While they have a decent selection, be prepared to stand in line if you come on the weekend especially. Clothing for women is a hit or miss in some sized but they have a pretty decent shoe selection at better prices compared to online Nike store

They have no question ask return policy, my shoes had a defect, the inner sole ripped after playing in the shoes only once. The manager sticked his finger inside the shoe and defect visible to naked eye, he claims that he can’t feel anything, eccentric! Never going there again.

Very rude staff. “SIMMI” was The lady who claimed to be the Manager doesn’t even had a Manager badge, lied on my face behaved rude.

Nike is definitely getting a bad repo because of this store and the managing staff. I’ll complain in detail to Nike head office, as this is what their staff is earning for Brand’s hard work.

Great store with great prices.the only difficulty is finding stuff.while there are few shoes on display, the others are all stacked in boxes, so be prepared to spend some time and not be there as to while away time before you catch a ferry.

The store has a great selection of shoes. But it seems for whatever reason they just dont seem to fit me. I have been a pretty religious Nike person for 30 years since I played ball in college. So I ended up going and getting a pair of NB that just seemed to fit better. I asked the sales rep at the store I purchased if Nike in the last few years had changed how they make thier shoes. He mentioned that the tech in their runners has changed as that tech is put in the higher priced actual athletic runners over 120 cdn vs the fashion type kick around runners I typically get for less than 100cdn. Anyways the Nike store was packed lots of people aok and the clearance prices were pretty solid. I still have my old worn Nikes i will use for fishing going forward, they fit my foot like a glove.

Honestly was the first time I was asked if I needed help there out of the many visit! So service has improved normally I leave with a few pairs but the couldn't find anything I liked out of the selection of men's 15s. Overall great store lots to choose from and great prices!

Typical outlet, wide variety, excellent prices with more savings sometimes. I found the customer service wonderful, they let you browse but if you need help they are there.

Boys size LG? My kid is 7 and he was too big for the boys size LG. Had to go to men's size small for clothes that actually fit properly.

Great price to be have especially with clearance sales. Today I brought kids shoes for $20 (50% off) …so it was a score!

Poor customer service. Very disappointed experience. We arrived at 18: 30 today, asked the front if the store has closed. Staff suggested us to wait for permission. After 25 customers left, still block all waiting customers at the line. Customers accumulated a lot, crowded to question why so many people left but refuse new customers.store occupancy is 90 people, less than 30 inside. Almost waste 20 minutes valuable time, a rude lady walked out and shouted at a young mom with small kids, “I can let you go away right now! I will not let you in because I need to go home” people in waiting lines are shocked.the mall open until 19: 00. So surprised that Nike hired such an unqualified employee. It’s better to tell people you are not going to do business instead of bullying lovely customers and waste their time.

Andrew was very helpful and went above and beyond serving us at this store location.

However I cannot grant more than 2 stars as I was otherwise disappointed in how the other staff treat people. They came Up to a gentlemen asking him to put his mask over his nose, and after he did that they left and were making snarky comments and laughing. As a bustnader infelt embarrassment for the poor individual.

I will not be returning here as i was appalled that the young leople working here wojld have the audacity to treat people like that

In all my years working for luxury hotels, I have never experienced such poor customer service until today. I dont take this lightly and you shouldn't either.
My friend pulled down his mask briefly for a drink and we were not aware there is no drinks allowed in your store. We were approached by Eddie and he said that no drinks were allowed. So we understood. We complied. 30 seconds later he comes back and made a comment saying its not his job to babysit us. Threatened us to leave the store as we weren't aware our nephew came up to us had a sip of his drink behind us.
The way he spoke to us was rude, disrespectful and degrading. A simple " Hi, there's no food or drinks allowed in the store" should be said.
I dont want any of your other customers to feel threatened the way we did today.

Sadly this place has gone downhill. It was once a mecca for deals but I would not go here for anything but shoes and the odd T-shirt now. This store is no longer for the average person focused on budgeting their money and saving. When compared to sport chek or other stores nearby they are pretty close. This is an invitation to the management to make some changes.

I just made a purchase and came back to return the item after I changed my mind. The cashier asked whether I tried the item on and I said yes. He then jokingly said that I am not allowed to return it in that case. Going along with the joke, I mentioned that I had no choice since their change rooms are closed due to the pandemic (which I totally understand). He then quietly whispered to his buddy "well that's because there's a thing going around called covid" and his coworker started giggling with him. Clearly the staff need to understand how to make customers feel valued, and be reminded they're at work and not a hangout with their constant chatting and unprofessionalism.

If you are looking for shopping that follows social distancing.this is not the place to go. I was very distressed shopping there. NO ONE CARED not even the staff.

I was called up till as manreet and Shawn are like cuddling and giggling and I had to say Hii and greet them, I did returns and purchase few things deals were great 40% discount on clearance items.and I noticed every associate was cleaning down till as customer exiting. And Manreet didn’t.maybe more training on customer service will be nice and less chatting with others around u.

Employees putting wrong items when purchasing. Also spelt my name wrong at cashier when I received my receipt. Hire and train better employees!

I just went to this location today and bought a pair of shorts, I then changed my mind on the shorts and attempted to return them. The return turned out to be another purchase and so I was charged twice for a product I don’t even have. This location is extremely unorganized and unfortunately failed to properly train staff. I will continue to shop at MacArther Glenn only from now on.

They have a good variety of running shoes in my size which is quite rare, bought 2 pairs at a good price, wear a mask, lots of people.

Bought a pair of runners (Nike Vomero 14). It was new and half off the normal retail price. Very satisfied

I wanted to buy a pair of shoes here, but there was no one to help me find the right shoes. Eventually, I purchased from another store.

The prices are really low here. They don't have the latest articles. They don't have all the sizes or colour ways for a particular shoe. However, the price compensates for everything. I bought nike air zoom which were around $120 in downtown and I got them at this place for $68 including taxes. But the model was also 1 year old. But it is completely worth it.

Store is nice and clean, but the workers all stand together and socialize and dont bother helping the customer's unless you physically go up and ask them for help.

I bought a couple of items here. Had to return one item. They completed the refund for me with no questions. Customer service was great. Some good deals in the store as well.

It is ok with newer models, and knowledgeable and helpful salespersons, and you can find some good deals here. Thing is i am not a nike guy.

Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping environment is pretty confortable. Employees are nice and friendly. Check out speed is normal, sometimes a bit slow. Credit cards accepted. Price is pretty good. Free mall parking available. Public restrooms available nearby.

I just went in and no one asked if i needed help. The sales teams were in 2 groups talking amongst themselves. After I said good morning to the casher all she had to say was the total.

While I was trying on shoes the manager here spoke extremely rudely to his female staff right in front of me. The female staff who helped me were great but I feel sorry for them to have to work beside such a horrible boss.
