NexGen Hearing

Got cussed out in traffic by one of your guys in a mitsubishi suv. Not the kind of person i would want making house calls to my family members.

I took my then 89 year old Mum to Mike, at NexGen after she lost her old set of hearing aids. Mike was extremely patient with her and walked her through the options and recommended a new set of hearing aids that were form fitted to her ears. They were the perfect fit and work very well for her. I was very pleased with the initial service, but the service got even better when, my mum broke one of her hearing aids and Tina was so helpful and efficient, providing an interim solution and getting the repair done quickly. I would highly recommend Mike and Tina at NexGen, if you are looking for hearing solutions and great service with on going support.

I received excellent advice and service throughout the process of choosing the best hearing aids for my needs. Programming, making adjustments, and fitting custom moulds were all carried out thoroughly and efficiently. Overall it was a professional, friendly, and fun experience.

Our families world has recently been turned upside since the news our 3year old had lost all the hearing in his left ear and would likely loose what remains in his right. While trying to navigate the challenges that come with this diagnosis we needed to find a way to help our little guy learn to wear hearing aids and keep them on. This meant perhaps getting his favourite teddy bear to wear one as well as mom and dad. We called NexGen to get some ideas. Tina at NexGen was fantastic! She came up with an idea immediately and within 24 hours I was able to get some great teaching tools. The customer service at NexGen is amazing. You can't go wrong in dealing with a company that has this much heart. We are so grateful for their help and kindness.

I wish I could give them 10 stars! Tina and Mike and Next Gen online are fabulous. I was super nervous about my test and had no idea what to expect. But they were kind, courteous, helpful and understanding. They guided me through the entire process and the follow-up care is amazing. The hearing aids are priced competitively and they go all-out to make sure you are satisfied with everything. They respond quickly, answer questions honestly and work to your budget. I highly recommend them!

From my first appointment to be fitted for my hearing aids I found Mike Henwood and the office staff very pleasant and efficient in solving and adjusting my hearing aids. The office has also provide follow uo to ensure I'm satisfied with the hearing aids.

Nexgen is a very helpful, competent organization, and this office is superb at looking after customers. AS an engineer, I have quite specific expectations from my hearing aids. Nexgen delivered, and when I had a problem, they stayed on it until it was fixed. Their warranty on product is exceptional. The added products, such as the TV sound adapter, makes watching very pleasureable.
No need to shop elsewhere.
