I brought my car here to fix damage to the front of my car after someone backed into me. The staff were friendly and the repair was quick. They also found additional damage that they were able to fix. Truly went above and beyond.

Unfortunately, I had to come back here to get my vehicle repaired. Luckily for me Zoe is still working here and she was able to help me again! The service she provided was very quick and efficient. Most places quoted me 2-3 weeks without a loaner car to get my car fixed. Zoe was able to finish it for me within 2 days and provided me a loaner car. I would highly recommend this place and the service that Zoe provided!

The lead time for booking an initial in-take appointment and for the actual repair were quite long (about 2-3 weeks each), but good service is worth the wait.

I dealt with Bill (GM) on the intake, and he was fast and efficient. Got me in and out in about 20 minutes. Drop-off was smooth as well, and they have a Hertz located right inside their location so you can get your rental car dealt with on the spot.

The repair was fast. I was quoted up to 2 weeks because a part was missing, but they had it done in 4 days. They walked me through the repair and what was replaced, and also washed the car and detailed the interior.

Highly recommend their service, but be prepared for long booking times initially.

I went in to get a repair done and this exceeded my expectations. Someone had hit the front of my car requiring the front to be repainted. EDWIN, was my service advisor and he went above and beyond in helping with my repairs. There were some minor damages that he took care of free of charge. Really appreciated no 1 collision, Edwin, and the team in helping me with the repair.

Raymond and the team explained things clearly and kept me updated on my model y repair status. They repainted my front bumper and it was well done. I would recommend no 1 collision Richmond!

I recently had my vehicle repaired at No. 1 Collision Group (Richmond) for some damaged paint work. I am happy to comment that my experience was exceptionally good.

Everything from customer service to repair time, I was assisted in every manner of the process. I had some particular/meticulous requests regarding my vehicle that I voiced to No. 1's staff and all of those items were taken into account and fulfilled (e.g. Vehicle was not be be driven up ramps/steep elevated areas).

I was given a 7-9 ETA for repairs but I had concerns of timing/scheduling conflicts—I asked if the repairs could be expedited as soon as it could be and my vehicle was actually finished a days sooner than I had anticipate in the end. Even with the fast turn around, the quality of the repair was comprehensive and done with great detail and results.

My only constructive comment is that courtesy car I was given could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as it had a rather strong odour inside and some of the interior touch points felt sticky and had residue on them. Overall I am very pleased with my entire experience with No. 1 Collision Group (Richmond). They made an unfortunate event of having to get body work re-done on my vehicle an easy and accommodating process. If I ever had to get body work done again, I would come back here to No. 1 Collision.

Mustafa and the team at No1 Collision did an amazing job with my Audi S5. I had my tire replaced and my front bumper skirt touched up. The paint job looked amazing and I will definitely recommend Mustafa and the team at No1 Collision.

Never trust their expected times. Been told it takes 3-5 business days and it is a month already. I would not trust YOU again. Please look another shop as my recommendation.

I am currently have a car in shop Billy. Please don't try act like I am NOT a client for you. Internet see this behavior and make conclusions. No trust in No 1 Collision Richmond.

ADDITIONALLY They changed a whole bumper on my car without letting me know (it was 2 cm scratch originally).

But Billy managed to make me a bit happier.

I drive a Tesla Model 3. There aren't a lot of Tesla Approved, ICBC approved bodyshop in my area. I had a choice between OpenRoad Collision and No. 1 Collision. I had a small damage and went to OpenRoad Collision to get it repaired. Their receptionist wasn't great and their estimator sounded like he was trying to rip me off (not being truthful to some degree) and the pace of service wasn't great. So when I had the bigger damage, I thought I would try No. 1 Collision out. The receptionist was better than OpenRoad. I was introduced to their Estimator, Raymond, and he was great to deal with throughout the repair journey. He took lots of pictures. He was very transparent with everything. Because my car was wrapped with Xpel PPF, i was worried I wouldn't get the same quality material. Raymond said he deal with the best wrapping vendor, Jwrap and I would be getting the same quality wrap. After I dropped off my car, Hertz was right next door and he offered me an EV to drive for a discounted price, which was nice of them. I expected the repair to take around a month, as Tesla parts takes time to deliver and it takes time for ICBC to approve the repair, but I got my car back in 22 days. Even in between repair, Raymond would give me a call to let me know the update. He was nice to enough to tell me there's other parts that he discovered internally that would need attention. When I got my car back, the damaged part was as good as new. The wrap was done an excellent job, and they even detailed my interior as well. The paperwork for returning the car and getting my car back was a breeze. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend No. 1 Collision to all Tesla owners out there who need repair!

My only constructive criticism is that it would've been nice to juice up my car a bit before handing it back to me. Just so happen the day I got my car back, I needed to go to North Van and I was on a time crunch so I didn't have time to charge my car. I was almost stranded when I reached my destination. But that's just minor details.

Took my Ml 550 while ago for windshield replacement and they did an awesome job and the front desk stuff and the guy took in my ml were very friendly and professional and very sweet personalities

This time i went to next door Benz body repairs for my benz, for other cars Ofcourse these guys would do great jobs too

Brought my model y performance on Monday to repaint my rear bumper as I got hit while parked. Did an icbc claim and these guys made it so easy. I dropped off the car and enterprise picked me up to deliver me my rental car. 3 days later number #1 collision calls me saying my cars been fixed! Quick and easy and the front girls at the office were very nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place if you own a Tesla

Beautifully done. I brought my car in and had Raymond perform the evaluation for the ICBC claim. Great communication from him throughout the process. I just picked up my car and it looks great. I hope I don’t get into another accident but I know where to go if it happens. Thanks Raymond.

Brought my model 3 in for a windshield replacement. I ended up leaving with my autopilot not working due to poorly aligned cameras. When I brought this to the attention of No 1 Collision they told me to bring it in for a 30 min quick calibration. I ended up taking the day off and bringing it in as I was going on a road trip and wanted functional autopilot. Drove out 40 mins only for them to come up with excuses about how they couldn’t take me in and that they would need my car for a longer period of time than they had told me for. The lack of communication and service was truly horrendous and they have no value for the time of their customer. Their only solution was for me to book in and reschedule. Which would result in a waste of the current day as well as bring it in on another day. Furthermore, they said if they can’t fix it then I would need to take it to Tesla (probably at my own time and cost for damage that they caused). $1700 windshield replacement and unnecessary stress. Take your cars elsewhere folks

The worst customer service with false promises. Unhelpful and cause more damage than fixing.

Brought my Cayman here last week for my hit & run claim. Great experience and impeccable paint/body work. I've brought multiple cars to Billy and he has always taken care of me.

I have used some other higher end body shops in the lower mainland, but I do not trust a shop like I do No. 1 Collision Richmond. Great paint work (fantastic colour match, no overspray, orange peel always looks correct, perfect blending).

As a bonus, my cars have always been squeaky clean upon pick up.

If you are meticulous like me and love your car, this is the place to go to. Thanks again, Billy!
