I got beef/rice bowl and my partner got fried rice.

The service was average.
The wait time for our dish was about 15 minutes.
The vegetables are cooked nicely.
The rice was also cooked nicely.
The proteins on both dishes are overcooked.
The protein portion is very small, considering the price.

Very good service and food was very good quality all round.i definitely recommend this location.

For anyone reading this: Do not bother wasting your money. You can order far better quality food in a place where they actually care about feedback. The first time we ordered online from noodlebox- my partner and I chose MILD. When we got our food it was so spicy we couldnt't eat it and the little bit we did eat we had stomach issues. So today we ordered again from them after a couple of months, thinking last order was a mistake. However the same thing happened to us. So much red flaming chili flakes in our order- so we wasted money AGAIN for food we couldn't eat-and I dislike wasting food. Also we chose zucchini noodles instead of rice noodles. There was barely any zucchini in my $18 bowl of food-they added it as if it was a topping. So i has 70% burning spicy liquid and just veggies. It wasn't zucchini noodles it was just zucchini as a vegetable addition.
When I read the comments there are others who complained about the spice level after they ordered mild.
However- they do not seem to care about people's feedback, otherwise mild would taste like mild.
You lost 2 customers today. Maybe NOW you can take it seriously to not ADD A LOT OF CHILI FLAKES to peoples mild dishes.

It was lovely visit here and as usual always delicious our food. We enjoyed food & ambience. Staff are so friendly & welcome.

I ordered my food from this restaurant 2 days ago from uber eat. I paid extra fees to get it sooner because they have the service on the platform. After 50 min the order was not picked up. I called the restaurant and said I want to cancel it if they did not start to proceed the order. They said the order was not started they will stop to make it. So I cancelled it. While I was cancelling it from the uber eat. They accepted the order. This is kind of like a fraud situation to me. They ruined my day

This place has gone downhill: (Been to this location a couple times before and the food was consistent with the other Noodleboxes on the mainland before we moved to Victoria. The last two times we have been here, the Pad Thai was just way too spicy. On top of that the last time there was no other flavour of tamarind or anything but chili spice. We spoke with the staff who were unapologetic.

Ordered take out via the noodle box website. Waited about 10-15 minutes past the pick up window on a Sunday. Order was missing additional paid add-on item. Food was good

All of these spots seem to have really tanked in quality. Food is often bland or wildly spicy, the choice has no meaning.

Loved the setup, the staff was great and made recommendations that suited both mine and my partners different tastes. Hope to see this come to my neck of the woods some day.

Delicious food, service was good, atmosphere was nice, went here for Mother's day very nice!

Brought our high school group here for dinner and everyone loved it. Healthy, delicious noodle/rice box option with zucchini noodles as a choice. Friendly and helpful staff with fast service. Trust their recommendation on spicy level. They run on the spicy side.

Order #1- Singapore cashew curry box.requested and paid for Xtra vegetables, did not receive ANY. There was supposed to be cashews, there was none.

Order #2 - Black Bean and garlic box.requested rice, received noodles. Also was supposed to be cashews, there was none. Also recieved no vegetables.

Neither meal came with lime or chopsticks. All in all a really disappointing service and delivery.

Great stop for late and cold evenings! Affordable food and really yummy. A lot of options, good portions and the muddles were really well done. The people were also really nice.

This location is particularly good. The service was excellent from the order to checking on our meal and friendliness. We'll done guys.

Noodle box is not what it used to be, even just 3-5 years ago.

Today I went to the douglas location and placed an order… the people ahead of me received their food before I did and after about 35minutes of sitting and waiting, the restaurant started clearing out and I decided to go up to the counter…. Turns out they “forgot” about my order.

Got my money back. Poor service, long waits, for a subpar experience.

They lost a customer today: I will not buy here again. If you loved their Pad Thai Noodle Box with Prawns in the past (pre pandemic or in 2020), don't buy this again. It's a different meal now; significantly inferior to the original version. Many ingredients changed, but it's not stated on Skip the Dishes. Portions are much smaller. Spice/heat level is inconsistent. My order from Skip the Dishes arrived without ingredients that were mentioned in the description. I called to inquire and was told that nothing can be done. "We have so many orders" (=we don't care about you).

Such a terrible experience! Ordered takeout and was told it would be delivered in 33 mins, once I’d paid it said 41 mins, then it just kept getting pushed back and back. After an hour and a half (!) I called to check in and spoke to someone who was so incredibly rude and unhelpful, so I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager. Yikes. He offered no help and no apologies just asked me to understand that they were busy. My food ended up arriving almost TWO HOURS after I’d ordered it. At this point I was late leaving for a meeting, and so hangry! I do understand being busy, but I don’t understand quoting a customer 33 mins and then taking almost two hours. I obviously wouldn’t have ordered from here if I knew it was going to be that long.
To top it all off, I’d paid extra for additional peanuts, and they forgot to put any peanuts at all on, never mind the extras I’d paid for. Oof! A very disappointing experience, would never eat here again.

This is one of my first stops every time I come to Victoria. Spicy peanut noodle box 4 ever!

I loved all the stuff here, Spice peanut is my favorite. The staff is very kind and friendly.

Unfortunately, one of our favourite take out spots has become unfavourable. The last time we ordered online, it was declined. That is fine, so when we called to confirm the order with the server, he told us to come in 30 minutes.we arrived an hour later to find out the server forgot to punch in the order. He then told us to wait another 15 minutes and offered no discount for his mistake.

Not good. First, all three meals were drenched in sauce. Like can’t even eat it strong. My 3 year old got the kids bowl, they can’t eat a box full of teriyaki sauce. Then the spice was absolutely crazy. We got got one mild one medium. Both tasted the same, so spicy we couldn’t eat it.

I can not say anything good about this place, some one order 5 min after me and they get food until I still waiting 15 min. Food is waste of money

The best place in town with a-lot to choose from. For me it was spicy peanut noodles. Definitely a place to checkout if you are planning to visit Victoria.

The best Thai style noodles I’ve ever had in Victoria with amazing customer service. Would highly recommend this place

Loved the food, but it was spicy. The location is great and staff was wonderful. Portions are large and delicious!

The spot is nice and casual an excellent service, very quick, the staff is friendly and helpful. Noodles are very yummy, and portion of food is fulfilling. There are many good options on the menu including veggie selections with top notch fresh ingredients. I really enjoyed my noodlebox. Thanks guys, made my day better.

I was extremely impressed by the quick service and the staff was so sweet and friendly. Tried their pad thai with tofu being a vegan i have very less options but this place has my heart they can customize anything according to your specifications and my friend tried teriyaki chicken box though he is very picky about his food but loved their flavours. A must try place from our side

Service is really appreciable. The cook named Mohit prepares delicious meals got a taste of Indian spices after long time absolutely recommendable.

Noodle box was great, friendly staff good environment and great food.

I've recommended it a few times to friends and family.
