Super rude staff, horrible service.

Couldn't take an order if their life depended on it, kept repeating the order wrong, adding things we didn't ask for. Got rude when corrected not once, twice, or three times.

You work in the service industry, I dont expect a smile or anything, but if you're going to be rude AF, we'll leave, and we did.

Never had a problem here. The bowls were made in a reasonable amount of time and tasted great. We usually order for pickup. Service is good. I highly recommend the vegan versions.

They always get my order wrong from the app. I never have the energy to correct them because i get take out and dont want to take it back to get the right order. Im so done with them.

Restaurant has an upbeat decor, plenty of spacious seating, very clean. Staff member at counter is very soft spoken & her accent makes her very hard to understand/hear. We ordered 3 bowls -all mild- two of which were extremely spicy and we couldn’t eat much so we packed them up for our spice loving son instead. Protein costs about $5/bowl but you don’t get very many pieces- prawns was 4 in the bowl, chicken was about 1 chicken thigh or 1/2 a breast. Bombay cheese balls are unique, we liked them. One order (bowl) can definitely feed 2 people or 1 very hungry person. We wanted to try something new but we will not be returning.

I ordered the Yangzhou fried rice box and subbed it with rice noodles. It was really flavorful.

The service was ok, the food was not very good, I don’t see Asians running Indian restaurants and therefore indians shouldn’t run oriental restaurants.
Way Over priced, you can go to any authentic sheuzwan restaurant snd get amazing food for half the price.

Got 10 boxes for my staff for lunch. Its tough to meet the needs of that many people all at once, but the menu provided a lot of different choices for a diverse crowd. The food cam hot and delicious. Would defiantly do this for my staff again.

These girls at this location are really putting in the extra effort with the el dente noodles and perfectly cooked vegetables. This extra level of care really makes a big difference. I love that they take their jobs so seriously. 10/5 on effort and professionalism give those girls a raise!

My dinner tasted great, it was made and brought out in a short time. Did not have to wait long.

It’s honestly pretty average tasting but I mean it’s a quick take out noodle. But the quality is good and everything is cooked well

Ordered for eat in. There were only 2 people waiting for food. I came up 20 minutes after ordering to ask how much longer. The person said “Oh, where were you sitting? I didn’t see you and I thought you left. ” I don’t understand why she didn’t call my name. It was also in a takeout box. I will never eat here again. I was hoping for a fast meal. I should have driven for 20 minutes to eat at home instead.

Placed a single order for 2 bowls, and both bowls were missing several ingredients. Definitely not buying from here again.

First time at the Noodle Box PoCo. Great food, great service. Made us feel welcome during power outage.

I recently visited this place. The food was delicious and the customer service was great. I would specially thank and appreciate Avneet for suggesting great vegetarian options.

We ordered from here tonight and got cold sloppy food! The portions were small too. The curry bowl was all soup basically the rice was a tiny portion and little to no meat at all. The nann bread came with a tsp of sauce no kidding a tsp only. The Thai style chow mein was all noodles no veges or meat in it! We paid $70 for noodles and soup basically what a joke!

Where are the vegetables?

It's just sprouts and noodles, really skimping out on the veg. Huge no no for this type of dish.

So utterly disgusting! Ordered the pad Thai from doordash and none of my special instructions on the food where followed at all! The big huge massive tofu pieces were inedible as was the pad Thai! Undercooked and no flavour! This is not what pad Thai is supposed to taste like or look like! Huge pieces of red pepper and some other kind of mystery flavour or vegetable that I couldn't tell what it was. Had to throw the majority of my food out cus I was so disgusted by the lack of flavour bleh! Complete waste of $30! Will not ever order from here again.

Food is fine, but the ordering process is terrible. I can't get through on the phone, and the app is awful. I'm not going to download an app and feed it a ton of personal information just to eat some noodles.

Ordered Singapore cashew curry box and a Cambodian spring roll on the side. First off, spring roll ($2.45) was nothing special, tasted stale as if it was fried in old oil. I thought at least the sauce was what made it “Cambodian” but nope, it was just the same sauce from Superstore which we already had at home. Bummer! Onto the noodle bowl…. Just bland and oily. Probably the worst noodle I ever had.
Everything was drenched in the flavourless, oily soupy sauce which made me feel a bit ill.
Needless to say I won’t return.

Ordered Pad Thai medium heat, it was so hot after three bites I quit eating it. My partner ordered spicy Thai peanut and it tasted like peanut butter noodle soup so I complained and they asked if I'd like mine remade I declined since my mouth was already on fire. For a stand alone place I wasn't impressed, Thai Express in Coquitlam center is better for cheaper. That was a 40$ dinner for two that we collectively had 6 bites of food from because both meals were bad for there own reasons.

This place used to be really good but unfortunately the last two times I ate here I’ve noticed a huge drop in quality, the ginger beef used to be crispy and fresh but the last two times I’ve eaten here it’s been soggy and most definitely not fresh, it almost looks as if it’s been sitting for a day or two and reheated, my girlfriend ordered the rice box and added shrimp and ended up with what seemed to be food poisoning last week, why any restaurant would precook shrimp of all things and serve it days later is beyond common sense, this restaurant no longer cares for its customers unfortunately, charging nearly 40 dollars for two meals with old ingredients is a rip off and disrespectful to the people who eat here.

Ok, not great.food can taste a little old, like its been sitting around for awhile.my crispy fried chicken tastes more like crispy fried batter, not sure if there's chicken in there.

