The government is finally taking action to ticket and tow local driver trucks, trailers and 4 wheelers from parking in this truck parking facility.
The bathroom and shower is relatively clean and an acceptable for keeping up with your hygiene.

Joke! Locals have parked their trucks and are gone home. Many full parking spots are used by Bob tails, rather then parking 2 Bob tails in 1 parking. I don't think anyone patrol this lot

Local owner operators park there trucks So there is no space for other trucks to park.

60 truck parking spaces for a metropolitan area like Vancouver? It’s a joke. There is simply no way a driver out of province can find a parking here. This place is ruled by the locals and they use it as a private yard. Cars saving spots, repairs done on site. Creative parking level hard, sometimes makes it impossible to manouver or simply get out of a spot. The only good thing about this place that with a bicycle you can get to Skytrain in about 20 minutes.
They are buliding another parking in northern Surrey, but I bet it will become exactly like this one. Vancouver metro area needs a safe truck parking for at least a thousand spots and some should be reserved for out of town drivers just trying to be efficient and respectong ELD

Abandoned trucks, abandoned trailers and cars holding spots. This is for the locals. This place is a joke. Once you go in, you can't turn to move around. You'll be stuck in here. Worst parking lot I have ever seen.

Run the other way! Designed for truckers to spend a night but this is where locals park their trucks for the nights and weekends when they go home, no parking to be found.
Trailers dropped and cars reserving truck spots even tho neither are permitted. Shady characters walking around amongst the trucks.
Bathroom looks like a crack house.
Saw this all in 10minutes and had to leave, not a place I consider safe for parking.

This place is ridiculous, the locals have completely taken this place over and it is impossible for out of town truck's to even use this place, there needs to be a tow company rolling through here daily to tow these idiots out of here.
