Mara is amazing! She has magic in her hands and somehow finds all the hot spots in your body! She listens and gives tailored exercises for your specific issues. The best physio I have ever been to 9 and I have been to many!)

As a senior who is active at skiing, hiking, biking and walking I have had a few injuries that gives my hip and lower back issues. With the help from Cheryl, she has treated me with physio, more importantly she has designed a stretching and strengthen plan for me to follow so that I can get back some of what I have lost and build strength in the muscles that have become lazy and off line. Cheryl is the best physio I have ever met and I have seen a lot of physios.
