I’ve known Sarah and the gals for many years I’d say I’ve been coming for cut and highlights for 10 years - well for the last while I used box black dye and asked for highlights again and well, Sarah never disappoints, she gave me a beautiful Carmel/blonde highlights and a nice trim - her staff are always so helpful and they work fast which is nice- thanks Sarah & ladies …

I'm very happy with the new hair. They do the great job with reasonable price. The employees are very friendly, thank you Ms Ngoc!

It's not an upscale place, but Sarah is an expert. I'd say she puts out great results with much less the price you'd have your hair done in a posh salon. Bring cash.

Tina gave me a pedicure. She was friendly, attentive, and did a super job. I was able to really relax and enjoy the experience. Forget the place I’ve been going to for years. I’ll be going to see Tina now.

I think the ladies here do a great job with their work. The price is affordable. The outcome is usually pretty good but DO NOT expect a spa-like experience and environment. Their movements can be kinda sloppy and messy as they are a busy salon and do a speedy job. Not so gentle on working with your hair or washing it but the overall finish is pretty nice. I wish they used some money to buy new furniture, or new supplies or even a renovation would be more comfortable. Or spend more time to clean the place properly. Etc. Otherwise it's not a bad place. I still go there once in awhile.

Decent place, but prices went up for coloring service in the last year or so by $50.a bit extreme considering they don't tell you about this

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY. I cannot express how disappointed I am about their services.

I showed Sarah a picture of the hair I want and tell her exactly what I’m looking for. She did not do the colour right. She DOES NOT know the colour tone number to get to what you’re looking for. She just randomly bleached it and said it looked exactly in the picture. I had to go for another salon to fix it for another $200.

This place in overall is unhygienic: Their towels still have stains from past usage. They throw all used towels and gowns into a trash-looking can for clean-up afterward. They also brushed and washed your hair heavily as they wanted to get it done as soon as possible. They lady who washed your hair wear heavy gloves (that is meant for dish-washing). It was bad.

I have always get done my hair by Sara for the first time I was VERY disappointed the way she did my hair. I asked for balayage grey colour it turned out yellow not only the colour turned out bad she also did not blended them properly it looks like it’s home done by unprofessional. I was not happy at all with the result and the service I received this time it was just waste of my money $170. I will never go back at this salon or recommend anyone.

I’m really happy with my new short haircut. Wendy, she is good with short haircut styles. I showed her the photo references, talked a bit and 15 mins done! I would definitely come back in the future!
Keep in your mind, this salon isn’t the boujee salon experience. It’s CHEAP, FAST SERVICE AND GET WHAT YOU PAY.
If you are ok with auntie service style like you are in your hometown, I would recommend this place.

It's difficult to reach them on the phone sometimes, but in store they're always fast (but a little rough), efficient, and do their best to help everybody no matter how busy it is in there. Sarah has done my hair so many times now and I haven't been unhappy with it once.

Ngoc (Wendy) does really nice comb over fades and she's super nice. I took a risk of switching stylist right before my grad pics and to say the least, she did not disappoint.

This is my go to place for getting my hair coloured for a few reasons. Sarah has given me recommendations on what might look better and my hair has always turned out better than I was hoping for. She definitely knows what she's doing and she does a good job! Her staff are all quite friendly as well, even with their broken english they made an effort to talk and joke with me. The pricing is beyond reasonable as well considering the quality of the work you walk away with. I had another appointment booked after my hair but realized the timing might have been too tight. I asked Sarah at the beginning of the appointment if we'd be finished by a certain time and while she couldn't promise me to be done by then, she made it work! She got her assistants to help a bit more with several of the sttepps and got me out with time to spare, which i really appreciated as I was thinking i might need to push my next appointment or rush to it.

The person who dyed my hair was fast and efficient. They were nice and were to the point. I would do a -2 points though because 1. It was really hard to get a hold of them over the phone. My friend and I called 20 times (different hours and different days) and there was no response. 2. There was a brown spot that I noticed afterwards and I'm not sure if it was because they did it too quickly and didn't bother to check it after or if it was intentional?

Sarah is the best she is fast and awesome. I highly recommend this salon to get your hair done.

Didn’t achieve the colour i wanted. My hair melted and I blew dry my own hair.hairdresser keep pushing and pulling my head and hair.very loud and unprofessional.

