Newton Return-It Bottle Depot

Employees there are cheating with customers. Happened with me 3 times when i dropped of bags with labels. 3rd time i counted the cans before dropping them off. I supposed to get over $60 with 5 big bags but got only $23 for 4 bags. I went there and talked to employee girl, she got my number and said the owner will call you but nobody call me even after 2 weeks. I think i have to complaint against this business

It's nice that I can drop my bags off and walk out, not so nice that this pretty much guarantees I will not receive my full deposit return. I finally complained as my last drop off was credited for about the same amount as my regular drop offs even though I dropped twice as many bags this time. Feedback to my complaint asked for specific sizes and types of bottles returned as well as the size of the bags. One look at my account history of 3 years or so should tell the tale, and why would I try to fraudulently claim a higher refund than owed to me after all that time. Shameful that I CANNOT EXPECT NOT TO BE STOLEN FOROM WHEN USING THIS SERVICE

Brought in 2 bags of beer cans and was credited 60 cents, was shorted the time before also. I think since new ownership I've been getting ripped off. I then went to Panorama in surrey and got paid $14 for 280 cans. Don't know what's going on but 6 months ago and earlier I always got what I was expecting.

I was not used to go to bottle depot until there is deposit on milk gallons. It’s so much rush there, but the staff is so helpful. We need big bottle depot outside the city

I like this location It is as clean as one would expect. The female staff that I spoke with was very helpful. I also found out that they accept cardboard. I found it difficult to find places that would accept cardboard anywhere near this area which I live in. The bottle express program offered here is so simple to do once registered online. I use to dread dealing with bottles and cans so I just gave them away, but now that I know how easy it is to do the express, I don't mind doing it at all. Thanks.
