We ate in tonight and were very impressed. The restaurant was very clean, veggies were crisp, staff were friendly and very quick.
All in all it was a great value and experience, we will be back.

I love noodle box. Still, based on the quality and concept, I think it is more of a 4 than a 5. Been around for a long time. Solid food. Solid prices. But more of a chain style restaurant than a unique sit-down place

I actually found the rice and ginger beef bowl to be very good. I used to get the chicken teriyaki once a year or so but found my new go to. They just need to up the portion size on the protein.

I ordered the spicy peanut which I was able to tolerate with mild for years. I think they changed the peanut sauce recipe, the "mild" now feels like a mild/medium-medium. I only got that and spring rolls, my faves but can no longer eat it.

I've tried the spicy peanut with rice and their butter chicken with rice. They were both delicious and arrived in a short period of time.

I ordered the peanut box through skip the dishes, I ordered mild spice. It was so spicy it was un edible. Was the only money I had and skip would only refund half my money. So I got a refund of 15$ that takes 10 days to go back on my card and no food for dinner. Not impressed at all. So I guess I don’t eat tonight. Thx a lot Noodlebox I’ll never order from here again. I’ve had this dish many many times, they loaded it with spice. Not happy at all.

Every box I’ve ordered has been so good. One of my go to places for take out when I’m at work.

Granted, some like it hot, some don't, for whatever it's worth - for my past few visits, the cooks haven't seemed to know the meaning of the word, 'mild. ' I'm sure there are those to whom this would be good news. ;)

Today was our first time here. We were not disappointed! Huge generous portions (we both had a large amount of leftovers to take home!). Reasonable prices. Excellent customer service. The food was delicious, and so filling! Very clean.
We will definitely be back!

I had the Chicken Phad Thai takeout the other night and it was a big disappointment. First it was low on cilantro, lime, bean sprouts and green onion. They also used a lot of purple cabbage and it was very dry. The rice noodles were all clumped together too. My colleagues who I was eating with had the same issue.

My wife loves going to this location and Shylo always makes her day! Best customer service ever.

The worst Asian fusion food I’ve ever had. They have no idea about what ribbon noodle is. If you are looking for any good Asian food, never try this place.

I enjoy the mild spicy peanut noodle box with prawns, delicious! Friendly staff, and a comfortable atmosphere to eat.

Amazing food they really know how to stuff a lot in the boxes! A little later then the expected time but with the staff shortage today they definitely deserve 5 stars on making great food!

The staff here are absolutely phenomenal, hard working, with excellent customer service! They go above and beyond to satisfy the hungry customer who is looking for great value and delicious food! Great service, tip them well for all their hard work. The only thing I had a real problem is I ordered a side of rice. Now I've ordered side of rice a few times from different locations in Vic from Noodlebox. Every single time, the rice was cold, dry and crusty! I don't know how they prepare it but it doesn't work! Dried out before I get it? Dries up in the container? It's so bad! My peanut box was pretty good, even though wasn't much rice noodles in it. Need to fix the rice!

If you love noodles like me, this is the place to be.

But all of the dishes here are sooo good.

This is my favourite noodlebox location! My Singapore Curry Box was absolutely delicious with just the right amount of spice, sauce, and protein. I find the Shelbourne location often lacks on the amount of sauce so it was a pleasant surprise ordering from here today. I also appreciate the fact that they can make most of their menu items gluten free and clearly take allergies such as gluten seriously! They labeled mine "GF" which lessens my anxiety. (When places don't label it I'm always afraid they forgot lol.) - So thank you!

What started out as a funky place in its original start-up location has sadly declined as it rapidly expanded its reach. Every time we went back the prices went up and the protein amount went down. Felt like every dish was the exact same ‘heat’ no matter the request. Can’t justify paying $15+ for a bowl of noodles anymore.

Ordered dinner for my husband and I. Mine was soo burnt I couldn’t eat it. My husbands tasted off as well. I called to let them know what happened and was asked to take photos of the burnt pieces. Okay, so I did and emailed it to the manager. I was told she would get back to me. It’s been 3 days and nothing. Used to love this place. I would even order it for my office, never again.

Another disappointing meal. Hadn't gone to NoodleBox in a longtime, thought we'd try again. Little to no sauce/flavor. Had to add our own sauce at home.

We ordered extra sauce on both dishes and both were very dry. The butter chicken had no flavour and was very bland. The Thai style chow mein (ordered with extra sauce) was very poor, no flavour and few veggies. Overall a terrible experience and will not be going back!

Usually very very good but sometimes i find it either comes wit way to much sauce or way too little sauce

I love the peanut noodle box, and am super happy they can make it gluten free (only tastes slightly less good)

So disappponted. Noodle box was the best food in victoria for years. I had the thai chow mein today and the flavour was unrecognizable.

I ordered some Singapore curry as there was no jungle Cambodian curry that I have always loved in the past. The noodles were dry with hardly any sauce. There was no flavour to it. I tried to put on the sauce from my daughters naan bread to get some sauce but it didn’t help. I could have made dry noodles for myself. I am sad because I always like it before. I won’t order again.

