It's one of my favorite natural shops in Victoria! It always smells amazing in there, the staff is friendly & knowledgeable. The cleaning products are worth every penny. I'm obsessed with the laundry powder, lemongrass dishsoap, face cream, deodorant & bar soaps. I also love that they make all their own products in store, so you can trust the quality of ingredients. This place is great for anyone with sensitive skin/ allergies. I highly recommend this store for the essential oils section too. And they give a discount if you bring your own bottles

Similar to some of the other reviews I too have experienced some questionable customer service, at the Johnson Street store. Two employees stand out but the worst by far is the male employee; short guy with a hat and mustache. Terribly unprofessional way of speaking to customers.
I live downtown and go into the store to BUY! I know my way around the store and I know what I'm looking for. But now if I see him in there I just don't bother.

Natural products that work. I love their dog shampoo, oils, and bath bombs. Even better that you can refill their products.
