I wish I could give them zero star but there is no option. I bought paneer samosas, excessive oil on them, when I reach home oil was dropping on the hands and even the brown bag full of oil. Our guests refused to eat them. After attending the guests I went to the shop and complained lady was so rude, she refused to refund or exchange the samosas. I asked her to return my receipt at least but she threw the receipt and Samosas in the garbage. They don't know how to talk to the customer dealing like they are in India. No respect for a customer. Even prices are also higher than the other sweet shops. They charge $2 for each paneer Samosa. I will not go there again and I recommend whole Punjabi community the same thing. Thanks

I gave an order for samosas but when I arrived I was told they had been thrown away because I was late so when I asked for my receipt to get a refund the lady at the front refused to give me one and said they had thrown that away as well, on top of that she acted very rudely and didn’t offer any sort of help.
Only order from this place if you want your day to be ruined by the absolute worst costumer service experience imaginable.

We ordered paneer paroka and gobi paroka. They didn’t fry it properly and also the chutney was having foul smell. Would never recommend anyone.

We bought 2 orders of boondi ladoo it smelled so bad that we felt ashamed when we gave it to some relatives and he opened it. Please close your restaurant.your food is mess

Avoid at all costs. Lady tried to force me to spend a higher amount to ai with debit unless I paid cash. Poor customer service …. And only wanting cash, seems like there is something shady going on.

One of worst place to order something.
We went there few times they always take almost 1 hr to serve even you order one thing or 2.
I ordered samosas ahead of time so we can go and pick up but they took almost 1 hr to hand over 12 samosas.
I suggest everyone not to go there.

Tried 5 types of Samosa. They were great but the bbq one was quite salty yet Still I feel like their samosa is legit!

Don’t buys there sweets or snacks I bought sweets and they were gone bad …I didn’t realize until I got home and when I called they they denied that they sold sweets that were old and not eatable. Owner lady was really rude she don’t know how to talk to customers I believe only reason they shop runs because of the location of it.

I dont want to give a star, but seriously their sweets are too old and no return exchange policy. I aware to all of you guys dont buy thier old and tasteless sweets

Bought gulab jamun and pink stuffed rasgulla (Cham Cham). They really need to work on quality. Hope you guys take it in positive note.

I ordered sweets. Its worst. And very poor behaviour of guy working on counter. Don’t have manners of how to deal with customers.

I am very happy with their delicious food specially bread pakoras, samosas and their amazing customer service.

I just bought a bunch of sweet and they didn't give half of my sweets.when I came home and I realized they were missing so I called them and they kept hanging up on me even After realizing their mistake, instead of apologizing and giving my sweets back they hung up on me and were very rude on the phone. I don't like the service there and I do not recommend anybody to go there and buy anything.

Their Rasgullas were rotten, taste wasn’t good at all, and their customer service is the worst, the counter staff was okay, the helper from the kitchen was so rude and have no sense how to talk to customers.

Cannot rate below one star. If you want to enjoy Diwali right after a few weeks of Diwali, you are more than welcome to go at this place because they are still selling the products that they prepare for Diwali. Bad customer service no interest in customers and worst product.

Recently I visited this place to buy some sweets, I love Indian sweets it's true, they are too sweet but sometimes it's good to do for yourself a small pleasure. My husband wanted some samosa and we were order chicken samosa (2), Punjab samosa (2) and BBQ samosa (2). Based on my taste Punjab and BBQ samosa were too spicy, but my husband loved it because he eats spicy food.
I think this place has bad reviews because you are waiting too long for your order like samosa who it's coming from the kitchen. They tell you 10 minutes but be prepared for least 20-30 minutes. In the window it's a paper who says that some employees are in training so you need to understand and to be patient.
The sweets were good, fresh in my opinion, while I was waiting in those "10 minutes" I saw the girls refill some plates with sweets twice.
The young girl who served use was nice and polite, it's true her co-worker the other young girl who came to help she was a little bit harsh with the clients.
The place seems clean, busy place, they messed up my sweets box, next time (my intention is to come back to try other sweets) I will ask to give me the box while I will wait maybe other order who needs to come from the kitchen.
I don't know for how long are in business but I have some suggestions:
-to write down the client name on the box or bag to avoid any confusion or to do like order number
-maybe they should training the personnel to ask how spicy should be their food
-maybe some of employees should be trained to be more patient and polite with the clients.
-I don't know the sweets names (I know only jalebi) but it will be nice if in front of sweets plate to be write down the name of each sweet, I don't think this place is only for Indian community, they are people from others communities, like me, who wants to try something new.
Anyway, it's not a such bad place, just small things should be improved.

I ordered gulab jamun yesterday evening. But they were bad. I could sense from the smell they had gone bad. Very disappointed.

Horrible customer experience. They are selling old sweets that are dry and have no taste. They were unwilling to return or exchange. How can you be running a business without basic customer service skills? The owner took the sweets back that we brought and put them back to display. People be aware of how unhygienic this. They are selling products that have left the store. Please be aware everyone. Health Canada will also be notified regarding this so they can do inspection.

Had the best ever sweets in Canada after coming from india. Really liked the service they provide. Would recommend you guys to visit and specially test their roasted burfi as well

We were referred to this sweet shop by one of our friend in USA. We have tried their sweets, samosa (Punjabi and regular samosa) chole and pinni (made up of flax seeds) all of them are delicious. They have good sweets and savory items. Punjabi samosa is better than regular samosa. Chole is also very tasty. Not too oily and not spicy but very flavourful. Will come back to try out their other dishes. Would recommend for all food lovers.

Best place to eat at if you need something quick and tasty. Their chole bhature is the best I’ve ever had and their butter chicken is one of the best I’ve had.

They're service is excellent. Amazing people with the best sweets in town. Recommend coming here 10 times out of 10. Their Chole Bature are fantastic. Love it!

They are know for their Punjabi samosas. I have noticed that 8 of 10 times they serve stale aloo in their dishes. I have told them multiple times about their stale aloo but the experience continues.

Great place for sweets, my go to when i have guests coming over. Always get compliments and get asked where they are from, never have failed to satisfy me with their sweets. The food here is also amazing, the butter chicken is one of the best. Very clean environment and very kind and respectful service aswell.

Bought 2 pounds of mixed sweets.when I had to pay bill was 25 dollars.had never paid that kind of money for 2 pounds of sweet

Worst experience. Worst taste of golgappa paani. It is just tamarind dipped in water. Not at all recommended.
