I met Sir Sunil jee for my phyo treatment. He did his and He is very social and try to lesson my pain. Today I saw Madam Gurdeep jee. She is well trained for the job. Very caring. Very polite too. This place is fine. The service was decent, and the physio I saw was Jay. He seemed knowledgeable and critical, but I did find his therapeutic massage to be very relaxing. I do feel much better now! Thank you!

I had a back injury from work, and the pain in my lower back was so bad. I went to this clinic, and the staff were friendly. Simran oversaw my therapy, and she is amazing. She goes above and beyond to find the cause of my pain and checks in with me at every appointment. She explained everything as we went through the best exercises for me. You can tell that she really cares about her patients.

After fracturing my ankle during a sports injury, I started coming here to do weekly physiotherapy sessions with Gurdeep. She recommended targeted exercises week by week to strengthen and stabilize my ankle - I'm glad to say they've helped me to be well on my way towards recovery. I've appreciated her knowledge of injuries as well as the best way and timeline to recover from them. Hopefully I won't need to be back, but if I have another injury in the future (fingers crossed), I'll be sure to come back to this clinic. Thank you Gurdeep and team!

Byoungju (Jay) Jun gives the best RMT massages. Just tell him where it aches and he knows exactly where and how hard to press. I'm a squishy marshmallow that can only handle light to moderate massages and Jay has never made the massages feel unbearable at any point (unlike other RMTs at other clinics I've been to). On the other hand, my partner's very picky and only likes strong RMTs who can provide deep, heavy massages, and yet he also started going to Jay last year. Whether you prefer gentle or heavy massages, Jay will take care of you.

The only negative thing about this clinic is that they've now added an extra $5 charge without any warning or explanation when it came time for me to pay. I didn't even notice the extra charge until I reviewed the invoice afterwards. I think it's new for this year since it hasn't been on any of my previous invoices from last year. Despite this, I'll still continue to go to Nordel Physio as long as they have Jay on the team. (I'm already sad that Wonyoung Yu no longer provides acupuncture here.)

Shivesh Setia is a Best physiotherapist. I am really thankful to him. I recommend everyone to visit this place.

I've had my fair share of injuries throughout my years. I could not be more happy with the TLC that Shivesh has given through this recovery period. He's made sure I'm comfortable through every step of the recovery process, and made sure I'm accommodated with my work till I'm 100 percent better. If you want to have the best support and assistance in your recovery, this is the place to come! All of the staff are well trained, compassionate and supportive. Gurdeep is wonderful, very committed to her patients and their recovering. The clinic is clean, bright, relaxing music is always playing, the staff clearly enjoy their time here, and take time to make sure each person has treatment plans that will maximize their best chances to get healthy. I am pleased that I found Gurdeep and her clinic, as both my husband and myself have been benefiting from her and the other clinic staff’s expertise. I especially have been impressed with their use of traditional medicine, such as acupuncture, as I have been helped a great deal by this. I plan to stay here and continue to work with them to get better, and their treatments have given me the confidence to do so. I highly recommend this clinic and I can tell you that if you put your trust in Gurdeep and her staff, you won’t be disappointed! They keep very good communication also, sending out text messages, email and phone call reminders for appointments, which I truly appreciate as I sometimes forget to write the down!

The services offered by both is priceless. Time and again I went with a bad back, knee.came out with perfect results. The treatment offered is so professional, comes with advice and care. Been coming to this clinic for my icbc treatment since January, front desk are polite and happy, the Physiotherapist are polite and very caring for your health and the acupuncturist is the best i ever gotten and she had helped with my treatment alot, the massage therapist is the best in town and also the active rehab treatment is amazing, i would absolutely recommend nordel physio to anyone looking to get better from there accidents or just want the best treatment in town

I have had other physiotherapy but they dont try. Here they try! They are genuine and conscientious! I'm super excited for my final results once we have finished.
I posted the above 5 months ago. It is now the beginning of September. My shoulder was regularly popping out of the socket and I had no range of motion. Now, it feels great! The way Gurdeep used cupping and manipulated my shoulder has made leaps and bounds in my recovery.
In addition, Marc, the Kinesiologist they have in their active rehab program took my range the rest of the way! What an amazing team! *****HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*****

I was having very bad back and sciatica pain, according to my MRI report my spinal disc in between L5 and S1 was bulge out and was pushing the nerve. So my family Dr.and specialist told me the surgery is the only solution. I tried the Physiotherapy but it made no difference. One of my friend referred me to Nordel Physiotherapy & Sports clinic where Sunil took care of me and within 2 weeks my 50% pain was reduced and after couple of months 99% pain was gone. My specialist was surprised to here about my improvement. Sunil is an expert at what he does, he located the exact spot where the therapy is required and now I am 100% pain free. All the staff at Nordel Physiotherapy & Sports Clinic are expert in their profession and very friendly I strongly recommend them.

I have been to couple of Physiotherapy clinics but Nordel Physiotherapy & Sport Clinic is the best. In my opinion, the most important thing with any service provider is that you trust them, and I definitely trust Gurdeep (Physiotherapist). She is highly experienced and knowledgeable. She knows her stuff and is also honest and approachable. She has helped me a lot. Clinic has latest equipments and each room is full equipped. The support staff is also very friendly and clinic is very clean.

Sunil is really very nice take care of you and no rush. All staff is nice and friendly treaty your problem etc just you go and see that physio clinic.

I was having tennis elbow for long time, with in three weeks of sitting my tennis elbow pain goes away, Physiothherapist Gurdip is very knowledgeable and friendly. In addition clinic environment is very hygienic and ultra clean. The clinic staff is very co-operative. Other than that they offer multiple service under one roof. I would like to refer every one to visit this place at least one time to know more about this place.

I've had lower back issues related to sports injuries over over 30 years. Been to multiple clinics over the years and they helped. But Sunil, understands the true mechanics of the back, lower back and things he did compared to the others was totally unreal. Prior to his treatments, i used to be back with pain soon after being treated. Couldn't participate in pretty much any sports related activities. And had to be careful even walking to not upset my back. Felt very limited. After treatments at this clinic, I have been virtually PAIN FREE, and play sports, walk as much as I can. I sleep well without twisting an turning all night. What a difference it has made for me. Absolutely amazing to have that one right person treat you who has the KNOWLEDGE and truly is concerned for others and their well being. HIGHLY recommend.

I have been suffering from low back pain/recurrent back spasms for over a year now which have been limiting me in both my work and home life. After seeing Gurdeep and Sunil I finally feel I am on the road to recovery. A variety of treatments and techniques were used (including IMS, acupuncture, laser & traction) to relieve my back pain.
Both Gurdeep and Sunil provided knowledgeable and excellent service in a non rushed professional manner. Sunil is highly skilled and experienced with teaching a variety of exercises to help strengthen and regain mobility so I could function without pain. I would highly recommend this clinic.
The office staff are also very courteous and the office is clean, neat and tidy.

By far the best experience I’ve had. Although I have had to change my appointments, many times, they were completely kind about it and I have a great time there every time.

I have had an excellent experience at this clinic. They are very professional and extremely curtious, as well have a deep understanding of the treatment required. In just a couple of weeks of treatments I experienced vast improvement, the home exercises they assigned have been a great help. I'm pleased to highly recommend these people!
