Under new management. Was ok before but the three different boxes I've had since the change have all been excellent. Highly recommend

Oh, what terribly tasting food.in fact, tasteless! Not saucy at all. Just rice and vegetables with out any apparent seasoning, no garlic, cilantro or even soy sauce. Never again!

Went in to order food on a few occasions where they didn't have the ingredients. First time thought it was odd. After that it seems like poor planning. When they have the ingredients the food is very good.

The new drunkin noodle dish is excellent stay away from the sirloin beef protein very tough and chewy.

My boyfriend called at 6: 35 pm on a Saturday to order two noodle dishes for pickup. The lady who we spoke with on the floor immediately mentioned they ran out of rice, and they were closing in 20 minutes. I mentioned we were hoping to order two noodle bowls, and could be there within 15 mins to pickup. The lady then let out the loudest, most exasperated sigh I’ve ever heard. The entire phone call she was rude, she loudly sighed at us at least three times, and even verbally was annoyed when we asked if we could have hoikken noodles for both dishes.

I’ve worked in different restaurant industries for almost ten years, and I have never seen/experienced service as rude as this phone conversation. I’m unsure why they were closing at 6: 50 when their hours online say they’re open until 8: 00pm. Maybe because they were out of rice, but they could stay open and continue serving their noodle dishes. I always tip 20% (I’m a server, and never tip below 15%). This was the first time I refused to leave a tip for a restaurant. My boyfriend and I just moved to Duncan recently, and we were so excited to have noodlebox again as we haven’t had it in over a year. We will not be returning to this location unfortunately.

Very disappointing. Flavorless. The phad thai was not like any I have ever had. No sauce. Had an egg thrown on top. Gross. Worst meal ever on a road trip.

Ordered a Pad Thai. Had a couple bites and didn’t like the taste, not like any Pad Thai I’ve ever had and seemed lacking in some ingredients. Checked the ingredients and was reassured that it was in fact supposed to have peanuts and egg. The sauce felt wrong as well, very sweet, more like a teriyaki, not like than any Pad Thai sauce I’ve made/eaten. Went back to inquire, thinking perhaps I’d been given the wrong meal. Turns out they don’t have egg or peanuts, but didn’t bother to mention that for Pad Freaking Thai…. Also didn’t offer to do anything just shrugged and said “sorry. ” Will not be returning here, too disappointed by this and several previous noodle box experiences.

We ordered kids boxes and payed the two dollar and something extra for protein and got two little pieces of pork, and the noodles were so greasy the meal was inedible. It tasted like a burnt grill covered in oil. I bet licking the grill top would actually taste the same. This place used to be my favourite restaurant in Duncan, now it’s the worst. I’d rather eat at McDonald’s.

First time here. Not very impressive. Hot, but without flavour. Certainly not worth the money spent. Frankly, my dish, crispy shanghai chicken, smelled of old cabbage and not much else. The "chicken" could have been anything. Zero flavour. Not what I expected at all. They may have started out as an awesome food cart in Victoria, but those days are long behind them now. Pity.

Went here for dinner last night. The food was good! However the customer service was horrendous. The woman in the glasses who served me was quite rude. The overall atmosphere is horrible.

Used to love the food here.it seems the cooks have zero clue how to read an order as they pooched my order TWICE IN A ROW! Not coming back

Good amount of food. Staff were friendly. Our issue was that the order was made wrong. Ordered 3 things, one not spicy, one medium, one spicy. The medium and the spicy were insanely spicy. We collect hot sauces and know our spice levels, but it’s obvious they didn’t put the right amount. Unfortunately they were unbearably spicy, couldn’t eat.

How badly can u mess up an order?
Ordered chicken medium mild Cambodian jungle curry …. Got home no chicken in it….
The kids dish I payed extra for chicken and tofu… I got 4 pieces of tofu and a normal amount of chicken.
My wife’s dish ordered mild came out medium hot? She couldn’t even eat it. Thanks for nothing.
Whoever was working tonight deserves to get fired.

The pad thai was terrible noodles were chewy like rubber, kung pao sauce was gross couldnt finish any of the meals (15$ each) all the flavors were off. Do not recommend

Feb 3,2022 - ordered 3 lunches, absolutely horrible food, none of us could eat it $45 worth! Noodles were hard to chew, sauce was disgusting.

When I tried it it was by far the worst location in terms of food quality and waits. I used to eat at noodlebox almost monthly, but stopped as it just isn't worth the price anymore. (review reflects last time I ate here ~2 years ago)

Excellent service! On time orders and friendly staff who remember your name, this location is a jewel in the rough of Duncan. Keep up the great work!

We very often order from this noodle box, and our order is a little annoying for any restraunt however we always order with tons of time to spare so it's done right. And I'd say twice in ten it's correct. We always get our "costly" add ons! Egg, double whatever. But when it come to options on the ordering service such as what noodles, I always click ribbon and get hokinhein (witch I dislike) and everytime on one We ask no Asian veg.every time there's Asian veg and thr wrong noodles. Great food but our buissness is done here. And I always tip well before hand. Disappointed as we do love your food when we get what we pay and ask for.

Staff could deliver orders instead of yelling name and then standing having nothing to do. Sooooooooo Slowwwwwwwwwwww
