They did a fantastic job repairing my BMW. The only thing I would have liked was more consistent communication about the status of the repair.

Hands down one of the best experiences I've had with collision repair - Steven and Gurk were helpful, informative and super accommodating. Our Tesla Model 3 was repaired perfectly and looks better than it did prior to the rear-ender we suffered. Despite a long wait for parts and space, we were very happy with the work here and will absolutely bring our vehicles back here in the future!

No 1 and Mimi/Steven in particular took really good care of my bumper damage and at a reasonable price, arranged a courtesy car and finished ahead of schedule.

We had a bad run of luck with our Porsche 718 Boxster in the past 2 years but No. 1 Collision Granville is always there to save the day. Their attention to detail is meticulous and is able to restore our car to show room condition every time (body work, mechanical, detailing (ppf/ceramic coating) ; no wonder they have a long waitlist.
If you want your car to be repaired to the factory condition or even better, I suggest the long wait is worth it!

My Tesla Model 3 had a small bump on my front bumper from a rear ender. I received my Tesla after the repairs in less than 3 days when I dropped it off. I was already impressed by how professional and friendly, all the staff that helped me out were. Special shout-out to Steven, Leo and the last guy that handed my keys to me. My vehicle was repaired, cleaned inside and outside and detailed. I was very impressed at how they were so willing to accommodate my pick up date, provided a taxi voucher to get me home and also covered my taxi back to the shop. I didn’t need a replacement vehicle as I Was going on a vacation during the repairs so the taxi was the way to go for me. I will always recommend No. Collision on West 3rd. They really live by very high customer service standards.

Greta service and experience at No 1 Collision. Third time at this location (I am not a bad driver…just unlucky:) The staff is knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. Handled the claim from the beginning to the end, I did not have to deal with ICBC, they do it all. Dropped off the car with minor damage and picked it up looking brand new. Excellent service from Leo, Mimi and Steven. They provided advice on how to navigate dealing with insurance and communicated the entire process clearly so I knew what to expect. Everything was planned and arranged for minimal inconvenience - dropped off my car for repair and they called the rental car company to pick me up. When I went back to pick up my repaired car, they took care of returning the rental car for me. Repairs were made within the time frame they'd given me. Very satisfied with the work on the car. It also came back cleaner and shinier than when I'd dropped it off. Overall great experience.

I have taken my 2003 540i M Package to No 1 Collision on at least four occasions. Mostly minor little dings and scratches; but nevertheless requiring attention to detail on my now classic car.

I found the service and the outcome to be nothing short of exceptional on each occasion. I plan to store the car now for most of the year but would never hesitate to trust No1 - and Leo! - to meet my exacting standards to keep my car as "mint" as possible in the future!

Number One Collision did an amazing job painting the drivers' side of my car which had some dents and scratches. In addition had to change the front bumper and one head lamp. My mercedes SLS looks brand new.

I took my Audi to No 1 Collision to get an estimate for the graze damage on my passenger back door and wheel rim when it was parked at a store. I believed that the car would require some superficial repairs. I was introduced to Steven who on inspecting the car reckoned the the car was fine and that the residue was from whatever had sidled up against the car. He said he could remove the graze damage and it would cost me nothing. He kindly went inside and came back with his "magic" bottle and removed all the damage residue in a few minutes and then removed any other marks on the car. In this day and age when there seems to be so much poor service, it was a treat to meet someone who cared and gave me his time and help.

I brought my car in over 1 year ago for the most simple repair: it was a buff and paint job of the side bumper of my Audi Q5. The staff are friendly and professional when you speak with them. My initial consult was wonderful. Any communication has been professional and kind.

My frustration lies in the job that was done. They had my car for 17 days, and returned it to me in poor condition. I paid for this with my insurance, and the job was subpar. Why am I paying full price for a job that was not done correctly? The inner seam of the bumper to upper panel of the car was not properly painted. In fact, you can see the metal buffed portion STILL when you examine the job. It was not properly snapped into place and you can see (while slight) the misalignment. It's a luxury vehicle repair shop, the job SHOULD be immaculate every time. I was very upset and thus I needed to bring the car in again. I work in a very high-paced career and finding time to repair the vehicle is very difficult. When I was finally able to find time to bring it in a second time, they provided a taxi which was VERY appreciated and the GM filled my windshield washer fluid. Once again, very kind staff, however the car was returned to me smelling heavily of cigarette smoke and everything was thrown back into my SUV messily. The cherry on top was when I went to inspect the paint job and ran my finger lightly along the seam, the paint wiped right off, exposing the exact same metal-buffed seam and unpainted crevice.

I feel extremely dissatisfied and mistreated and taken advantage of. The shop offered to fix the car a third time: you can imagine my frustration and dissatisfaction that this has become my problem, attempting to navigate and disrupt my life yet a third time when the initial repair they had THREE WEEKS. I am currently 2 years from my accident and my bumper is still not fixed.

Perhaps this is discrimination against my older model vehicle, I am not sure.

Great service. They were very professional in dealing with my cars repair and communication was on point. They handled everything with BCAA and the car rental company. I’d definitely use them again. Steven and Mimi were great to deal with.

These guys are incredible. Car went in with a shattered window and numerous paint chips, came out like brand new and even got re-wrapped and detailed professionally. Steven and crew were professional and super approachable. If you need a courtesy vehicle they collaborated with Enterprise nearby and they can give you a ride and even return the courtesy vehicle for you. Just phenomenal.