Pretty good noodles, I had the jungle curry box, which was quite delicious. The coconut milk curry is just great. Less one star because pricing's just a little high for what you get in my mind.

Today was my first time trying Noodlebox Poco and I made a huge mistake by not reading the other reviews first. I honestly cannot remember the last time that I had such a horrible meal. Both my meal and my son's meal were 99% noodles.virtually no vegetables and minimal protein.and my noodles were just a big clump all mushed together. I can't help but feel this place is skimping on the higher priced ingredients.like vegetables and protein.and loading each dish up on the cheapest ingredient possible, like noodles. I understand that restaurants have gone through a really tough time due to Covid but unfortunately this was my first and last experience at this place.

My last two experiences at this restaurant have been a rip off. Both times I paid for protein and both times, when I got home there was no meat in my meal. The first time could have been an honest mistake, the second time shows a pattern. I called for a correction/credit, was verbally promised a refund but as of today no refund has been provided. Ripping your clients off is one way to stay afloat in these difficult times. I won't be back.

You will get best quality of food here. Very delicious food and well served. Place is safe and clean, properly hygienic. Staff is very friendly and nice.

First and last time going here, I ordered the Teriyaki my fiancé the pad Thai. Both were terrible over $20 for 2 bowls of noodles with little to no veggies and no protein. Honestly I don’t get how places like this stay open. Disappointing

I love this place and the environment is pretty good. The food here is super delicious with excellent customer service. Our host (Jasdeep) was wonderful. She was really calm and friendly. My favourite one is Crispy chicken. It could not have been more spectacular than this. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Just what the soul needs! Comfort food that is worth the wait. Good quality for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend

If your looking for a quick bite to eat and you don’t mind skipping over quality then this is a great place. However if your looking for a nice place to get some noodles don’t go here as it’s not very fresh and the prices are a bit much. Two people to get some noodles and some protein was $40!? A little steep for ok noodles….

I love the atmosphere in this restaurant – everyone is always so friendly and willing to make it a good experience for me. The food is great and delicious, and I love that I'm able to customize my box without any hassel. It's also worth mentioning that it's really clean and I like that the employees take their time to sanitize and wipe down everything.

Love the services. Employees are very friendly and they are maintaining the social distance as well. Services are too fast.

This place used to be really good. However unfortunately they have dramatically gone down hill. I always get the Singapore curry box. It is made with coconut cream as the base to its sauce noodles and vegetables. The last two times I got it the vegetables were so overcooked they were mush. This time I got it without vegetables so that I didn’t have to pick over them. The sauce is supposed to be coconut cream but again the last two times I ordered it the cream (if there was any) tasted so watered down you couldn’t even taste it. Sadly, this is the last time I will come here because the food is unmistakably awful

Love this place, Food was so good and Delicious! First time I tried the food from noodle box (Crispy Chicken with rice).
Every thing was perfect. Staff and owner was so nice and friendly.

Tried ordering take out over the phone. I was put on hold for over ten minutes then someone picked up and started dialing, I said "hello? " And someone on the other end said "oh sh*t" then hung up on me. I tried calling back 5 times and they just let it ring with no answer. Yes I realize there is online ordering but I don't really want to download another app just to get a box of noodles.

I have loved Noodle Box for years. When living in Victoria I would frequent the original location, and then the Government St location when it launched. I have really enjoyed the food over the years, but I am no longer impressed with their service.

Earlier this week I ordered dinner for my family of 4 and had a horrible experience. With what I assume is standard COVID procedures, my takeout bags were stapled closed and handed over to me to be accepted. What I didnt know at that the time was that the staff did not secure the lid of one of the dishes, which resulted in the sauce soaking the paperbag. When I lifted the bag, the bag tore threw and an entire meal leaked all over the fabric trunk of my vehicle.

When NoodleBoxCanada reached out to me after hearing of my complaint, they responded "thank you for the information. We are going to look into the situation further. " I waited for a reply.no response. I messaged them to inquire how their investigation went. I have noticed a "read receipt" on my message but I still have no response from NoodleBoxCanada. Though they don't seem to care, it is very discouraging to know their mistake caused damage to my property. My car stinks, I have had it cleaned and they don't seem to care. I am greatly disappointed in the poor customer service, but maybe I shouldn't expect much.since the staff can't even place a lid on correctly.

This place gave me food poisoning, and I even ordered the vegan option. If they can't keep their food/conditions sanitary during the pandemic that's a major red flag.

Ordered online. Portion was huge. The Indonesian peanut noodle is extremely good and I also like the nanaimo bar spring roll a lot. The malasian curry one kinda tastes weird. Would try other noodles next time.

Food was delicious. Very clean and covid safe to eat in. Couldn't finish my whole bowl, so serving size is good and you get leftovers.

I would of rather drink my Ensure chocolate meal replacement drink than eat a box of noodles with no flavour. The sauce had no taste to it and everything was drenched in it.

The girl working the till made me feel very unwelcomed. Acted as if I was inconveniencing her ordering my meal. Asked for no onions and half the box was onions. Other then that the food was good which is why I gave 2 stars.

I messed up and thought I ordered it with jasmine rice, but accidently selected rice noodle. (I went into the store to fix it but turned out my error). The store still took the time to fix it. I appreciate the customer service and will keep coming back to thos location. Awesome crew on October 21 close shift.

Way too much sauce, the size is good, the price is on the high side and the meal is underwhelming, full on meh I don't recommend coming here more than once a year and I love stir fry

Excellent. Very clean. The staff was thoroughly cleaning the kitchen while we were there, even the hood and walls. The food was excellent as well. Definitely recommend!
