I had all but given up on bubble tea before I found this place. Amazing staff, fantastic drinks, reasonable prices. Their sound system has random volume spikes is about the only negative thing I could think to say - this is my new go-to BT place, best BT service I've ever experienced

Great BBT and really helpful staff. My husband has never had a good experience with BBT before this, and now he's excited to know there's somewhere he can go and order something he'll really enjoy when the family wants to out for boba.

Prices have gone up a lot. $5 go to $8 in boba prices. The boba isn’t even that good anymore, the boba is so stiff. If ur upping the prices fix the prices and make the boba fresh at less.

I was I your store locatwd on Glen drive coquitlam and ordered one medium Mango+strawberry water-based with pearls for my daughter, came home and she took a sip and there was no strawberry and it was just mango. This is an item that she always orders and we all know the taste of it. So we were not wrong. There was. Outrage of atraw berry even inside the cup. It was only written on it that the order is Mango+strawberry and pearls.

This is third time it happened since two months ago and last time when I complained to the store the girl just looked at me as if I am telling a story about some thing from out of this world. Not a single appology for it.

FYI, eveytime my order is screwed is was when They are all standing and chatting.there was one girl last time didnt even know about the flavors and staff just were yealing over the counter.
All they cared about, was that $8 payments for a glass of water and some gelatine beads.

No customer service and no attention but a lot of attitude. Also your phone is directing customer to the email.

I will not let my daughter go there or buy anything from your company.

Most of your customers are young kids and nobody comes to complain as they are young. But I am old enough to know that I deserve to get the item I paying for In full and correct.

If you care about your business you should do something.

I tried their Taho. That was not Taho at all. Pretty gross actually. All the sugar was at the bottom and felt sick after a few sips.

Waited so long for drinks I could’ve grown my own lemons and tea leaves, harvested, dried them, prepped the drink myself, get married, have kids and watch them grow old.
But the drink was not bad though.

Great service! Their poke bowls are good and I really liked the variety of toppings available. I would recommend trying it out.

Their bubble tea is always delicious and consistently made. The milk slush is my fave but they have lots of options to choose from. They have a reloadable card that gives you free pearl each time you use it. And their large size is really big so great if you're sharing.

This place actually fell off so hard from their 2018-2019 days. Used to have tables, board games, and super busy in the evenings and happy hour (especially after school). Super overpriced drinks for not even a place to sit and decent quality taste. Definently will not be going back even though had some nice memories here.

Ordered Milk Tea from here sorry I didn't like the taste at all because I tried all of drinks around it's not comparable with CoCo Drinks

I love this place. Always get the $30 gift card to get any drink free and it can be any price. You get 1L of amazing high quality bbt for $6. I drive 35min each way just to get their bbt for the price. Also I drive electric so I’m not blowing gas $ just time. It’s just so worth it. I get the Taro > strawberry milk > Ferraro Roche

Ninja, please maintain your quality. You used to be good, but tonight after spending $30+ tonight and all the drinks taste completely watered down, with very minimal pearls and barely taste the tea. Not a great feeling to drive all the way to Ninja (as your standard was above average previously) and to spend money to find that your standards have just shot down. Tried calling you to personally give you feedback so that you can maintain your quality but listened to your very long message with no option to speak to your staff. Quite disappointing as one of the drinks was for someone who was trying bubble tea for the very first time and what an impression that left!

Good food and drinks, excellent customer service, the staff is always nice and friendly, especially Selina.

We have been regulars for 3 years anf its been our go to for bubble tea and smoothies. Ninja Bubble Tea is a solid local business. Great flavours and selection, nice staff, and good, responsive management.

Had to change my review. Their menu doesn’t show the amount of sugar or calories per drink. A bubble tea containing 40g of sugar is crazy

Staff are super friendly and it's a nice place to hang out. Food is good and the BBT is even better. Prices are reasonable and place is pretty clean. I recommend coming here!
