Nice Photo Studio

Very satisfied with my passport photos here. I was searching for a new spot cuz the previous photo shop (a month or so ago) just took souless pictures. Sure, it's just a passport photo some might say but it's for 10yrs I say. This place was different. I chatted with the photographer gentleman after and he definitely sounded like he knew what he was doing. Highly recommended.

It is along 152nd St. The studio is in the 2nd floor of the building. They are just accepting Cash and Debit. Please be patient with Mr. James because he’s the only photographer and editor. You will receive your photo depending with the volume of people who needs to get photographed. I received mine the next day so if you need a photo for your Visa, or Passport, I will suggest to come a few days early before your scheduled appointment to the Consulate. By the way, some people find him intimidating because of his expressions but he’s a nice guy.

I needed a photo while preparing for permanent residency, so I inquired in advance by phone, and they told me to wear bright clothes, so I was able to take a photo right away. It was nice that the photos were printed neatly and quickly.

The owner is a professional photographer, the result was amazing. We need 2x2 for US visa for tomorrow's appointment, he willingly help us to expedite the photo without any additional charge. Looking to next photography session for family photo.

Love getting our passport photos done here. We got our two babies’ passport photos here and they turned out super cute. You can usually pick up the photos later in the day or the next day! I also lost one of my photos and got it reprinted for a small cost. Thank you!

I had to go there two times in two days to have him send the digital copy of a photo after getting charged $20 for it. And waited a good 40 minutes the second time while he was serving other customers who came after i arrived, especially when he was already too late to provide me the photo. (He was about to close the shop before weekend and i needed the photo for Saturday)
And when i finally received the photo, it was edited in the most weird way i can barely tell its my wife.
Oh and while i was there he 'casually' said to my face that while my wife's name is okay, most other indian people have long names implying its not okay. I don't need to tolerate terrible customer service topped with casual racism. Never going back again.

EDIT: Because of the great result for my wife, I went here again for my LinkedIn profile photo. James is amazing. Even though I'm not good looking, he managed to guide me while taking the photo and make the photo turn out good. Thanks James!

James is a Gem! He is a genius when it comes to technicalities of clicking a picture. Knows how the formats have to be so you just need to tell him the purpose he will take care of the specs.
