My girl, Cali, had her first shots here 11 years ago. She has had Sldurgeries.l, checkups, and, now, arthritis shots! They've always provided the best of care here.

Always great service. Kind, courteous. Always friendly remiders to keep me on task. Our dog is very comfortable going here.

Lovely safe environment felt comfortable leaving my

Went to the Port Hardy vet with our dog with a lump under his eye they suggested we go all the way to Victoria and charged extra to write a referral for an extra $50 when they could have sent us to Campbell River had everything done there and not wasted all the driving time and a hotel for the night. Changed the dog's diet to straight vegetables 1 and 1/2 Weeks Later the lump dried up and fell off dog is getting better by the day.

They were great with our 9 week old rescue puppy! They took into consideration our concerns with certain dewormers and answered all our questions we had during our first appointment.

Terrific business strategy. They are charging $230 just for an emergency appointment before the examination fee. It’s just business not for the wellbeing of pets. Business model treatments. Anyway, I was talking my pet to down island each time.

Great with our pets. We do regular checkups, cat boarding, even saying our last goodbyes. Always a caring and respectful environment.