Great place for a quick, cheap haircut but it may seem rushed. There needs to be ventilation, as the smell of hair dye is too strong

Hands down one of the best hair colorists in the area, Sara does and amazing job every single time and at a fraction of the price compared to other places in the area. One this i didnt like is how the place seems quite messy, but I guess the quaility pays off, just wish it felt more spa like.

The prices here are actually quite unbelievable and the work quality is unquestionably good. Don't judge a book by its cover here the owner is a badass and her team work hard.

Althoigh you may have to wait for services its well worth the wait the staff here are very precise and also know whats in style you could walk in looking and feeling like a bag of garbage and always guarenteed to walk out feeling and looking like a million dollars the prices are fantastic non expensive very affordable i strongly suggest anyone male or female walk in and check this place out

I wanted my hair dyed in 2 hours and it's my first time dying it with my natural black hair with lots of stray whites. I told them I didn't want the roots dyed but to blend my white hair which Sarah did a great job. I curled my hair the night before and she was very accommodating because she worked around the curls. She is super nice and sweet, even managed to dye it less than two hours and allowed time to cut, wash, dry and straighten my hair.
If you want your hair treated very gently, this isn't the place for you. They are fast and efficient, but are also nice. She doesn't up sell and gives natural DIY alternatives.

I've been going to this salon to see Sarah for a while now, and she cuts really good. However, this place is DIRTY and they don't sweep the floor after cutting someone's hair. I only come here for a haircut, not for dying my hair because I know for a fact that the chemicals they use for dying are not good. It is so strong, I sometimes get headaches from it. Also, from changing a black hair colour to a very light hair colour in a few hours astonishes me.

I know that it takes a while for a very dark hair colour to be dyed a light colour, and it doesn't take place in one sitting. I highly recommend getting cuts from Sarah, but other than that I wouldn't recommend getting your hair dyed. Go somewhere else and get it dyed, or else you'll have damaged hair. I wish they cleaned their salon more, I mean it's not hard. Sarah is also sloppy when she dyes someone's hair, she goes back and forth people between cutting and dying at the same time.

Absolutely loved my hair after I went in. However a couple hours later my throat started burning and it was hard to swallow or breathe.didn’t think much of it until later that night when I developed a fever, shaking, and felt really out of it. Realized I got bleach poisoning from the way they handled me. Don’t get me wrong the girls are very nice, and your hair turns out great, but they can be very sloppy. I ended up getting bleach all over my face, including my eyes, which left me with burns on my ears and cheeks and inhaled a lot of the powder from it too.

I used to love this place but after my last visit never again. The prices can be cheaper than most but it's also a very unpleasant visit. Pampering yourself should be enjoyable. The way they handle your hair is sooo painful. They wear yellow dish washing gloves and tangle ur hair into a mess then rip it apart with the gloves. I wasn't happy with my hair color or cut. To me its more worth it to go to a proper salon where they wont rip or fry your hair for a cheap price.

I've always wanted to go blonde but a lot of salons didn't want to work on my dark hair. Luckily one of my Vietnamese friends recommended this place to me. Sara the owner is nice and she was able to get my hair a lot lighter even on the first try. Will come back to get it even lighter, but already I'm happy. Just taking one star off cause it's not the most clean and fancy looking. But if you don't mind that, then go see Sara if you want to go blonde!

I have fine blonde hair so of course I was worried about damage. Sarah did a GORGEOUS highlight and tone on top of my grown out balayage. Took 2 hours total. No physical damage to my strands, my hair feels soft and it's blended beautifully. Price was very good as well, came to $147 w tax before I tipped. I'm knocking off one star only because the cleanliness of the salon is not great with brushes not being sanitized or hair being fully swept off the floor. Regardless of that, I am definitely coming back here when I need a touch up. Thank you Sarah:)

My wife loves this place, Good service and quick. Parking is a hassle though. Always so busy to, so get there as soon as they open or youll be waiting awhile. They do eyebrow waxing from Thursday to Saturdays only though.

At first I was scared because I thought I my hair couldn’t get the Color I wanted but Sarah and her team gave me the best service possible & the best Color. My friend got her hair ash blonde done and I got mine done as well it took just less then 3 hours and every other stylist said it would take min 6 hours for my hair.hands down the best place in Bc to get your hair done. All these ppl that say she’s bad or it’s sloppy Sarah and her team have a talent they help at least 6 customers at a time and all the customers have the perfect hair Color cut or style. & to add to that I was hungry because I had just came from work during my break and they even got food delivered for me!
