Nike Park Royal

I tried to return my shoes and they told me I can’t because it was with discount so I spoke with another customer if they can help making the exchange but the guy and girl that is suppose to be the manager try to kick me out of the store, even the other customer said she was going to help me, my daughter get very scared because of that attitude of the employees, even in a frecuent customer I have night them like 5 or 6 times.

Disappointed about that attitude I hope we don’t have family and if he has it I hope that never his kids will live the same situation.

Be careful with this guys

Nike Park Royal advises that they are open until 7: 00 pm. But door was already locked when I arrived at 6: 53 pm. Store Manger told me locking doors and turning off cash registers was store policy. I’ll shop somewhere with more customer friendly policies in the future.

Worst location ever!
Tried to return a pair of shoes i bought only a few days ago, but was told i cant return them because they look “worn”, even thou i havent worn them at all!
The guy introduced himself as the “manager” and his name was Harpreet and he was very rude and combative! He literally looked at me and my friends and told us that “i dont have the energy to pick a fight with you right now! ” even thou all i told him was about my medical condition and how the shoes were making it worse.
I showed him the return policy on the website and how it says “We give you 30 days to take your Nike purchases for a trial run, confidently knowing you can return items” but he was being super rude and inflexible and didn't even try to understand my medical reason.

Update: I just talked to the assistant manager from another location and they told me that the person I talked to at park royal WAS NOT THE HEAD MANAGER!

Smaller store, Limited choices but very knowledgable and friendly team. Thanks for your help.

I came in looking for a particular pair of shoes and ended up leaving with a whole new wardrobe. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable on Nike’s products.

Definitely one of the best well-run Nike stores in the Vancouver. I make it an effort to go out to this store in particular because of their friendly service, wide selection, and exceptional quality.

I had the worst experience with the shop manager, her name is Tessa. I got an email from them to come pickup up my shoes and she was so rude to me and my boyfriend, she didn’t want to give me the shoes. We wre not going back there ever again to deal with such a disrespect!

I’m very disappointed nike’s hiring standard for this store. Today we walked into store, a male staff with short blonde hair saw us with eye contacts at first moment we walk in, he even look at us from toe to head but no greetings, not even a hello. I saw he was smiling but suddenly became a sad face when we walk in. Ifeel like we are not welcome to this store. All other Nike stores in vancovuer I have been to, staffs were very friendly and passionate. Would shop at other nike store instead of this one.

Terry has the best customer service ever and he is super friendly and nice. I recommend you to visit that store!
