The staff are super nice great tasting butter chicken I disagree with previous reviews I felt super welcomed even though I came in pretty late 10/10 much better than uptown

On a side note, everything looked super clean even in the kitchen area I can tell the staff get along well which is important because sometimes people can be too rude and you need a good laugh with the team

Had some Pad Thai which was excellent as usual. Staff were very friendly, as usual. Can't say that I've ever had a bad meal or a bad experience at this place.

Food quality has become inconsistent over time here, I've taken to going to the uptown noodle box instead. The managers have had a flippant attitude when I complained about an error with my food on two separate occasions, once debating with me that they couldn't do well done (after my order was completed, not when i requested it) and they had never before heard of such a request. (This was really a bizarre conversation). Another time it was suggested that i add more hot sauce myself when I was given mild instead of medium hot, obviously adding it on top is not the same as it being cooked in properly, offering to remake is generally pretty standard in this industry from my experience.

The staff often have an air of superiority about them that seems more fitting for high school than the service industry. They do not seem to sincerely care about making their customers happy, but more about projecting some sort of personal image, the purpose of which i an uncertain.

Got blackbean sauce noodle and thai style chowmein. The worst noodle box experience ever. Both were so dry and not enough veggies.
I had the same black bean on in downtown a few days later.
Way more sauce, veggies flavour.

They didn’t add the meat that i paid for the last 2 times i’ve gone. Gave them a chance the first time but this is now the 2nd time.ridiculous.

Made online order spring roll were filled with oil like I was eating oil and their teriyaki box smells really weird.

The food quality has gone downhill. All my orders are tasteless and sauceless now! It used to be so good two years ago.

Super fast, super friendly, super good! It's certainly changed a bit over the last 20 something years, but it's still delicious and really good bang for buck!

Amazing experience at this location. Sarah and Jasper killed it. Top shelf food 10/10

Food is good.provided they give you what you ordered. They never seem to on the first try though so always have to go back or be disappointed. They really need to get their quality control back to up an acceptable level. Front of house staff is usually rude but occasionally there is one nice person.

My hubby brought this home for dinner tonight. If I could give a negative rating I would. WORST noodle box I ever had. Order was completely wrong, NO flavor, NO taste and some kind of mystery meat. AVOID this location, just terrible!

Not pleased. Ordered a teriyaki box with the recommended noodles. Opted for sirloin beef which is an extra $5 I believe as well as cilantro. When I got the box it was an ocean of sauce. Barely any vegetables, just noodles and 4 little pieces of beef. Not good value at all.

Been going here a lot since I moved to the islands and the foods been great every time! Staff is amazing and super friendly every time you go in. One of the servers Sarah is amazing and is always super helpful.

Called in at 6: 30 on Sunday, was told they arnt accepting any call in orders for pickup? Called uptown and no problem! Think shelbourne needs to tighten up on there staff.

Used to be my favorite spot, disappointing new changes. Prices gone up and quality down. Ever since they started charging extra for the sauce on noodles, their regular serving became more and more dry.cardboard like. You are compelled to pay for the extra sauce on noodles like Spicy peanut extra.arghh

I've tried Noodlebox a couple of times and I'm not a fan. I got a veggie noodlebox and it had a couple of tiny pieces of vegetables to go along with way too much sauce. Not an enjoyable meal especially at the price.

First time and wasn't impressed with the front end staff.
Not very helpful noticed they didn't care for great customer service at all.they handed my dinner via the handles of the bag to which broke as soon as I got outside. (NEVER HAND A BAG THAT SHOULD ALEAYS BE SUPPORTED UNDERNEATH) I done my best to save my food and bring it back in as I'd never make it home with curry juice all over my meal. Bag was busted.they couldn't even help me fix my already mixed meals.ill never want to go to this location again with the same staff working.unfortunate.
Kids teriyaki was just pure sauce and too sweet! Never order that again either.so sad that I received terrible customer service. As I may of had better through Doordash instead. Thought I'd give direct service instead of using a middle man. Never go to Shelbourne if you want good customer service

Friendly staff, tasty food, and relatively slower turnaround time for food because it's not fast food, recommend ordering ahead on app or phone.

