Newton Pizza

The worssssst customer service. Zero respect for peoples time. About 10 people waiting inside and all waited over 45 mins for pizza they ordered and were told to pick up in 25 minutes. No apology. No discount for waiting 45 minutes after being told “just 5 more minutes”. Never again.

I ordered 2 large pizza they told me to be ready in 30 mins but i got my pizza after 60 mins.

Edit Nov2023: decre to 2* because we have ordered the same pizza week over week for ages but the last 4 times the same pizza has been a different price each visit. Its like they just decide on a whim what they want to charge me today.today $18, nx 20, week after 17, this week 21. What? Make it make sense. Pizza is good but this random pricing is not so I don't think we will be returning.

Previous: Always good pizza when customized. My go to order is a medium half veggie half tandoori chicken. They make it really well with my other specific modifications.

I have heard Newton Pizza is a good pizza place, but whoever answers the phone must hate her job—day after day of over-promising and under-delivering.

I was first told “within an hour. ” Then told at the end of the first hour “on its way. ” At nearly two hours later, the pizzas finally arrived. TWO HOURS! Not one.

I am familiar with “ paanch minat, ” but this was among the biggest disappointments.

The voice on the other end of the telephone is a lier. She walked herself and her driver out of a tip.

First: never lie.

Second: saying sorry doesn’t cost a penny.

The lier aside, the food was enjoyable but me and my 40 friends will never order from there again.

Online ordering doesn’t work properly. When you ask for something to be removed from a pizza it doesn’t work then staff proceed to not want to fix the problem. Staff at this location are terrible

The pizza was so fresh and perfect distribution of toppings.asked for extra crispy bbq wings and they delivered! So good. Thank you

Very good pizza I love there red velvet cake and lasagna and wings really good food is much better then before they did some renovations really nice manger rlly nice staff is ok. Kid friendly

Food is better than other branch locations but really humble staff but i don’t know why the pizzas taste all the same i think they need to work on sauce flavours.

They lie to your face when you are there in person as to how long the pizza will be ready in. On the phone I was told 35 minutes for one large pizza. I went at 40 minutes then was told another 10 minutes.but it ended up being another 25 minutes. I would have appreciated the truth so I could have gone and picked up my children then come back. They need to be honest and say the truth. Don't lie that's not good customer service

We finally found Newton Pizza. In my opinion the best take-out pizza on the peninsula. Best combination of flavor profiles, best valve (cost), crisp on the top, and we even like the crust. I can't figure out if pizzas are cooked in better ovens, made with better ingredients, or better pizza know how. Busy place on Fridays, because that when I pick-up and will definitely keep returning to this location on King George South Surrey. No dine-in, just take out or delivery.

I've ordered several times from here and 90% of the time the mess up my order. They have added extra pizzas to my order that I did not request and paid for it, to find out I didn't even order that pizza. Then offer me a credit of that pizza and not even add the tax to it that I paid for. Pizza is descent but double and triple check your order before even paying. If they were honest people with integrity, they would have superior customer service which they don't and could careless.

Went to go pick up my pizza order, lady didn’t greet me she asked for my phone number.she slid me the machine to pay, grabbed my pizza then walked to the back. I was going to ask a question and she wouldn’t come back out, stood there for a good minute. Will not be ordering from here again, very rude staff

No doubt pizza was very tasty and am their regular customer.but manager and their higher authority should focus more on the staff …their girl on the main desk was very rude don’t know how to present in front of customers. AM TALKING ABOUT 25april 2023 night time.they should be polite bcz when i saw all reviews all of them are their rudeness.manager should take care of it.

Great spot for gluten free pizza. Cross contamination happens as there are not separate ovens.

The clement veggie with extra cheese is my jam.

Staff was friendly on the phone and in person when I picked up. Pizza was amazing, especially the Paneer! Gluten free was as good as the thin crust wheat pizza (I tried both!) Also they got Dr. Pepper and corny inspirational posters in the front area. I think this might be my new favourite za.

Now 20% more expensive.

Ok I get it the customer service is a 2. But price point and taste of pizza is fantastic. Forget about the other joints in town

Best pizza IMO. Well done, great favor combination. My favorite is Chicken Club.if you like spicy, then that's the one you got to try. It's not a place to hang out but the food tastes great!

Legit little pizza shop. Great deals and delicious pizza. Delivery guy is always cheerful, though ordering over the phone, the lady is a little coarce, but might be beacuse they are busy at the time of order. Also, if seems you have to "remind" then that you want the pop with the deals, beacuse if you don't, they don't seem send them out.

Decent pizza. Lots of toppings.
They are not high end but are certainly my go to on a lazy Friday night. The vegetarian Indian recipe pizzas are really quite good!

Newton is the bomb. Get a special pizza. You won't regret it. All of the toppings are fresh. The large pizza weighs about 6 pounds. WOW.

Poor service, poor quality, charge waaay more than average pizza places and super rude attitude. Stay away from this pizza joint. There is alot of pizza places in south surrey and white rock that are waaaay better then these guys! You have been warned!

Good staff and pizza but it was a dive location with regards to being next to an auto shop
