If I could I would give no stars. My child's first immunization appointment was confirmed and then cancelled the same day. Was told it would be rescheduled but have received no call. My child is no longer 2 months old so his first shot won't be done until god knows when. This is a great stress on me considering my child could get one of the diseases that these vaccines are supposed to protect against.
This is putting my child at risk. And I wake in clinics will do it because of covid. So I would like to say thanks for the poor communication.

One of the most unprofessional places I've ever dealt with. First they cancel my newborn's first vaccinations an hour before his appointment saying they would call us to reschedule the appointment in 7 days. Never received a call for two months. Kept getting tossed around by them with no clear answers. Took my wife reaching out to management and filing a complaint to get his appointment at Burnaby.

Now they have cancelled his appointment for his 4 month vaccinations with out leaving a voicemail or following up to reschedule. My wife had to call to confirm the appointment to find out that it was cancelled.

There is no excuse that a medical centre should be this unprofessional and disorganized. It shouldn't be this difficult to follow through with appointments that have been booked months in advance, pandemic or not.

This is a poor excuse of a Health Clinic.

Spoke with the staff member over the phone inquiring immunization records for my daughter (from a few years ago). They were extremely polite and helpful!
