oil. Come to this small, cozy studio and be treated as the king and queen, while laughing with the friendly staff.

They are knowledgeable in requirements, they even showed me size of the picture and how it complies with the passport regulations and they got my acknowledgment for every step along the way.

Helpful, professional and friendly is a hard combination to find anywhere these days, skip the others, these guys rule.

I came in for photos for my US visa. The owner was polite and the turn-around time was quick. I appreciated that he offered to put on his mask during my service (even though it didn't matter to me personally). I sent my application off today - photo looked clear and I am 99% certain it will be accepted. Otherwise, they offer a free redo if the photo is returned. Can't complain.

I forgot the guy name but he's so kind and nice to talk to him, told me a bit about Europe and thier other services they have, they can make you photo album! Which is neat the quality of it is grate too and would be grate birthday gift! It would be meaningful gift and I highly recommend!

I’ve passed by the place a hundred or so times, while riding the bus to the New West train station, so I didn’t think much about it. But like everyone else in the lower mainland I need passport photos quickly and figured I would support local. Service was brilliant - accommodating, professional and top quality. The owner was able to churn out a set of passport photos in about 15 minutes, which felt far more secure than having someone at the big chains do it. I’ll probably look to switching over my photo printing to these guys. Great service and I would highly recommend.

I wanted to print some photos from a wedding I photographed as a gift to my clients and London Drugs did a really disappointing job. There was a magenta colour cast to my photos and they were underexposed. They looked nothing like they did on my calibrated screen.

I was in a hurry and called New West Photo to see if they could do a bit of a rush job for me, and they were so understanding and friendly with their communication.

They printed my 4x6 photos quicker than expected and the colour output was fantastic!