Had someone accidentally forget an ingredient in one of my meals a few months ago and they offered me a free box to make up for it which I really appreciated. I went in a few months later and they were super accommodating, Capri was a huge help and made it such a great experience.

Every time when we went there ordering food, it takes at least 20 min to get the food. So last time we decided to order through SKIP. We went to the store and literally wait for 30min after it's said your oder it's ready to pick up on SKIP. Therer are 2 receptionist who never actually checked your number, and say"just a few minutes " when every customer go to the counter. We stand there for 30 min in the front and they never ask us your number or your name. So I ask them twice and they always say just a few minutes. The last time I asked them, They said I already call your name many times? There is also one guy standing there doing nothing. I saw at least 10 people working together but poorly organized at all! What you need is not 10 staff. You need ONE manager!

Best noodlebox yet. Most of the time when we order from the shelbourne location it's good, but this time it was Superb. I ordered extra peanuts with an emphasis on the EXTRA, and they did not disappoint. My noodles were swimming in nuts & I could not have been happier. Excellent food, excellent service, and very nice, friendly person working cash & answering the phone.:)

Love the food here, still one of our favorites, but the staff have really gained a bad attitude. Super unfriendly, even with a good tip it was too much for me to ask for chop sticks and a bag to take my food home in.eye roll and a huff from the girl at the counter.
Oh well.at least the food is still good.

Meal tasted like actual cardboard. Ask for refund and was denied (what?), and instead they blamed the supplier of the ingredients. Awe-inspiringly embarrassing excuse. Go to a differ location.

Food is inconsistent. It's either flavourless, lacking vegetables or too spicy for the spice level chosen and very poor customer service. They don't care if you're unhappy.

Terrible quality. Used to be good. Pad Thai is big globby pile of noodles. Way over spiced for requested spice. Next to no veggies, and brown broccoli. All 3 of us couldn't finish our meal tonight. Last time I ordered pad Thai, it was globby as well. One time I ordered Singapore noodles instead and meal was flavourless and no sauce or salt. Will not be returning again. Service was always nice and on time.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Called for an order was told it would be 20minutes. Showed up after 30 minutes and was told 5 more minutes. Another 15 minutes went by, Told it should be ready soon. After over an hour of waiting I find out no one printed off the order. I Cancelled the order and left! Terrible customer service! Do not recommend what so ever!

Placed an order through the app, partner picked it up on his way home from work. Got home only to realize we were given someone else's order, with ingredients we cannot eat. Called them and explained, they apologized and said they would have a fresh order ready if we come back, plus give us freebies for next time. Not ideal, but it's Sunday and most other places are closed already. Drive half an hour back (about an hour and a half since originally placing the order) and ask for the order. It's not ready. Proceed to wait an extra 20 mins (so nearly an hour since calling) for the food which should have been ready when we walked in, seeing as they had a half hour to make it. Finally get the food, no mention of coupons or whatever for our next order. I ask about it, and they say I would have to come order in person for it. Pass, never returning to this location again. Should have asked for a full refund but I was so tired and hungry I just walked out. 0 stars, avoid this location.

Great place for quick takeout. Several options but I always go for the spicy peanut noodlebox - you can select your protein ingredient e.g. Tofu or chicken or whatever. I usually go with the chicken. Spice level is quite hot, I usually get medium but sometimes that is too hot (even tho I like it spicy) so you might want to go with mild if you can't take the heat. Lately it seems like there have been less vegetables in the serving, but PRO TIP: saute up some veggies at home if you are getting take out, then mix it all together and you have a big enough portion for two from one order

My family and I love this place! Consistently great food and reasonably priced considering how high quality and fresh the ingredients are! Friendly staff as well.

Slow AF! Nobody inside, ordered, still no other customers.no protein took 18+ mins to warm up noodles and wok fry vegetables? Way too saucy, flavour was meh. Dont bother.

Placed Mobile order and went for pickup. The employees have no clue. Now had to wait again for 15 -20 mins. Not at all happy.
