This place used to be terrible when we lived around the corner but the new owners have turned things around. They miss heard my order and went above and beyond to fix it.
The food was awesome, service was fast, staff were lovely and now they have good portions.

Gone down hill. I used to love going here but recently they have been consistently getting my orders wrong. My most recent order from last night was my final straw im not sure if I will come back. They forgot my spice, tofu, and flavor in my order. I'm not sure what happened but it was so flavorless I went back to get it replaced. They took my meal back and put tofu and spice in it but that did not change how flavorless it was. I don't think im going to give this location another chance. It's a shame because their food used to be really good.: (

Visiting from Vancouver, always loved the spicy peanut box -the most amazing flavours and bouquet of colours from the various vegetables amongst my rice noodles! Saucy and delicious! Thank you for taking me back to why I used to LOVE coming to Noodle box from a distance but in most recent years been disappointed (in vancouver) Anytime I’m in the area I’ll definitely be stopping by!

No one come to front for few mins, young crew no front line experience vaping while doing gossip hr in the back while waiting to get a code for restrooms. Was a big fan of noodle box till today.

Great food and service. I did have to wait a bit longer than promised for my food but they totally made up for it and the food was super yummy.

Customer service is questionable. I've been put on hold for over 10 minutes just to be hung up on. Have tried calling back but no answer. This has happened more than once. Food is okay though.

Disappointed with my take out from Noodle Box. The food had no flavor and was tastless and chicken seemed to be days old, tough and chewy. Will definitely think twice before ordering again! I must admit, customer service was good!

We use to eat noodle box in Victoria regularly. The staff were fine at this location but the flavors were uninspired and there seemed to be more noodles and less veggies than in the past.

I ordered 3 boxes, one with chicken & 2 with double beef. They didn’t put double beef in either box although I was charged for it and the little bit there was too tough to chew. A few bites in I went back and explained the problem nicely and was told they don’t do refunds but apologized and said here’s a voucher for a free box. When I got to the car I saw the back of the card was just $5 off my next purchase! I always enjoy the food at any of the Victoria locations but this was $60 that went in the trash.

Not properly wearing masks as they’re not fitted securely. One person was wearing a buff which isn’t an acceptable face covering for a person cooking inside a restaurant. Then they touched their nose with their gloved hand and proceeded preparing food. Nope. Not today.
Normally I have a safe & positive experience here but I will not be back any time soon.

We’re human & make mistakes but safe food handling is as important now as is public health practices to prevent covid-19.

Won’t bore you with being left on hold forever and then waiting long enough to witness this mess unfold as I was still waiting to even order.

It is very difficult for me to be able to find places to eat as I am Celiac. They provide gluten free options, make sure everything is changed so there isn't contamination. I was able to eat out! The food was amazing too!

Great food, clean location, and fast service. The chef's, especially Hayden Ledingham, are extremely efficient and the food tastes great every time!

The chain is typically pretty good but the local team is awful. Their customer service is atrocious. Save yourself a lot of trouble and enjoy a local restaurant that will be grateful for your business and show it with their actions, not this one.

I had sworn off noodle box when the manager told me to change my baby’s diaper in my car instead of supplying a change table in their “accessible” bathrooms. My husband convinced me to order months later and the food was awful. I asked for no sprouts on my pad Thai and it had sprouts, the flavour was bland, and the noodles were so over cooked they were a giant mushy ball. Noodle box used to be good before they franchised. I won’t be going back.

Do not waste your time going here.we went Saturday evening and the food was ok, but made it incorrectly and the staff really lacked respect and and were really struggling to work together. Extremely disappointed

Amazing, delicious food! A little salty for some & it's "ready to use" sauce but they can hold extra salt if you ask. Vegan options.

Terrible food, ordered 3 dishes via Skip the Dishes - came to $59.05 - wasn't even edible.not sure what the meat was (ordered beef?) but none of us could eat it. Horrible.
