New York Fries - Richmond Centre

Drink cups are different. No more plastic lids. Not sure how sturdy they are to walk around in. Mine kept popping out but I was eating at a table. Fries are fries…. It was good.

Only complaint is the California seasoning (you have to ask the server for it) was crumbly and in chunks. May have been old, they need some new ones.

Good food and fast service! Recently got the double cheese bacon hotdog and it was delish! Will definitely try their other selections soon!

Had a delicious classic poutine on Oct 28, Sat, which the flies was fresh, gravy was hot and curds were melted. Went back on Nov 8, Thu, despite there was a line up and there were 2 large poutine served before my turn, my regular classic poutine was disappointing - flies was not fresh, gravy was not hot enough and the curds weren’t melted at all even when finishing the flies. This is my comfort food I hope the quality is more consistent.

Fries are great:) good ol classic but there loaded hotdogs kinda bad. I could make a cheaper better hotdog with a microwave:/

I’m sorry to say that their classic poutine wasn’t as good as I had imagined for this was the first time I tasted it and found the fries soggy and the sauce bland. After eating up the cheese curds that tasted like mozzarella, I had to throw away the rest of the fries. A Canadian friend from Toronto told me I had to go to a mom-and-pop eatery to eat the “real” poutine.

Staff are usually very nice and helpful, and the food is consistently the same (yummy!). Love the different poutine options.:)

I love it when they remember your offers when you only go once a week! Made to order and always got food.

This two star is for that girl’s attitude. That’s not the way to do customer service and ofcourse to serve food. I wanted to give five star for the food and the guys who took the order.

Better hire people who knows proper customer service.

Ordered a regular poutine and they are getting skimpy on the curds and gravy. After the top layer is gone, there's nothing left but plain bland fries.

I love New York fries. Yesterday I went at this location to order around 3: 40 pm and I saw something unusual, unprofessional behaviour only by one staff member. What I saw there that there was this girl at the front taking orders, handing out orders nicely, she was doing her best and then there was another girl behind the fryer, she was also doing her best, it was busy at that point of time. Coming to the main concern that I saw a girl yawing with her mask off moving at the front desk, she did not care that there are customers at the front and she was looking sleeping. It was busy and she could have offered a little help to other girls but she did not instead she was busy filling up drink and making veggie fries for herself. I saw her taking the fries for herself first then fir the customers the other girl made. I looked very mean and unethical to me.
I wonder if she is a shift manager or someone at higher position then the other two girls then the are having a tough time as I could see.
She sneezed and was without the mask, looked so sleepy. No concern for the customers waiting and all she was worried about was her own drink and fries.

Hope the management reads my review and will be helpful to you to do better.

Overcooked fries, classic poutine is not good, veggie poutine is not good, and your best bet is to get poutine from Costco.

I love this restaurant. I wish they added more gravy into the fries and less cheese. But that's just my opinion.
