I have only used them for laundering duvets, but they have always done a good job.
UPDATE: since then I have taken sleeping bags for laundering, and various clothing items for repair, shortening trousers etc. Work is always high quality and reasonably priced. Recommended!

Most unprofessional business owner. I was quite shocked by my experience at this establishment. I went against my better judgment and decided to give then a try even after reading a negative review in regards to their attitude.
My regular tailor is away right now, so I decided I would try this place conveniently located by my home.
I had two pairs on jeans taken in, which is a pretty simple task.
They were willing to accommodate to my urgent need for the jeans, as I am going on a trip.
They said it was no problem.
Unfortunately the issue occurred upon pick up of my items.
The waist was right but it was bunched up under the waist at the back because that area was not taken in enough. I was in no way upset I just figured the tailor could fix them. Mistakes happen. No big deal.
I asked him if the tailor was still here and he said “yes why what’s wrong. ”
I just told him about my concerns and he proceeded to tell me I was wrong that the pants were done correctly.
He became instantly agitated And over barrenly loud.
He kept repeating himself that theres no way for them to be any better. That’s how they should be. That I don’t know. I finally stopped him from talking at me and just said listen I’m a grown woman who has been getting my jeans taken in for many year. I do not need you to tell me if they fit my body correctly. I have eyes I can see. So please stop.
If they were done correctly, they would be done correctly.
I walked back into the change room. He proceeded to say to his coworker very loudly and aggressively “why does she say they aren’t done right. ”
This was just shockingly unprofessional. I recommend you go elsewhere because if they make a mistake they will not take accountability or fix it. Bad bad business. I’m sure after they read this review they will make up some lie like I’ve seen on their other complaints, but trust me I am being truthful. And it’s not worth going here.

Got my bridesmaid dress altered a week before a wedding and the owner did it perfectly and within a few days to spare. I’ve since taken any alterations and clothing to her! She makes it so easy with my crazy schedule. The owner is a lovely Korean woman who is so sweet. She’s claims that business hasn’t been the same since Covid and it’s been really hard for her so I always try and give back as much as I can. If you’re in the west end and need something done, this is the place!

This place does excellent alterations. They did an excellent resizing of a pair of wool pants and the fit is impeccable. I've taken many of my garments here, and the quality of the work is consistent.

Anna and Bill run a wonderful local service! I feel so fortunate to have them in the neighbourhood. Since moving into the area I get all my dry-cleaning done here and have no complaints. I also get a lot of alterations done here as well and have only had terrific experiences with Anna. She's very skilled and I've recommended her to my friends. I wonder about the people leaving lousy reviews, they must have been fishing for free services. Many do. And then the one woman who left a lousy review without even using their services? Her meds must have run out. Why waste your time?

Great people and great business! So happy they got another 10 years lease! Will go there many more times.

Always had great experiences here. They have great prices and are very friendly. Didn't shrink any of my clothes, which is more than I can say for other dry cleaners.

Often see this place when i walk to Greenhorn. Looks pretty run down from the outside but i think they are painting a bit. Was debating coming here but based on reviews - will not be coming here. Doesn't seem like good service for a local canadian shop. Clean up your act.
