My cat was treated here this summer and was diagnosed with FIP. We were very worried at the time. We contacted FIP Warrior and got an injection and medicine. We took him to another clinic for treatment and it turned out that there was no FIP at all.
My cat had just a minor problem when he first went here. Since going here, he has started drooling and won't eat. Now the cat has no FIP at all, eats very well and is very active. The doctor here also suggested that we euthanize at the time. It's incredible now that I think about it. It's okay. Listen to the advice of the doctors here

I had a wonderful experience at this veterinary clinic during my puppy's first visit, and I wanted to express my appreciation through this review. The care and attention my pup received were outstanding, and I was particularly impressed by one of the assistant staff members who could communicate in Cantonese.

From the moment I walked in, it was clear that they genuinely cared about the well-being of my furry friend. The assistant who spoke Cantonese was incredibly patient and took the time to explain my puppy's condition in detail. She answered all of my questions, no matter how small or trivial they seemed, and made sure I understood everything.

Her dedication and attentiveness made a significant difference in my overall experience. It's not easy to find a healthcare provider who goes above and beyond like this. It's evident that the entire team here is passionate about animals and their welfare.

I'm grateful for the exceptional care my puppy received during our visit, and I can confidently say that this veterinary clinic is top-notch. No. 2 road Animal Hospital is where we have taken our cats for care. We have been using their services for several years. They continue to provide excellent customer service and are professional and compassionate with us and our cats. They have a good working knowledge base and are up to date with procedures. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for our pets’ care.

I am a client at this place with my 2 patient pets for over 5 years. A few times I got competent medical assistance. Once, with a cardiac problem, I got treatment that was later confirmed by a cardiologist in one of "top" animal clinics in Vancouver.

The personnel is flexible and will not annoy you with "process" nonsense, like they do in the "top" clinics of Vancouver area. The staff is very considerate when going to costly procedures, keeps the owner informed, and is willing to make decision in the best interest of the pet. Plus they are just nice people.

No 2 Rd Animal Hospital is great. The veterinarians are extremely knowledgeable and are able to explain things so the average layman can understand. They have very reasonable prices. The veterinary assistance are very caring and take great care of our cats. They also have an online booking service connected to an app that makes appointments easy to get and information on your pets healthcare past at your fingertips.

I know my little dog Darby is in great hands with Dr. Aulahk. He is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. He is now our forever vet.

This place is getting worse, expensive and un-professional, everytime trying to charge u extra money for unnecessary test and exam

Prices and doctors are good, however the receptionist is rude and wasn’t wearing a mask (at the time when it was required). The receptionist and other workers are also very judgemental and make you feel bad when you can’t afford to pay for treatments or surgeries right away. They were also offering free nail trim but they cut too close to the quick and my dog’s nails were bleeding. Very disappointed.

Dr. Aulakh is wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and always takes time to clearly explain treatment options so we can make an informed decision. We trust him completely!

The treatment and diagnosis on my dog was probably fine… but felt slightly not clean / sterile…. The towel they put our dog on was stained and the vet put the syringe in his mouth… thermometer and blood samples weren’t sanitized before straight up poking my dog with it… just didn’t feel clean

Dr. Aulakh & Dr. Malhas has been treating our dog for a chronic issue for a year now. They provide good vet service. However, the front office staff need more customer service training when answering the phone (abrupt & rude) when speaking.
