Purchased my gravel bike there in the spring of 2023. The team was awesome to work with! Experienced, friendly and not pressuring for a sale. I’ve been using their repair shop regularly due to some unfortunate flat tires along with routine maintenance, But they are always happy to help and get the job done quick!

They'll give you only the best quality of parts replacement. Quality repairs for a very reasonable price. They always go above and beyond in their work by delivering ahead of time and and just providing the best care your bike could ever have.

The staff at the north park bike shop are so friendly and helpful. Their services costs are affordable and the location is convenient. They have lots of parts in stock.

Brought my Maui Bike to have the gears fixed. Was expecting an expensive bill as neither of the two bike shops in Lahaina could repair the shifting. I was told on Maui I would need to add new hardware to the bike. North Park made the adjustments to the bike. Shifting is performing properly. My bill was under $100.00. Most of the charge wasn't even related to the shifting but adding on a quick release on my front tire. Impressive.

Very helpful staff. Went in to buy a bike with minimal knowledge and they walked me through the process with great detail and in practical terms. Didn't feel pressured at any point, and both the sales people and the mechanics downstairs were genuine and friendly. Ended up buying from them and it included 2 years of tune-up. Definitely recommend this place.

Ive been there a few times to service my bike now, and every single time they are so thoughtful and friendly when they help out. They put the bike up ok the hoist and actually go steo by step with you as to whats going on. Honestly its the best bike service place ive ever been to. Super transparent about pricing, and super transparent about the work they do. It seems like the work environment is really great for everyone that works there, and it shows in their service

Always awesome guys. I was interested in particular model of bike but it was not available at that time. They got back to me a month later with an update which I was not expecting! Such a great service from them to follow up. Although I bought a different bike from another shop, these guys truly deserve 5 stars.

Best bike repair shop in town I had initially tried a different business but they had a waitlist of two weeks. North Park was able to take me in much more quickly, and for a better price. Knowledgeable staff that takes the time to explain the work they'll be doing and why, fair prices, same-day pickup, and a great location (the cafe next door has my favourite lemon cakes in town). My bike now runs smoothly and my breaks are in great shape. Highly recommend!

I scheduled a tune-up for my bike, and could immediately notice a major difference in how it handles- for the better! Quick, same-day service as well. I also appreciated the honesty of the repairmen. I had scheduled a full tune-up because it's been awhile and I didn't really know, but they told me that my bike was in decent shape and that was overkill. They advised me on exactly what I needed, which was a lower price. I appreciate the honesty there and because of that will definitely be back.

Amazing service, great prices. Technicians do great work and always explain what they will be doing, and are always fast with their work.

Needed cloth handlebar tape. They had stock. Small time purchase but their willingness to carry a variety of products speaks to how they'll treat a customer over larger or more complex issues.

Girlfriend lost the key to her chained-up bike nearby. Nice mechanic came with us and cut the lock for us - above and beyond! We bought a replacement lock and were on our way. Thanks!

Friendly and helpful service. I stopped in for a single bolt that I needed for my toddler's seat (needed it immediately for their safety to get us home), it took the guy 2-3mins to replace it for me and he didn't charge me anything. If I had gone to my regular bike shop (where I've purchased multiple bikes, helmets, baskets, accessories, tune-ups) they would have charged me $1 for the bolt (as they have before) and $5 for their 2 minutes service. I will now be patroning North Park Bike Shop for tune-ups and purchases due to this kindness.

I had some miscommunication about scheduling a repair appt but eventhough it was supposed to be 2 weeks to get the work done, tNorth Park gave me 110 % service, and turned the bike around in just 2 days! And all that during the busiest week of the year for their repair shop. I was so blown away what they did for a new customer! I will drive the 15km from my place down to Cook and Caledonia for all my future cycling needs - new bike or bike repairs. Thanks so much North Park!

My bike was looooong overdue for a tune up and these guys were so helpful through the entire experience. I felt fully informed throughout the whole experience, from the booking of an appointment, to walking me through the estimate and diagnostic process, up to pick-up and payment day. I appreciated the communicative staff and mechanics who ensured I was aware of all the things that needed taking care of - and some unexpected, but necessary replacements after thorough inspection. Super excited to riding my bike again, knowing it's had a full once-over with thoughtful attention to detail. Thanks for your hard work!

My bike broke down on my way home and Terry got it fixed up within 20 minutes. I will definitely be coming back for future repairs!

