Noodlebox

I went to this location of Noodlebox at Langley couple days ago and had the best customer experience as well as the food was really on point. The guy named Sahib was really friendly and had a nice little chat with me. Overall, will recommend going here. Great place!

This location is the best one in Langley. The dishes are consistent and generously filled. Tried the other location- and it’s just not the same!

I gotta say I’ve had a couple bad experiences but they seem to have been improving the last time I tried them today I had quite possibly the best food I’ve had all year it was super flavourful and exploded in my mouth I know you guys have heard my bad experiences but this is a awesome it didn’t feel frozen this time and if you guys keep up the good work I will definitely order a lot more from there I love the progress

I have given noodle box a try a handful of times and it’s just not good food. It’s a smart concept for a business but they use poor quality ingredients un like similar chains like chipotle who uses fresh ingredients. How does fresh cooked ginger beef and chicken come out soggy every time? Cause it’s processed garbage. The veggies are always rock solid and has zero flavour to it. Good customer service at this location besides that this chain sucks.

Ordered spicy peanut, sauce was really tasty, problem was it was so saucy that it leaked a bunch out of the container and take-out bag. Very messy. Veggies were fine except for the carrots, old and should have been peeled. Workers very nice.

I love Noodle Box, but this is the second time in a row, and both times at the Willoughby location, where I ordered a spicy peanut bowl with a chicken breast, and there's next to no chicken in there at all. Like I swear they chopped up one and split it between the four bowls I ordered. I need protein as I lift weights, and when I spend $20 on a bowl and it says it comes with a chicken breast, well I shouldn't have to supplement my meal with a protein shake. I will not return to this location as they are clearly ripping me off.

I’ve driven by probably countless times in the past couple months and the “open” sign is always lit up but they shut down closed? ‍️ is this place actually open?

Good location, great service, and excellent food.
Went to this location twice & we tried the.
-Teriyaki box (with chicken)
-Fried rice (with steak)
-Pad Thai (with chicken)

Service was fast & all the staff were friendly.
The Teriyaki box was our favourite and would rate it 10/10. Would order the fried rice again, was 8.5/10.
Both the chicken and steak were good protein choices.

We would return here and would recommend it to others.

Note: “mild” was still spicy, but we learned that you can order “no spice” and this made it perfect for us.

We had an excellent first experience here. The second was below par, but they were quick to correct it, cooking new boxes for us without question, and they were delicious. They also provided a small appetizer free of charge. Wonderful service.

I had really good experience at this location today. What looked like the manager/owner was super friendly and attentive to customers needs. The spicy peanut noodle box needs some improvement (more flavor/ peanut sauce) compared to what I had at other locations but overall great experience. I want to give this location 5 stars because they are trying super hard as new owners.

I was excited about this location opening. However my first order turned out to be under cooked noodles in a watery peanut sauce with very minimal veggies. Disappointed, but hope these comments can help improve the food!

Food was dry, too much carry powder in the sauce and no salt at all

I have ordered chicken pad thai 4 times because its my favorite thing to eat. The first time it was absolutely amazing. Fresh, cooned perfectly, amazing sauce. The second time was below average. The third time it was alittle better but not much. The fourth time which was 20 minutes ago is terrible. Its actually inedible. Everything is burnt, i didnt even need to taste it to know how terrible it is. Just looking at it and smelling it was bad enough. How you feel its ok to box it up is beyond me. Mistakes happen, throw it out and start over but honestly you cant think that is ok to serve. I just paid full amount plus a generous tip but i feel completely taken advantage of. This is terrible

Food is solid. I frequently eat at Noodlebox but this location is painfully slow and staff is not well trained. Hopefully time will help this location

Second time ordering food and both were wrong. The second time I got 2 Crispy Chicken Box and both came without chicken. Also ordered without peanuts but they got it wrong as well.