Ate there tonight and although there was an issue with my order the problem was fixed right away with great customer service! Thank you!

Delicious and somewhat healthy! I can’t get enough of this restaurant. As a Mexican love that they can actually make it spicy?

SO BAD!

I used to love this location it was always so great.got takeout tonight and after bringing it home we all discovered that all 3 of our boxes had no sauce, so we call back to just get mine remade (which was a ordeal but I ain’t even gonna get into that)

So I go and get mine and there’s so much sauce it’s leaking out of the bottom, the noodles were undercooked, chicken was over cooked & the sauce was so salty that it wasn’t edible. Like I mean the food was bad, really really bad. Trust the reviews and go somewhere else.

It's unnecessarily loud in there. Maybe why the cashier didn't get my order right. I ended up with less than I asked.

I order from here regularly. My last order of butter chicken had large pieces of chicken and it was uncooked. Very disappointed because I actually like Noodle Box and enjoy their food but it sucks when you drive to them for takeout and you get back home to uncooked food.

Ordered food again. The quality is really very bad. The food is no longer tasty. The meat is not cooked well. I give up on this place.

Chicken fride rice was really tasty. Be mindfull about spice level. Medium is like extreme.if you are spice sensitive go for low.

Just got 2 boxes. Absolutely tasteless. Nothing even close to asian noodles. Overpriced, over spiced westernized garbage in an attempt to make noodles.

Very disappointing, tasteless bland food, and half the portions but increase in price. I won't be back. Used to be the best place in town.now it just kinda feels like a big rip off. And fruit flies! Yuck. I keep going back thinking maybe it was just an off encounter, but nope.this is most def the final nail in the coffin for me.

Bowls used to be twice the size! FYI.you don't increase the price and decrease portion size and quality.so not cool.

Come on Noodlebox you can do SO MUCH better than this, what a less than mediocre experience, especially when its the same 4 guys that own all of them.pretty sure returning back to normal size portions wouldn't break ​the bank.but losing public interest sure will.

FYI.people save your money or if eating in at least order a takeout box and eat in to at least get the food you are pay for!

I love Noodlebox. Every item we have ordered has been fresh and delicious. I highly recommend them as they have so many options including zucchini noodles for those watching their points/carbs. Lots of protein choices too. Always 5 stars!

Ordered the spicey peanut noodle box today and normally it has a thicker sause. Today when it was super watery had to dump the rest out as it effects the taste and quality of it. Wrecked my lunch and appetite

Orders frequently messed up, watery sauce, bland flavour. I miss the original Noodle Box: (The manager lady at the WestShore location is incredibly defensive when you point out they forgot something saying they never forget anything. I've witnessed this happen to another customer and then the next time it happened to me and she just flat out denied it and said they don't make mistakes there.yeah right. I give up on Noodle Box.

We just finished eating our supper: Teriyaki box and Pad Thai. Although the meals were tasty, there was an abundance of sauce. Maybe too much liquid?

But, what I really don't understand is the "surcharge" on over and above the cost of the food and taxes. Why did my meal cost $28.90 for $10 & $12 boxes? And why did I add a tip to that!?

I appreciate having businesses stay open and cook for me, given the risks and stress out there, but where's this extra money going? Are the employees padding bills? Or was this simply an honest mistake? Did I miss something?

I hadn't gone to Noodlebox in a few years and was going to give them another try on a Saturday morning. It was not meant to be because the only person they had to open the register had slept in. At 11am? ! Not professional. Now it'll probably be another few years before I try this place again.

Wish I could give them no stars, I ordered Bombay mac and cheese with double sauce through their mobile app today and my order came with Double mangoes instead. I am not sure from where the mangoes came from in the bowl. Bombay Mac and cheese doesn't come with mangoes at all and off course they added tomatoes on top even though I asked for no tomatoes. After calling the store and informing them about their messed up order they offered me $5 off even though I paid $14 for the box. And she said just scoop off the mangoes instead. Hope the Noodlebox management will do something about this location and their customer service skills. We have been to other locations as well but never got that kind of service.

The staff here are always so friendly and the manager is a delight. You can tell she really cares about her customers. I also noticed the food at this noodle box is consistently good and I don't think I've ever been disappointed ordering from this location, just satisfied with a very happy tummy!

The service was great and the staff was friendly, but unfortunately my pad thai was disappointing. The sauce was really watery and the ginger was so overpowering, if I didn't know what I'd ordered, I really wouldn't have guessed "pad thai. " Thankfully, I like ginger, so it wasn't inedible. But it wasn't pad thai.

I so wanted to like this because it's really hard to find pad thai that has veggies. I guess the search continues.

Must be very honest for a chain restaurant so to speak I believe you will find no consistency in product from restaurant to restaurant… Was at the Langford location and both times they were very consistent in getting the orders wrong so I would suggest trying a local mom and dad operation first before trying a Noodlebox in which ever town they are located. I would say it’s a real crapshoot if they get five orders out of 10 correct on anygiven day at the Langford location.