Called in the morning to have my stroller tire fixed, they were able to have me come in right away and had it fixed in 10minutes! Super happy!

Absolutely love North Park Bikes. Ive been going here for parts and repairs for 6 years and every person I’ve ever interacted with there has been super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They often find unexpected solutions to my bike issues that end up saving me time and money, which I appreciate. They’ll answer any question honestly and non-judgementally and cultivate a no-pressure environment. And the quality of the work they do is always excellent.

These folks really care about bikes and cyclists and are a staple to the neighbourhood. 10/5 stars!:)

Absolutely perfect experience with my new bike build! Old parts on a new frame with very little fuss. Great communication by e-mail, and quicker than expected job completion.

No stars. I just dropped over 2k the first time I walked in there to find out I was lied to and bought a supposedly brand new bike only to get it home to find this and that already broken on the bike from wear and tear. Over 2k. And they have tried to gouge me every visit since by charging me exorbitant rates. Little do they know I worked in a bike shop when I was their age and I don't appreciate kids trying to take advantage of older people thinking they know nothing. I always have at least something nice to say about places but the only nice message I can convey to anyone is find another place. All the best in the new year to everyone.

The amazing owners and superb staff have created a Victoria institution. My family and I have bought—gulp—a few bikes and relied on solid advice and technical support since 2004. They recently breathed new life into an ancient Brompton and convinced me that an electric cargo bike is like having a second car (but more fun). They were right!

I’m new to bikes and every time I’ve gone into this shop the staff have been extremely friendly, non-judgemental and helpful. Just bought a bike from here, had a great experience and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a friendly, chill, neighbourhood bike shop.

North Park Bike Shop is my "go-to" bike shop in Victoria. Both sales and service are excellent. I do most of my own repairs, and the service staff is always willing to take a few moments to answer my questions and dispense some advice. When the repair is beyond my scope of experience I've always had excellent service by this crew.

As a former owner of a bike company and a bike enthusiast these guys have it all. I luckily stumbled upon Joe and his crew when I first moved to Victoria and have stuck with them ever since. They do fantastic work, are super knowledgable and friendly and support our community. I'll be coming here for the rest of my life!

Went in to get a part and ask some
Questions about installing a suspension fork on my bike the guy in the service department pulls out the part I need puts it on the fork upside down and say this is Impossible it just won’t fit. So I said are you sure there are so many examples of this fork on this bike online. He said they must have done something else to it to make it fit. Anyways took it to oak bay and they had no problems with my request.

Victoria’s best bike shop! I don’t know a lot about bikes, so when deciding on one for a trip that I want to do, I visited almost every bike shop in Victoria over the course of about 6 months. The staff were all so helpful and patient with me. I decided to just buy my bike here and then chose one from the brands that they offer. It has worked out perfectly!

Bad experience getting a bike packed for shipping. Arranged an appointment to get a mountain bike packed and shipped to Vancouver (3 weeks to get an appointment, but hey, everyone's busy). Got a call the day after the appointment and they updated me that they only pack bikes, but don't ship them. I tried to pay via credit card over the phone and the employee first told me that they don't do that.but after talking to a manager I was able to pay remotely. Bike arrived in Vancouver mostly packed, but the fork was left flopping around in the box (lots of room, no packing materials or tape securing it). Most notably, the fork stachions were left unprotected and were rubbing against the shifter! Luckily, they weren't damaged, but the disregard for the bike's condition was annoying. I wouldn't take your high-end mountain bikes here.

Dropped by the store today to browse for a new bike. I am new to the bike world and wanted to get some guidance and information from the store specialists. Despite only having two people in the store (including me) the staff did not appear interested in assisting me with their selection or answering my questions and merely pointed in a direction of the bikes they have in stock before leaving me on my own. Would not recommend.

This is the closest bike shop to me and I believe its one of the best. Ive used them 3 times so far during the Covid pandemic. They have allowed me to purchase over the phone and pick up in front of the store for a distant transaction. In addition I've taken my wheel in with a broken spoke and the technician stopped his current job to do a quick repair to my wheel for me. Their actions speak louder than words.

Very friendly staff and great service. Doesn't matter if you ride a commuter or a fancy road bike, North Park will help you out.

My bike was in very rough shape and North Park Bike Shop brought it back to life within a day. Staff were professional and friendly. I will be bringing my bike here again if needed.
