Megan has been super helpful throughout the entire setup! Our company uses service titan for 2 separate companies. During the free trial we easily got over 10 new reviews. It has been difficult to find software that easily connects to servicetitan and one that works with all of our different job types. For any business this is as simple as set it and forget it. NiceJob takes care of the rest and next thing you know your business is generating reviews.

Hands down best decision to add this app that is seem less with Jobber. Getting reviews was always a struggle for me. Even with handing out a card with a QR code to leave a review. It’s only been two weeks using NiceJob and have received over 20 reviews from clients. It’s was very easy to setup, and also reach out to past clients we did work for earlier in the year to capture their feedback.

I have very little experience promoting my Accounting business using online platforms. NiceJob is making the process less overwhelming by walking me through each step. I'm not left stumbling around and wasting time following generic instructions. I received my first review within 10 minutes. I'm very impressed.

NiceJob was recommended to me during a podcast episode of The Contrsctor Fight. I didn't realize how big of an issue it was to not have reviews until I started asking clients why they weren't going with us. I started getting told that they just couldn't trust us without anyone else's recommendations or reviews. I tried out the free trial of NiceJobs and I was hooked! They doubled our sevwral months of reviews in two weeks!
So far no clients have complained about "pushy review tactics" because of the soft and gentle way NiceJob asks for reviews. It's a great program!
*This review is actually because they sent me a reminder about leaving a review. I had completely forgotten about leaving a review for them, to my shame, until I received an email notification from them and clicked the review button because it looked so easy!

It's so incredibly easy to use! I love that you can set up referral requests after a review is left. It's also Zapier compatible which makes automating the process a breeze!
Support from the company was fantastic as we did the free trial. Why do su $300-500 for nearly the same functionality?

As a small business owner, reviews are some of the most impactful ways to establish trust and credibility with Customers. NiceJob has been critical to assist us in this regard, and is well worth the expense.

As smell business owner, I do receive calls from promoters and advertismevt companies and etc all day long which mostly are scams or wasting time but I received a call from William/ nice job just few month ago and something was different about him, I end up using them review program which I will send to clients right after work done and so far it works perfect. But really what impressed me was the quality of friendly service and support after I received from william and amazing communication and service by other team members which I have to say is very rear in US this days, maybe because there are from Canada!

These guys began cold calling me while at the time I was busy on the phone with a client and actively helping other ones. I asked them to call back later as I was busy and they did, however I was on the phone with a client so I didn't answer.

They actually sent me a snarky text referring to me by the wrong name and laughing in all caps, about how I asked them to call back and I still didn't answer. The text was written like a scam caller getting upset that I'm not falling for their trap.

I was simply busy with a client at the time and didn't have much of an impression of these guys till now. I can't imagine what it would be like to work with them if that's all it took to become unprofessional.

Amazing company, amazing people and amazing results! Full automation and integration with FB, websites and more! Would not ever use anyone else. Ana and Daniel are so easy to work with!

Using Nice Job to ask for customer reviews almost always gets results. I have tried asking for reviews by other means and received significantly less of them. I believe they make it easy for the customers to write the reviews.
