My car ended up being a right off so it wasn’t fixed by them however, I was happily surprised it was kept inside the entire time, looked after and all my possessions were untouched. They also provided impeccable service from start to finish.

I made an appointment for an estimate with this shop as it was one of 3 mercedes certified by icbc for collision repair. I was deemed 0% responsible for the collision and icbc sent me a letter authorizing to bill them for the repairs. I brought this letter to my estimate appointment. I could not believe how rude Deanna Tran was - in a blaming argumentative tone saying that they could not do an estimate as i have my comprehensive insurance with BCAA. This is the only collision I have been involved in, so I don't know the process- I would hope they would help and not blame- not to mention I had a letter (which I showed her) from an icbc claims adjuster saying icbc was covering the repair. This made Deanna's blaming tone especially unbelievable. Maybe she was having a bad day (as we all do at times) but I certainly will not return there or any other No 1 Collision Group. I will go where I am treated respectfully.

Absolute top-tier customer service. Beyond anything I have ever experienced with any other Autobody shop. Mustafa and the receptionist were welcoming and awesome. Helped me get out of a jam with my car that would have otherwise costed me thousands of dollars and a terrible headache. They saved me a lot of trouble and gave me some great advice. I absolutely would recommend these professionals to anybody looking to have their European vehicle serviced or repaired. Top tier stuff. Bravo

Had an unfortunate hit and run on my vehicle that needed attention. I was recommended to No. 1 Collision by a friend, despite owning a non-luxury vehicle. I was attracted by their certification for Audi in particular, which works in my favor as a Volkswagen owner. I understood that parts supply is a problem right now, but both Ashley, the front desk person, and the manager Jonathan kept me informed throughout the entire process, including additional repairs needed when they were discovered, and my vehicle was returned to me very clean. Highly recommended if your vehicle requires a meticulous repair.

While the repair took longer than expected due to unexpected hidden damage and resubmitting the claim to my insurer, the service provided by the team was top-notch and professional. Deanna handled my case and went above and beyond to have one of my wheels repaired while my vehicle was in for body panel repairs. I appreciate her for doing that. She also addressed my concerns regarding a rental car that had an air-leaking tire and had to be addressed with the rental company in a positive manner. Overall, Deanna was knowledgeable and professional in assisting me.

I was referred to No. 1 Collison by my service advisor when my Audi was involved in an accident in November. I gave them a call and they were super helpful, my car was quickly towed into their shop and within a week they submitted an estimate to ICBC and got me in a rental car hassle free. Throughout this whole process I was in touch with Mustafa, he always kept me up to dates on parts, approvals and any other questions I had. As others may know dealing with an accident is already a lengthy and complicated process, but Mustafa took that edge off. He went above and beyond to make this whole ordeal as painless as possible.

Due to Covid delays parts did take a little while to come but during that period I was constantly updated on what came in and what is still coming. Once all the parts were in I was continually updated by Mustafa on the status of my car as it got painted and finally reassembled. Upon pick up my car looked better than new. The paint match was perfect and all the body lines and shut lines were consistent. I have a very keen eye when it comes to cars and I looked very hard and there are no tell tale signs that my car was repaired. Even after the repairs Mustafa followed up to ensure I was happy and was more than willing to correct any possible deficiencies.

I needed an estimate done and this center caught my attention. I walked in and was greeted by a Deanna. She was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to inspecting my car for damages/scratches that were not visible to me until a closer look that she pointed out. Received my car today from a minor collision repair. Not only the repair was done perfectly but they spent the time and effort cleaning the inside and outside. Amazing service from everyone all around.

Do not use this No. 1 Collision. Service is flat out terrible, by the looks of it they only select the "type of people" they want to offer their service too. The lady on the phone was rude and the manager did not help by showing interest of gaining their customer back. Instead they try to fight you that the customer has to follow their procedure in place. There's a big chance that people rated them more than 5 were either paid off. - I will be reporting them to BBB.

I was driving my Tesla Model 3 home from Banff earlier this winter, when I ran into some scary black ice and managed to crack the bumper on a snow mound.
I guess most people wont have to repair their car in their life, but it can be a stressful event. Deanna was a like a superhero in that moment. Excellent service, on time. My Bmw came looking like brand new from factory. My bumper was damaged, Paint matched very well to the body, bumper was attached back with no gaps.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would! And I suspect that many of the five star reviews here are either bought or fake.

I've had multiple experiences with this place, as they are the ones that come recommended from Land Rover for OEM parts and "warranty approved" body work. However, despite advertising themselves as a luxury repair centre, they fall short of all the repair places I've ever been to.

The first time I brought in my car, they stuck me with a super basic rental that didn't even have power seats! At the time of the switch I actually happened to be parked right next to another man who was also dropping his car off as well and he remarked that he had to fight and complain to get a half decent loaner car too.
I didn't want to be snobby so i let it go without any complaints, drove around a car with virtually zero options (many of which are actually standard in new cars, such as a backup camera), despite bringing in a fully loaded car for repair and paying this company upwards of ten thousands dollars. Any repair centre that I've dealt with before has always done their best to put me into something at least remotely equivalent to what I dropped off. Their excuse was that they can't control which rental cars you get because it's all due to availability from the rental company, but if you book your appointment weeks in advance, should they not have better loaners available? Or at least tell you what you're going to be able to get and schedule your appointment based on what courtesy cars they have available?

For my second and most recent experience, they seem to have fixed the courtesy car issue, as they were able to get me into something far more comparable. I imagine it's because enough people have complained about it.
The body work done was good, no complaints there, however when I got my car back, it was FILTHY. And I mean it had not been vacuumed, wiped down, NOTHING. I wish I could post photos here because it was evident that they basically did the body work and didn't want to touch anything inside. Never, in all my repair experiences, has my car been returned to me in this condition.
The receptionist tried to make excuses saying that they don't do full detailing, however the car was not cleaned AT ALL. For a supposed "luxury" centre, their service is most DEFINITELY not luxury. The receptionist also told me that the manager would call me back to discuss my issue, but the entire day passed and not one more word from them.
Even at "lower end" places, my car has always been returned back to me in far better condition than when I dropped it off. FYI Craftsman Collision and Kirmac basically do a full detailing and your car is IMMACULATE when you get it back.

Body work? Good. No complaints. "Luxury" service? What a JOKE!

I was recommended No. 1 collision group (Lougheed) from a family friend. Have to say I was overly pleased with the level of professional and the amazing customer service they provided. I got rear ended on hwy 1 and ended up with a pretty banged up back end of my Mercedes ML 350. It was a easy transition to get my suv towed to their shop. During the process of repairs Shaun kept us informed with providing us with the progress of our vehicle. Upon receiving my SUv back it was just as new prior to the accident. The level of customer service makes you want to not only recommend their shop but only have their shop look after your vehicle needs during unforeseen circumstances. I would highly recommend this location of No. 1 collision group.

The worst customer service ever! Avoid this place! They claimed that already replaced a mirror cap for me, but the “new” cap has a exactly same scratch as the “previous” one. Good for you Johnny.

Had a tremendous experience with no1 collision this past week. Shawn Gill and the No. 1 Collision Team helped me prepare my car for my lease end inspection with some minor repairs and touch ups. They took the time to show the inspector as I couldn’t make it and the process went very smoothly.
