They should have a welcoming attitude and a good smile to greet the customers. The Boy standing on the front did not even smile once. Food is good no doubt but the service is the worst.

Fresh and quick food. The fries are always hot and delicious. This time, I tried the nacho fries and they were tasty. Lots of seating in the Food Court or you can take it to-go. I would eat here again.

The sausage is just terrible. The sausage is made from the most terrible raw materials and functional additives. It's just inedible. In third countries, even dogs are not fed. Just horror. Dangerous for your health. I want everyone to know that if you see "meat of mechanical deboning" in the Ingredients, do not buy such products in any case.

My hotdog bun broke so i asked for a new bun and sauce, and they gave me a whole new glizzy

Worst food and customer service experience we witnessed today. 3 East Indian girls were really rude and had no customer service skills. We bought a regular veggie fries and asked them to give toppings on side, to our surprise one of the girl refused to give us the topping and started arguing that I am working for past 7 years and we do not give toppings. Secondly, the veggie fries were stale and we threw it away. I hope owner can look into this because such behaviour will definitely impact the revenue. Vacation spoiler!

Bad costumer service. Very rude employees, low quality of the engredients, food that was probably old and freezed fries.

OH NO I AM SHOCKED!
The service is terrible. We went to eat poutine, some of my friends got their order but when the rest where about to do it they told us it was closed even tough we’ve been there a while.

This place was cleaning the fryer and surrounding area, spraying cleaning products while the fries were frying right next to it… I couldn’t believe my eyes. Someone needs to seriously do some training here or shut this place down before you really hurt someone.
