Honestly, this place was my to-go place and I used to tell others about it but not anymore. They’re charging ridiculous prices for subpar quality. $42 for 2 large veggies? Really? I just cancelled the order. The last time I actually bought pizza- like a year ago, the pizza smelled bad, as if, it was rotting.

They give me veggies supreme pizza which don’t have cheese on the corners of pizza when I complain to them and also send pictures but they giving response pizza is okay according to them! Really it’s not considerable so next on words I m not going to order from newton pizza.

I moved from abbotsford to surrey in 2015 i was your loyal customer from april 2015 every friday we order pizza from last 8 years continuously without any break today i came in to pick up my food unfortunately i forgot my phone at home and it wasnt even busy no customers we’re waiting no phone lines ringing I politely asked cashier to if i can make phone call at home needed to ask if we needed something else she went in there to ask owner and he simply refused no we cant let you do that like how heartless someone can be we let even strangers use our phone if someone ask us for help and you guys couldnt let your regular customer from 8 years to use your phone thts shame on u guys.thanks for your 8 years of service from next week you wont hear from me today you lost a regular loyal customer have a good day mr newton pizza owner thats how you treat your customers who probably gave you thousands of dollars business a phone call really that too wen u guys were dead slow no customers waiting no phone lines ringing and u still refused

Newton Pizza is hands down the best spot for pizza in the Newton/Panorama area. I usually do takeout, as delivery can take some time. The pizza is solid quality and fairly priced.

Staff at front is very rude and totally unprofessional,

They were quick. Tried their meat lover pizza it was loaded meat. All together was best experience

It’s a decent experience, the waiting area is quite small so depending on times you could be standing together with 8-10 people in a 8x8 room. The preparation of food however is quite quick but only if you order regular items like cheese pizza. I have been given a cheese pizza within 5 mins of my order which is pretty quick and it’s usually why I go there.

My order was ignored twice and kept on redirecting me, then never answered when i called to order the next day, good food but, bad customer service as if we won't pay for it.

Was looking for best pizza and finally got it. Supreme veg pizza tasted too good. Will definitely visit again.

They don’t know the meaning of extra hot and mild and even don’t have a solution for their mistakes.

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE We have been ordering here for over 15 years and love the pizza until lately. The pizza cost us average 50 dollars for 2 large pizzas. This evening the pizza came burnt on top so I called expecting them to replace it. First they denied the pizza is burnt, said the manager would call me back tomorrow, wanted a picture of the pizza. After a lengthy conversation they said they would not replace the pizza. Needless to say that is the last time we order pizza from this horrible establishment with the worst customer service.

This place used to be my favorite for pizza but the quality has gone down by a lot lately. I think they are under new owners or management.

We ordered veggie pizza and there were very less veggies on it and secondly the taste was not good either. Won’t go again.

Compare to price pizza quality is very low. Ordered large butter chicken pizza and its taste like mix veg sabzi rather than piZza. And also got stomachache after eating it.

The staff and the owner were really disrespectful wanted a customer to apologize to them when i wanted to change my order I wouldn’t recommend this place at all needs to be shut down or out of business and I would give zero star but unfortunately and I can’t stay away from here!

We are there regular customer! This is the best pizza shop in the town. We can taste that everything is fresh like dough and veggies highly recommend the paneer pizza, chipotle paneer and cheese love with ranch sauce… must visit guys and they have best customer service everrrrrr!

The quality of the place isn't that good because of other stores that are really health violation however the food atmosphere and service itself is actually really good so I would actually recommend this just avoid all the other stores around it

Very expensive you can get batter pizza from Great pizza with almost half price. I bought 2 large cheese and 1larg vegetables charge me $47.00 same order from Great pizza $35.00. Taste is batter

I was there regular customer and earlier there service was really good.
But now this happened to me 3rd time they made a wrong pizza and when i went there for pickup they said we can make a new one for you.
I was having no problem for waiting 15 mins but when I opened the pizza at home I came to know that they put mashrooms in it however i everytime tell them not to put mashrooms in it and it was really bad pizza
I will never order from here again

Such a bad service. They are selling expired smelly ranch and then the so called owner saying the ranch is not our product. Excuse mee u guys can check the expiry date someone is paying for food.

Really bad customer service. They tell people to come in 15 min and then you have to stand there for 30 min for your pizza. Just tell your clients to come in 45 min. Get your staff trained please. No one wants to stand outside for 30 min to get pizza.

Pizza is 10/10. Myself, including my family and friend order from here all the time. Newton Pizza is easily one of the top pizza places in town. Customer service is meh, but I don't really care because it's a takeout/delivery joint. Their pizzas are amazing, but the wings and lasagna are also great. If you're in the area and looking for a fast place to get takeout pizza, you should definitely check this place out. These guys will tell you your pizza will be ready in 15-20 mins, it actually will be unlike some other places in this area. The only times I've ever had the pizza take somewhat longer is on special holidays like Diwali or Christmas, and even then it's more often than not been on time.

Never buy from here! I ordered online realized immediately afterwards it was for the wrong location I called them and they said they would refund the money They immediately called me back and said it would take 4-5 business days for the refund to go through 6 weeks later still no refund and they ignore me every time I send them any sort of messaging regarding this! Very shady business practices

Very bad pizza. First thing was the pizza was not even that good. On top of that we found a hair in the pizza. When we called back the employee was very rude acting as if we were at fault. Then she said come after 5 hours even tho we want to eat our pizza now. Then she hung up. When I called back they said they will give me a small size of the same pizza and it will take over an hour to deliver even tho we should be priority. I don’t recommend going to this pizza place maybe try any other pizza shop in the lower mainland.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY MADE WRONG PIZZA AND FORCED US TO BUY THE PIZZA THAT WE DIDN’T ORDER, THEY DON’T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS

This place serves decent pizza. But they do so without any attempt at customer service and often 15-30 minutes slower than they would tell you.