Rancid pork Spring rolls from Langford Noodle Box. Called them and they gave me the managers email I sent one right away which was Friday evening Dec 4,2020 Doubt if I will hear from the manager. Won't be going back to that location ever.

I ordered a mild tofu teriyaki box and for some reason they decided to dump a bunch of ginger, I got so much that I couldn't even get a taste of the noodles. I ended up throwing 3/4 of it in the garbage. Not going there again

Good but chef's don't wear gloves with handling food and touch there clothes to clean hands between handling. Good food though

Wrong Order. I ordered two boxes and they were missing shrimp and chicken. Check your order before leaving. I was offered to drive back and return the boxes. By then, the rest of the meal would have been cold. I was told by the cashier, that I could receive a 50 percent discount on the next order if I emailed the manager the complaint. To busy to talk to a customer. LOL. I was charged $8.50 for the protein plus tax and tip. Knowing the they already owed me for product and services not rendered. I hung up on the cashier after I told him it was a colossus F**** up.

Matt. I’ve sent you two emails. You haven’t responded? I noticed that you responded to a positive review last week. What’s your excuse for not responding to my review? You commented that you wanted me to contact you and you were eager to hear from me.

Update. I’ve given Matt several weeks to respond. He hasn’t responded to my emails. Very disappointing. Nothing “Remarkable” has happened.

Since the guy with the eye patch has been gone from dinner time service. It seems the quality of the food has gone down. We used to order all the time. Now that he's gone, the food isn't appetizing anymore, so we don't come here anymore. Not sure if it's a coincidence.

I have now had food from here 4 times.very inconsistent! Either box is like soup.or way to dry.way too mild.or medium like the last one blew my face off it was so hot. It took over 1 hour to get the box.when I was told 35 minutes. I got thai style chow mein this time.beef protein add (maybe 6 small tiny pieces of the chewiest beef ever.had to hunt for it) and extra veg.which was all broccoli.yuck! And dry as a bone.no sauce at all.just heat.
This cost me just under $20.
$19 and change to be exact.

Disappointed. No protein, despite ordering and paying for it (on skip the dishes so can be confirmed, and on the printed receipt). And the dish itself tasted nothing like it usually does (at other locations), super bland, dry, tons of green onions and not many other veggies. Still love Noodle Box but won’t use this location again!

Ordered a Cambodian curry box and spicy peanut box for boyfriend and I. Cambodian box was extremely hot when we ordered it medium. Peanut box barely tasted like peanut and was just overall bland. Both boxes were watered down. Both lacked flavor. Was very disappointing since we waited for over an hour just to throw it out after eating a little bit.

Tonight 3rd time at Langford. All three I asked for extra sauce, got home and it’s dry with no extra sauce. Been going downtown and Uptown for years, never dry. Just saying, when I ask for extra sauce I don’t check to see if it has it, as it’s takeout. Disappointed. Next time I’ll check it at the counter I guess.
Staff are great and super nice and helpful.

For some reason the food we had from here isn't nearly as good as the downtown or Uptown location. Off night?

They knock it out of the park every tome. This food literally makes me feel so happy after I finish. The staff are AMAZING! I would recommend everything!

I just brought a garlic black bean box home with only extra veggies, and the veggies are almost completely uncooked.

I was really disappointed in my service tonight. It was an order of three dishes. And one of them they messed up the box said Teriyaki tofu box Mild spice which we ordered but inside the box was a Spicy Peanut. We called to give them an opportunity fix the mistake, and they agreed to make a new box. We drove back to pick up it up. And they messed it up again it was Teriyaki tofu box but they made it too spicy so it wasn’t very enjoyable. I won’t be returning to this Noodle Box. We were never offered a discount for future purchases or an apology for the confusion/mistake and I wouldn’t drive back again, that’s a waste of time.

Fairly consistent when it comes to quality, but their app is useless. Once an order is placed, then you find out your food will be ready in 90 minutes.no thanks! And after closing time? Posted hours didn't even match when I called them, but got a refund anyways.

The zesty orange chicken was extremely disappointing! The rice was under done quite hard. There was no Orange flavour at all. No sauce of any kind. The vegetables/ slaw was wilted. I would in no way recommend this dish.

Spring rolls were over cooked. I was surprised that they were deep fried. A place that makes food to order shouldn't be deep frying spring rolls

Horrible service! We ordered 2 dishes for pick up at the counter there and the one "worker" with black hair told us - 15 minutes wait. When we came in after 15 minutes, she told us another 5 minutes. Which was suspicious because in the restaurant were only 3 tables occupied.so not a busy place for such long wait. Anyway, after anoter 10 minutes we came in and she told that our food is still not ready. Obviously, I got a bit frustrated and after clarifying the other worker figured out that our food stood there in front of her not clever face all the time. That black hair one laughed milaciously when I finally got the food. Is she sick?

After all of that the food quality was poor, too.
