I had a massage on Sunday morning. I found this place has too many quirky rules and nuisances. They don’t direct bill, or at least the therapist I saw does not. She also did not listen to my issues and instead just told me what is going on. They have exposed insulation in the rafters which I did not appreciate breathing in during my massage. The therapist spent too long giving me her diagnosis. I didn’t get on the table until after 9: 30 after waiting on the table for what felt like forever. In reality I got 45 minute massage for the price of a hour. I was also told I was doing alot of deep breathing like it was an issue… overall a very strange encounter, I have had much better massages and I won’t be back here I felt like my therapist was trying to upswell me to come see the chiropractor in the same office on another day. My doctor has advised me not to see chiropractor’a but she tried to sell me on it a couple times. Overall I found it a nuisance I won’t be returning. It’s hard to find a good therapist these days

I have seen a variety of massage therapists at this clinic for a number of years. Of late, I've experienced some issues that will likely cause me not to return.

Elizabeth is great. She is very professional and thorough. I have also never experienced any issues with Ismail.

Based on one of my experienced symptoms, one therapist advised me that it could be related to a cardiovascular issue, and had me perform an arm/hand test to diagnose. I don't believe massage therapists are in the profession of diagnosing medical issues, especially with a simple arm/hand test. It was quite alarming, and not something I had experienced in massage therapy before.

I also witnessed another therapist bring her large dog to work. I got the impression that there was no advanced notice given to the client that a dog would be present. The patient seemed caught off guard when greeted by the therapist and her dog at the front doors of the building. The therapist said to the client, "I brought my dog with me today. I'll have her out of the room during our initial assessment, and then I'll bring her in once you're situated on the table. She will normally just lay down and sleep. Ok? " Don't get me wrong, I love dogs, but there is also a time and a place. I don't believe a massage therapy office is the appropriate place to have a dog. I have had sessions with this particular therapist previously, and found her to be very set in her ways. Instead of listening to what I was saying, she had her own agenda and was basically telling me how things were going to go. I was told that I could not have an hour massage on my back/shoulders/neck, and was informed that I would be receiving a full body massage. Also, it is a client's right regarding what part of their body is touched, or not touched, by a massage therapist.

Lastly, another therapist was late for our session. I did not get into the room until approximately 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. I expected the session to therefore end 10 minutes late, but that did not happen, so essentially I paid for an hour session, but received a 50 minute session. He was also very set in his ways, and would not listen to me about releasing pressure on certain areas due to significant pain. The therapist also came to work visibly sick, and several days after the session, I too became sick.

I was curious about using acupuncture for muscle pain in my hands and feet due to aging. Marcie listened to my issues and asked about my medications. The results have been very interesting.

Elizabeth is my therapist. She's great! She dealt with my neck and back soreness. Also able to determine what other muscles need to tend to.

I strongly recommend Elizabeth. She is amazing professional who was able to get me back to pain-free life. After pregnancy i had very stiff muscles in between shoulder blades and lower back bothered me a lot. Elizabeth was able to relieve me within a few visits. Her magic touch relaxes unbelievably great.

I cannot rate the experience with the massage because I had to cancel last minute due to feeling unwell. However I will rate the non-existing customer care that I received.
I made a booking two days ahead and unfortunately I had to cancel the morning of my appointment because both me and my wife were feeling sick. We didn’t feel like putting anybody at risk. I understand there must be a cancellation fee, however none of the staff took 5min of time to return my call or respond to my email. Also I was quite surprised to see on my credit card bill that the cancellation fee was the same of the cost of the massage. I believe we could have found a better compromise that would not cost me 250$ and the center to lose two potential customers.
I trust the quality of the massage is good based on the reviews I am seeing. However the customer care was not existing for us so we won’t be able to experience that as we won’t give the place a second chance regrettably.

Elizabeth is one of the best massage therapists I have ever encountered. She was incredibly skilled and attentive, I always have tension in my neck and shoulders, and she knows exactly how to make it better. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and customize the massage to treat those areas. I always feel relaxed and refreshed afterward. I followed Elizabeth from her previous clinic and recommended her to friends and family, and will continue to do so without hesitation. Thanks for helping me feel better!

Cole Nakamura is a great therapist. After only a few times of Tui Na treatment with him, the chronic pain on my lower back and shoulders got relief. In addition, his acupuncture treatments effectively released my stress. I would recommend you to reach out to him if you are looking for a professional therapist.

Yusuf Daud, RMT and owner NWMT clinic has been my husband's massage therapist. He loves Yusuf's special ability to sense where the problem areas and fixed it. My experience? I never forget how in 2012 Yusuf had brought me back from a crippling pain on my lower back and arms that lasted almost a year, at the worst time, I could not even push down on the door lever; no amount of yoga, chiropractor or acupuncture worked and MRI did not show any problem; upon my hubby's urge and a last resort I went to Yusuf to ease the pain; SURPRISE! He helped me back to no-pain freedom in 6 sessions; the amazing thing was he was able to tell me when to come back after each session, until the last session when he told me to come back whenever I want. The crippling pain was forever gone. I only visit Yusuf when occasional tightness came in, which he usually fixed in one session. Nowadays when I asked if I need to come back, he will say, 'see you when I see you', endearing. Yusuf has been a part of our family's well being until now. Thank you, Yusuf. God bless you and your family.
