NexGen Hearing

We first met Craig at a home show in Duncan. He noticed my husband's hearing aids not fitting properly and approached us to talk. We explained how we had come about these hearing aids, thru a friends deceased DAD and he had thought of us as they were an expensive brand, Siemens. We made a follow-up appointment with Craig and got two new inner ear molds made to fit my husband's ears. That came with new wires, speakers and Craig calibrated them to my husband's hearing from test previously done by Craig. He knew our financial situation and no health plans so willingly did what he could with minimal cost. His main goal was to get us better hearing. He was very generous of his time, patience and knowledge to make them fit my husband's ears. Receptionist Trish very friendly, helpful and accommodating for appointments. They both made our experience very easy and comfortable. Craig is good at identifying issues and quick to solve very helpful.

My husband went to Craig at Nexgen and is hearing better than he has in years. Craig is caring and knowledgeable and I do not hesitate to recommend him.