I ordered a pizza by phone at 11 for pickup at noon, and it wasnt ready until 12: 35, and this isn't the first time this has happened either with this place. Not to mention that it was burnt on the bottom and overcooked. I suspect that it is their lunch staff that is the problem.

Their staff is like they are doing you a favour to buy a pizza. Also there s always a skinny girl cashier there who i think is deaf. You need to repeat your order like 5 to 10 times to her and she keeps saying sorry sorry. And still if she didnt hear you she will get mad at you. They should get her that deaf ear machine or something or kick her out lol.

I had very bad experience here today actually I order 3 thin crust base pizza there and I double triple check them and I open pizza at home it wasn’t thin crust so I decided to call them and owners leagues was very bad to me and oh kehnda k next time extra thin crust order krya kro patandra ne new base launch krta das hun asi fer pranthe order kr dine aa balle o shera tere. Lasagna is not like that how it should be but we really enjoyed pizza (perfect) be careful while ordering italian and carelesss while ordering pizza coz thats really really gud.

They are not deserving even one star. We ordered chicken wings first time from there. Wings were all burnt out then I went to restaurant again, they told me they will make new wings for me. I was happy by their efforts. But after eating their wings. I got pain in my stomach and vomiting. It looks like their wings was not fresh. Then I talked to staff they said we sell 500 wings a days and we did not get any complain. And he said, I think the wings are expensive for you that’s why uh making the story. They are so rude.

To be honest Newton Pizza is a great place and i been a loyal customer, some times they have taken a long time for my small pizza i waited 45 min, wasn’t happy but they gave me a free pop, then i order a small pepperoni for my daughter and they offer me 25% off next time.i know it busy place but i want my pizza on time.

It was my first time visiting the store. The lady at the front didn't even reply to our Hi. She didn't say anything until we asked her to take our order. We felt super unwelcomed but the pizza was good. I'll not go there again because of the customer services I have received and lots of other places sells good pizza.

Best pizza in Surrey by far! Amazing quality ingredients, cheese is top notch, the sauce is phenomenal. I’ve tried countless pizza places and I keep coming back here. Freshest and best tasting! Oh and they also put the pepperoni on top of the cheese.

Easily the best pizza in town. They actually listen to your order and make the proper adjustments that you ask for, like extra sauce or having the pizza well done. The pizza is cooked perfectly every time with plenty of toppings and sauce. The prices are fair even when you add more toppings. They include dips and chillies at no extra cost and always have the order done on time, so you never have to wait.

I was on a walk with my son when he said he was hungry so we stopped in to grab a slice of pizza. The pizza itself was ok, nothing spectacular but wasnt bad either. The reason I am giving them 5 stars is despite what all of the reviews say about poor customer service, i was greeted and served politely and was even given an extra slice of pizza because the veggie one I had ordered was on the small side. That was a generous gesture and a pleasant surprise. I will be coming back.

I used to be their regular customer but now i never wanna their again after my last visit. I went their with my little daughter and they said their is still 10 mins wait for the order i was waiting on side and then listen i dun if its the owner or manger shouting inside at workers in rude punjabi language. That was really disgusting and disrespectful for me how someone can treat anyone like this. My daughter start asking me why are they shouting like this and i was having no answer. They should learn how to talk.

Great pizza, horrible customer service. They don't ask to put you on hold when you call, they just do it and they NEVER make their pizza spicy. I've told them several times to make it spicy and it's super mild.

I usually prefer Surrey Pizza on scott road. But I did find Newton Pizza to be less greasy. So was happy with that. We asked for no ginger and cilantro.but they still added it. Would I order here again.maybe.

Great pizza 3 months ago, since then I've ordered two more times and both times it was Burnt! Not impressed, had surgery done on hand, so I thought I'd order pizza as I can't cook. Bad mistake, will Never order from here again! Jan 30th 2021 changing Stars from 5 to 0

Customer service can be improved. Its just one of those late night cravings that they satisfy and they do taste good.

Poor customer service. Staff is busy doing there gossip. They are not even aware that customer is waiting in the shop at the reception and calling for them couple of times. I ended up by canceling my order by calling them. Moreover, staff member was behaving very rudely on phone.

They don't honor their menu prices. I was suppose to have a bill for 30 but then was charged 50. When I asked about the price change, I was told to take it or leave it and that they were having internet issues with their website so the prices were different. Clearly this is a business which either hires morons or ownership just doesn't know what they're doing. Stay clear of these people.

Ordered from here for my family waited 1 hour and called and the employee argued that we did not order any pizza when we had a 1 minute conversation saved into my call logs. The employee finally realized their mistake and the pizza was rushed and tasted horrible very bad customer service very bad pizza. The delivery driver then came to tell us that the receipt had fallen off their table and they forgot about our order? Very dissapointed had guests and family over and was embarrassed to order from here.

At least 3 different locations in Surrey/South Surrey. The South Surrey one being by far the best in my opinion but they're all good.

I've been ordering Pizza and wings for a few years from Newton Pizza. Never had a bad Pizza or wings. Food is always fresh and hot when it get's to my door. The drivers are always polite and take a few seconds to talk to you and ask how your day was.
