Mediocrity abounds from atmosphere to food quality. It's ok but nothing special stands out about it.

Food was Hot temp and spiced temp.
Quick take out lunch.

Highly recommend! Delicious, fresh food with great vegan options. Also, Ty had the best friendly service we’ve had while eating out in a long time!

Ordered take out for 2, was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. Arrived for pick up 25 minutes after calling and order was not ready. I was told 5 more minutes.

3 other customers walked in and ordered for dine in, so i had waited another 15 minutes. Dine-in customers got their food before me even though i called for my order 40 minutes prior. So i complained and asked why take out was an option if you are just going to serve dine in customers first. A woman had told me dine in has priority over take out.even if you call half and hour before. Terrible customer service skills.

I had ordered food from here for my husband and I. We ordered quite a bit of food. Only to be disappointed that we were eating the spring rolls only to find a quarter-inch rock in the spring roll. We had called in and questioned why a rock was in our food. She had told us nobody there speaks “English”. Then proceeded to speak English and told us that when picking from the field rocks occasionally get inside the food while it was Not the first time it happened. My husband paid 400$ for his broken tooth. They told us they would not refund us and they didn’t care as it’s on us for not noticing it in our food.
Definitely would not order food from them again.

Wife and I each ordered a noodle box with chicken added. We each received about 4 or 5 tiny cubes of chicken about 1/2” square. I felt this to be a complete rip off for the price. We will never eat here again. Highly disappointed as we thought this would be a nice alternative to fast food.

The young man serving us was very polite and professional it was a fabulous experience and food was yummy

Food isn't really that great at all. Definitely would not recommend if you wanna satisfy your taste buds!

Gave us stale fried chicken, does not meet minimum standards, highly do not recommend this

Hit and miss. Sometimes it’s great and sometimes the noodles are all stuck together and it tastes overdone.

Super stoked! Just had amazing Singapore cashew curry box and my wife had spicy peanut noodle box so delicious! Can't wait for my next box of noodles.

A great, and relatively inexpensive, place to grab a lunch that isn't a hamburger and fries.

Noodles were way overcooked and dry. Been to other noodlebox locations and loved it, but this one was disappointing.

For a place that’s primarily ran by younger ppl, the customer service is amazing. Never have I left this place without being given 5 star service.

Good selection, keen staff, obviously formulaic but fresh cooked and well presented. Cost is very reasonable given the generous portions, which is what garners 5 stars over 4. Spicy heat added to taste, my two chilli medium/hot was 'medium salsa' warm so not over-bearing, will likely go to level 4 next time. Worth the stop, we will be back.

Been here a couple times and it's been awesome! However tonight I ordered a pad thai box and when I got home, I noticed my box was labelled "SP". Thought nothing of it until I immediately tasted peanuts. Was given the spicy peanut box by accident. Normally I wouldn't care but I really don't like peanut based food items. Just glad it was me that was given this mistake and not someone who's allergic. Will come back, the food is still delicious!

The worst noodles I've ever eaten are expensive, tasteless, and what kind of food is spicy noodles.

Service was quick and staff very polite. Ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai and the noodles were way under cooked. After a few bites I couldn't eat anymore as the sodium level was over the moon.

Always had great and polite service here but the prices are kind of high and the food was slightly above average. It fills the void in a pinch but definitely not my go to first hand.

The taste is good but I'm disappointed.don't pay for proteins, there were 3 pieces of beef in my teriyaki box.also if you order extras double check they are in the box, I ordered 2 Spring Rolls and they forget.

Uptown location in Victoria could learn a thing or two from this location, fast friendly courteous service! Accommodating and well within the original NoodleBox quality control. The citizens of Sardis are lucky to have this as a healthy tasty takeout option, keep up the great work!

I’ve had a enough of noodlebox in general now I drove all the way to this location from Abby and ordered the chicken teriyaki in a bowl and found it in a box and that’s disappointing I just had a one star review at a different location and thought this would be better but it isn’t won’t be going to anymore noodlebox locations I’ll be going to Taco Bell now

$16 for a tasteless undercooked noodle box. Added chicken for protein and would not recommend it- super dry and bland. I ordered the spicy peanut noodle box and if it weren’t for the peanuts I would have never known it had a peanut sauce. Two thumbs down. Last time I will order take out from here.

***Last update, got our complimentary meal today, ordered the Bombay Mac and Cheese and it was pretty good! Glad we gave it another try!

**Update, I spoke to the manager at the Chilliwack location today and really appreciated the follow-through and hope to try again soon. I could tell that she actually cares about her customers and the quality of their service and food.

Recently ordered take out, I ordered crispy Ginger beef but there was absolutely zero crispy to it whatsoever. I called and asked thinking they had given me just added beef to my chow mein. She insisted the beef was correct and she stated it wouldn't be actually crispy, just slightly. It was not crispy whatsoever, very disappointing as I would not have ordered if this was the case. Feels like false advertising. Also the kids mac and cheese sauce was really not up to par to be on the menu in my opinion. Also wish they had better chow mein noodles.

The food here is absolutely delicious. I always get the sweet and sour pork on jasmin rice and I've never had a bad meal here. The staff is always nice, polite and friendly and bring your food right out to your vehicle. If you're hungry and in the area, give Noodlebox a try.
