Very friendly front desk staff, amazing doctors, very knowledgeable, helpful, and listened carefully to all my needs. I had a great experience.

Stay away. Heartless, rude & Incompetent. Like most walk-in clinics but this one might be the worst I've seen yet.

The doctors at the clinic are attentive and caring. Unfortunately they are badly let down by one administration staff at reception. There are two front-of-house-staff: #1.a blond woman and #2.a brunette. The blonde receptionist is helpful and knowledgeable. Receptionists #2 has very poor people skills and little knowledge of how the Canadian health system operates. It’s a long story, but basically receptionist #2 refused to release results of a heart test unless I prepaid $150 to the clinic. The results of the test were worrying and indicated I should consult with a cardiologist ASAP for advice. She was very nasty on the phone and suggested I was acting fraudulently. The mixup occurred because she is ignorant of an interprovincial healthcare agreement which allows out-of-province healthcare card holders to access the BC healthcare plan for three months while visiting the province. After a long conversation she agreed to check with someone and called back sheepishly and agreed to forward the test results. She really needs to be moved to a back-of-house position and away from the patients.

I’m not sure where dr ihab received his license from but he’s the most unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered. Very rude and condescending.he did a telephone appointment with me via viva guilford and hung up because he was annoyed at a genuine question I had and needed assistance with. Judging by the reviews I’m not the only one who believe he shouldn’t be practicing. The healthcare world is small and I’m sure I will run into him one day and I’ll further express how vile and disgusting he is

Tried to book an appointment online. Booking request denied because new patients have to call to book an appointment. Tried to call to book an appointment. The first time, they put me on hold for an hour, then hung up on me. The others went to answering machine, which was already full. Worse than useless, complete waste of time.

Horrible experience. More than 45 mins late, just so that the Doctor tell me that I’m taking too long to tell the story of my injury. And then proceeds to not examine my foot properly and writes false information on my Doctor’s Note - that I need for X-Ray Specialist Admission. Able to put weight on my foot” “Can walk normal” “No Swelling” “No Bruising”. And those are all the symptoms that I have that have not made me able to go to work.
He was rushing and telling me that he needed to save time and I needed to hurry. Overall unprofessional and poor service from the Doctor. Didn’t even make me walk to see if my walking was fine or asked me I could hold weight on my foot.

Incredibly dismissive. Wouldn't listen while I was talking, constantly interrupted me, told me I was wrong or that my symptoms didn't matter. When I brought up things a second time because they were relevant, he seemed surprised as if he really hadn't heard me the first time. Very uncaring, disinterested in his patient, made excuses for not doing a thorough examination. When I got frustrated and upset at how I was being treated he told me I was "emotional" not "sick". Unbelievable. Would never recommend going here and will never go back.

Web site says they take walk ins. Arrived 30 minutes before opening hoping to see a doctor only to find out they do not accept walk ins and only do virtual appointments. Receptionist was incredibly rude as well.

Website proudly proclaims in big, bold letters "Walk-in Clinic We accept patients on a walk-in basis. If you seek urgent care that isn’t a life-threatening emergency, such as wound care or treatments for fractures or sprains, we can help. Stop by our medical clinic in Port Moody, British Columbia, and our staff will ensure that you receive quick and effective medical care. " None of this is true, the receptionist told me they are a family practice and do not accept walk-ins, and told me I needed to make an appointment. If that's how you run, that's fine, but UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE. Large sign on the door said medical masks were required. I was the only person inside with a mask, not even the receptionist had one.

None of the doctors went to school in Canada. I do not trust them. They are very rude, impatient and disrespectful. They always try to threaten you by saying “you are rude” whenever possible. This clinic should be closed, it’s a disaster to British Columbians.

I found staff in this clinic to be professional, friendly, and quick. Not sure why all the aweful reviews.

Stay away from Ihab Ibrahim. He is extremely rude and disrespectful. He doesn't deserve the title "doctor"

Has to be the worst possible doctor out there! Very unprofessional and rude. Doesn't listen when your speaking and talks over you like your wrong. Takes 3 days for the front desk to answer a phone to make an appt.

Waited 2 hours for a phone call appointment that never came. Checked the website eventually to call them, found out they had been closed for 90 minutes and that I had waiting for nothing.

Some way to let me know that my appointment had essentially been cancelled would have been nice. Disappointing.

Too bad that there is no option for negative stars!
I was supposed to receive a phone call by Dr. Mina Antonious last night at 6: 45pm.
It wasn't a manicure appointment, but a doctor's appointment, which means I was really in need of help.
I never received the phone call and when you try calling the office you hear the voicemail saying "please don't leave a message we do not listen the messages".
The following day, at first they were not picking up the phone and once they did, they tried to hang up on me repeatedly without even speaking to me. Once I said please don't hang up and listen to me, the lady on the other side was surprised (I guess she was trying to make a phone call and got me on the line), asked me to wait on hold and then hung up on me. Wasn't able to reach them again!
This is my first negative review ever, as I am that upset!
So disappointing and unprofessional - a medical institution, that is supposed to care for people!
Save your time and health by looking elsewhere for help!

The doctors are very unprofessional and rude it’s ok to act like that in Egypt, not in Canada ppl deserve respect here, I will never go back there

I have been visiting this clinic since 2002. Very lucky to have Doctors who care for their patients well being and health. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for looking after my family.

Worst receptionist ever, woman on the phone is unfriendly and unleashes her anger at you.how is she allowed to even be the one talking to clients?

Wait was 3x longer than estimated by front staff, lots of advertisements for their hotsculpting procedures perpetuating body image issues. Staff were polite despite being overworked, doc was nice enough, really hated the advertisement atmosphere.

Have been using Newport Medical clinic for years, the staff are always friendly and polite. Both doctors are caring and professional, I always book my appointments in advance and usually get in right on time.

Terrible receptionist who turns away walk-in patients (in partnership with doctors), because they feel like it. If you want to be seen urgently and don’t want to waste time, look for a different clinic.

Friendly front desk staff, doctors are kind and sincere about the needs of their patients. I am grateful for finding the doctors there for myself and my kids.

Had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The front desk staff are quite friendly and the doctors are really helpful, kind and patient. They take the time to listen to your concerns and sincerely care for their patients. I will definitely keep coming back!

Dr. Ihab was extremely professional, his knowledge and care are exceptional. Always treated with me the maximum care. I never waited for more than twenty minutes after booking my appointment. Sometimes the clinic can get busy but that is due to the great reputation that Dr. Eva and Dr. Ihab acquired During their long years of medical practice.

As a family we visit this clinic for several years I always see dr Evelyn for my health issues
I always get a very good attention, dr Evelyn is a very good listener, very knowledgable and direct me to the proper channels
